Amazing cocktail app
So well designed , amazing graphics. I have never left a app review before but this one deserved my time. Really helps to know what you can make and what you can sub with. We have stocked up using spirits which open up more cocktails.

Fast , clean & loads of features
Love every bit , filters , my bar . If they could add same filters in my bar section as there are no filters or either add another filter in cocktails section which shows only my bar drinks . Also i would like to add pictures to my cocktails . Well these are my new features request not a deal breaker . Love the app and waiting for newer versions .

Great app but!
Everything about the app is great from the ingredients search to the alternatives. The only down side is the cost of opening the locked recipes. If there was a one off payment or the monthly amount was less I’d sign up. But full marks for all the free stuff.

Bought this app before they “redesigned” it (made pay-to-win-ish subscription bullcrap). And now they offer sane thing but for month-by-month. And cynically offer to unlock full app if you send them a purchase receipt (Apple Store email). Who’s keeping wmaiks from 5 years ago?

Good if you know the cocktail name…
… not so great at matching what you have in your bar e.g. select vodka, Kahlua and cream - no matches; add ice - 2 matches. Would be better if you got all possible cocktails from ingredients entered and whittled down by entering more. This works opposite way round. Might be enough for me to pick a different app.

What a great app, all the different tabs are clean and clean. The assistant section is great to see what cocktails you can make with what you have.

Good concept needs finishing
This is a very good concept. A few bugs in that it Reccomended cocktails that needed ingredients I had not said I had in my bar. Also the subscription model is not appropriate. It just needs a one off charge of umber £5 and I would buy it. I’m not subscribing for cocktails.

Used to be an amazing app. Referred to it every time I took out my shaker but now all interesting cocktails that you’d need recipe before are stuck behind a very expensive paywall.

Good but could do with a tiny update
I live in the U.K. And I can tell this is an American app. We do not have Half and half. So I have to find a substitute which is a mix of milk and cream... but even then that's a rough guess of what it is.
I love the cocktails and all the choices you have but it would be good if there was a U.K. substitute on some of the items and that there was a 'Hide this Cocktail' choice as I've done two from the list that I've hated so far and they will not remove from my bar list... would be nice to hide them so I don't remind myself of them...
But other than that the app is so easy to use and the own bar feature is a very good idea even though it does add cocktails where you might not have all the ingredients for.
That's why I've rated it 4 stars. Overall very good but a few things are hit and miss.
Updated (04/07/20) - Since the latest update I am truly disappointed with what the developers have done! Gone from a 4 star to a 1 star. They are greedy and I’ve lost all my favourites and everything has been reset! I searched for my favourite cocktail which I could make before but now it’s been made a ‘premium’ and I can no longer get the instructions!!! So google is now my new ‘cocktail flow’

Awesome app.
This is such a great app for those of us who have never attempted to make a cocktail. From an absolute novice, you can easily make a cocktail to be proud of. Using the ingredient list, through to preparing and building a cocktail, you have everything on one app. You can decide on whether to make up to 4 servings per cocktail. You are even advised which substitute to use if you are kissing a vital ingredient. All in all top marks. I’ll drink to that.

Not nearly dynamic enough
Best thing about it probably the visual design. The ‘assistant’ is so lacking in what should be USP of the entire app. I can look up cocktails anywhere on the internet, but I downloaded the app (and tried Premium) to get cocktails based on what I’ve got in my bar. Ultimately I just get the same 8 cocktails generated for me no matter how much I update my ‘bar’ with new spirits/liqueurs/mixers, no way of refreshing the suggested cocktails, filtering based on what kind of cocktails I’d like to be suggested or even just getting more suggestions - ends up falling really flat.

Did you get bought out?
What was once a beautiful bit of craftsmanship, clearly made by someone with a love of cocktails is now a shell of it’s former self.
Intruded a massive paywall, out of the blue, which is unreasonable compared to services offered.
This is a good app, I would be more than willing to pay for it now I know what it’s like. But nearly £4 each month? This is rather insulting because similar variations on the market can’t get away with £2.99 in a one-off purchase. Let alone this.
It feels like you don’t know your market at all, the app does not have a subscription based demand, it’s a reference app for spotty occasions. Very rarely is a subscription necessary for ‘every day use.’
I wish you all the best of luck in the future, but this is too much for me. Thank you.

Lost my cocktails thanks to paywall
Wow. I’ve used this for a year or so, I had library of around 40 cocktails. More than half, and pretty much all of my favourites, are now locked behind a £19 a year sub. You’ve gone from my go-to cocktail resource to being removed from my iPad.

