Uninstall and reinstall all your problems go away!
I had huge problems with the new version. Had been a long term user of the old version, installed the new one and couldn’t connect. Uninstalled the old and the new, reinstalled the new and bingo, normal service resumed and the VPN OneClick reliability back and working.

Always stops working after iOS update. The only app that doesn’t seem to recognise the change. Also, website support seems poor as defaults to new purchase. At renewal I’ll go elsewhere.
