Trying to find items seems to be impossible on the Footasylum app.
Compared to the website the app has tons of “unavailable” items.
Most of which Footasylum no longer sells and need removing from the app asap.
Its confusing and deceitful to customers when those items are presented as available when really they havent been for weeks maybe months!
Not sure whether its pure laziness or lack of common sense but usually when you sell out of something or a size, you remove that item or size from yr app. That way customers known what’s available and whats not.
Also it might make some pages look less cluttered as well.
While your at it please make it easier for customers to be able to tell the difference between whats availabile and whats sold out as just saying a item/size is “unavailable” is just annoying and confusing especially when after weeks and weeks it still doesnt come back as its not clear that you no longer sell it

Sometimes the app work, most times it doesn’t! The majority of items seem to be unavailable but when checked the next day, it’s there! Then I can’t access my wish list or my basket. And one of the most annoying things is trying to search by colour. Instead of listing ‘white,black,blue’ etc it lists individual colours eg ‘white/black/crimson’. Footasylum, read through the comments and fix what people are saying as there are obviously common issues everyone is experiencing!

Before I have a good old rant....I actually really like Footasylum. I used my app regularly (try to use). The app is rubbish. Like others have reviewed, it doesn’t work properly. It’s hard to navigate. I placed two orders recently and can’t seem to access my account or orders to check progress via the app. I wanted to show a friend what I ordered and can’t find the order anywhere on the app. When you try to add items to your bag they “show item not available” and other functions come up as “unable to load”. Footasylum sort it out!!!! I would have spent a lot more money online if the app worked!!!!!

Tried to check out through PayPal and doesn’t work. Tries to log you into Paypal and can’t. Just redirects you to login in screen over and over. Waste of time. Selection boxes aren’t responsive either, takes numerous taps to select an option.

I’m sorry but what a joke , I’ve waited 4 weeks for my points to be added onto my account, I’ve not only got 28 days to use my other set of points because of this! , also every time I try to add something into my basket it’s come up “sorry not available” when it clearly is available , when trying to access my basket “ unable to load” , and when I do finally manage to get through to the payment section , It doesn’t allow me to use my points ????? WTH is the point of having points if I can’t use them ? Ridiculous. Have also tried emailing Footasylum to have the matter sorted and haven’t heard anything back , have tried contacting the customer service team & still nothing . Joke

First of all, when you add an available item to basket and it later goes out of stick it gives you a “unable to load message”. Second of all, you could spend hours trying to find a item that doesn’t say “Sorry, This item is unavailable” because instead of removing out of stock items the leave them on their website because everything is always out of stock.

Finding anything on this app is massive waste of time. There’s no search bar function, so you have to select “filter” and scroll through a huge list of brands to sort of find what you’re looking for. And even then it’ll throw items at you that don’t even fit what you’ve selected. (Last I checked Puma don’t make Jordans?) All of that just to find out that the item you wanted is only available in one size that isn’t yours. It’s 2019, not 1996. A search function is a basic thing all store websites should have by now. I’ll just stick to Size or footlocker next time. Their apps are far better.

It’s quite a decent app. And could improve but...the filtering system needs a major upgrade, when filtering the colours, it’s quite specific colours...not useful at all. Also when picking a size of item, the sizes are not in order. And navigation of the whole app needs to improve. If all that’s done it would be a great app

After 3 updates and it’s still full of bugs and glitches and flaws! The filters don’t work! You cannot edit your address on your profile. You don’t have the option to view the items in your wish list, you either move them to the shopping bag or delete them!

All buttons seem to not do much but continue to annoy me every time I use this app. If you’re looking to filter out specific items good luck because it randomly adds items they seem to think you’ll be interested into the mix. Even if you manage to select the right filter options as the filter menu is glitchy and doesn’t let you leave without closing it and removing what you have selected as the back button on the top part of the screen has no function, disgustingly bad.

The app its self feels very rigid, there is no fluidity. One major annoyance would be when you go back to the page you was viewing instead of going back to that product it will restart again from the top. E.g Imagine you switch the preferences to low to high, if you start scrolling down and find an item that looks interesting you can click on it and it will show you a closer look but then when you return back to the main search page you start from the very top every time.