So disappointing!
I used to love this app, it was a constant source of reference in my work, albeit very US centric with the lack of millilitres in the measurement unit options. It was informative, clever, helpful and aesthetically beautiful.
However.....
Since the latest update, a ridiculous paywall has been introduced behind which, a large part of this app’s content has been hidden. All the cocktails that I had carefully added to my favourites have been reset and now the count stands at zero, I assume because most of them are in the premium section. I had taken a great deal of time in cultivating my favourites and don’t feel that I want to search for them all again. It’s such a disappointment to see that the developers of what was once a truly great app, has taken the capitalist route and decided to reap money from their loyal users. Why couldn’t they introduce ads like most developers or, if they were dead set on charging users, have a one off payment rather than a subscription. It’s so baffling considering that we are just an internet search away from getting very similar content. App deleted. ☹️

Hmm, not great.
Used the old free version for a while and it had some good cocktails on there. Excited to see the ‘Premium’ features in the new version - very disappointing. Still very glitchy (ingredients missing/mislabelled etc.) and some classic cocktails completely missing! Don’t make the same mistake I did and sign up for a year subscription as Apple will not issue a refund. A good idea but stick with searching online - it’s free!

Really a big disappointment after the latest update
Not only that you need to pay now, but a large number of cocktails have disappeared from the list (unfortunately almost all of my favorites)

Used to love this app
Had this as my default app for my home bar for quite a while, but now that they’ve introduced the premium subscription I can’t see all the cocktails I had before! I’m not paying for something that was free and now isn’t, I’ll delete them app now.

This was a great app, I used it far too much at weekends!! If it was a one off purchase of say £1.99 I’d do it. £4.99 A MONTH is crazy. Can’t you make revenue with adverts? I suffer one for every 2 or 3 cocktail receipts. I am two working days away from deleting this - cone Saturday I will finding a new replacement app. What a shame...

You guys updated to the app and locked off cocktails to a £4.99/mo fee when it was all previously free why? I would have preferred you added advertisements. It’s nice you added new cocktails to the list but locking off ones that were already free behind a pay wall is scummy, especially when all of them are a single google search away.

The premium feature
This was an amazing cocktail app until the recent update making most of the cocktails only accessible if you pay. They took the best free cocktail app on the App Store and put a price on what they had previously offered for nothing!
I’m also angered by the fact that I was just planning to have a cocktail evening later this week with friends from school which has been massively hindered as I had hoped to offer them cocktails from this app!

First ever review, great app! Looked back at old reviews and there has clearly been a lot of time and effort gone into improving the content and overall impact of the app. As a bartender I see myself as very OCD, and the layout of the app is very pleasing to my picky eye! Fantastic job.

This app is really good I must admit, fast, nice pictures but the area where it is said my bar. I thought I will be able to mke my own recipes. I don’t know tho, maybe I don’t know hw to use it or something. Pls Help!!!

I’m not sure how it’s free
I thought there’d be really limited things to do unless I paid money, but I haven’t found one thing yet that requires money - just loads of free cocktail recipes and a great interface! Also cool how you have your own ‘bar’ that fills up with potential drinks as you get more ingredients - awesome app!

Old version is better
I like this app and I often use it to make drinks. However, this update disappointed me. As for the interface of my bar, now you can not see the ABV anymore without click each cocktail. In the past, it was quite good to find a strong/light one in my bar from a list of drink. Strongly advise to recover that function!!

Just what I’ve been looking for
I’ve heard of apps that would take what you have in your cupboard and suggest recipes and I’ve finally found it.
However I’ve noticed it’s suggesting recipes containing ingredients that I haven’t ticked.

Stunning to look at but...
Great looking app and has great features, but you put in the ingredients you have then it suggests drinks that contain ingredients you don't have. Fix this and it would be a 5 star app but for now I'll have to use a different app 😕

Beautiful interface. Stick all your ingredients on the list and pull up your cocktail party menu. Can only think that the reviewers who say this doesn't work were not using it right. My favourite app. Can't imagine why it's free????

I really like this app it's clear and looks good! Helps me a lot with parties. One suggestion that the developers could add is something where you add all of the ingredients you have and it comes up with cocktails that you could make using those items

Very Nice
Had an IPhone for years and this is my first ever review. Love this app. Stunning to look at. Tried lots of cocktail apps and this is the best by far. There are occasions when the app throws out cocktails which include drinks not in my 'bar' but it's not a big issue. Sort this issue out and add a few more cocktails to improve on a fantastic app. Cheers.

Doesn't work
It would be good but you tell it what you have and it just shows all drinks anyway made with things you don't have!! If it actually worked it would be good but a bit useless seeing as it doesnt
