Don’t waste your time or money
This is seriously the biggest waste of time. Don’t even bother you’d be better off trawling Facebook to find Jewish people (in my case men!). I have spent the last few weeks wishing I could get my money back. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP.

What a dreadful site and terrible app!
The app itself is terrible. When you delete a message it keeps on coming back into your inbox! When you get a new message it doesn't show as new and can appear halfway down your inbox! It's also forever crashing or getting stuck!
The site itself is very misleading! I think there are only about 20 paid up members on the site! When you click on a profile, it's amazing how every person was online a moment ago!!

Worst dating site ever
7.5 girls across London a city with 350,000 Jewish people... Go figure that one out. Then it's around £20 monthly to meet those wonderful souls...
Customer service from hell and always rather take your money than offer much for it. Simply put leave it alone...

Crashes and closes on iPhone 5s. Can't change distance or age in search.

Auto renew
Just to make you aware the system auto renews itself without you knowing. If you sign up for one month it will keep subscribing you ongoing until you tell Jdate to cancel this! Plus other charges may be added. It's impossible to cancel as there's no facility to.
Customer services are very unhelpful.
Members are not vetted and I have been scammed by a member. He demanded money from me and his profile was not true!
I am very disappointed with the site!

Worst site ever!
Just don't join. I have so many problems with Jdate and no one bothers to reply to my messages. There are 2 people on line always. Women come up and I'm looking for a man. Countless issues. It's awful spend your money on a different site! This is a joke. They have told me to widen my criteria. Which at the moment pretty much covers the whole country! I have a 15 year age range but still it says there is no one who would be matched to me!!!! ( if I widen it anymore I will be looking to date a 70 year old! The only phone number is in America and you can't even get through. No one bothers to call me back. This site is a SCAM!!! Avoid at all costs. I have been messaging and calling for the last 10 days ( pretty much since I joined!) asking for a refund but no one answers or comes back to me. I have never been so frustrated in my whole life.
Please please refund my money ASAP and I will stay away for ever. But just to be clear to anyone one reading this! It would be easier getting through to the Dali lama!

Better than nothing (just about)
The app isn't brilliant but it's marginally better than no app. What's good? You can see people online and say hello and reply.
What's bad? When you receive a message, the alert telling you that you have a message stays on forever. Also, trying to find a message in one's inbox can be extremely fiddly as for some reason, the navigation capability can be very clunky at times to put it mildly.
Also, never buy a subscription through the app. Do it through a normal browser. Features and benefits aren't the same when the subscription is purchased through the app.

I think out of the emails that I received around 85% of scams .
There are more fake accounts on that system then I've ever seen on any other. And it's really interesting to expose. They will use some very handsome good-looking man to message a woman. But what they say is interesting they will use the terms "hello beautiful,"
"Hello pretty " although their spelling will not quite be correct.
Had many said that they were based in Syria in the army? American bases in Syria? then they will give you an immediate Skype address or a email yahoo account to contact them. Latino names on the email accounts others African Nigerian. Please be aware these are scam accounts . It's very simple they have a very long relationship online with somebody and then sit to meet somebody and at that point they will want money !!

Not Great
Maybe this works well on iPhone. Does not work well on iPad, however. Keyboard is too small and scrunched up. Needs a separate app specifically for iPad.
