Dreadful Service
So, I was trying to book a hotel through the App and was quoted a rate £7 HIGHER than I could get online with Booking.com, Hotels.com or Expedia. After 30 minutes of being told the rate was right and the same as online, then 10 minutes left hanging with ‘musac’ for company, I gave up and booked with Booking,com. Can’t deliver what it promises? Big NO NO to Accor membership loyalty!

The app is focused on adding bookings getting to your. Account is painful, the first screen after logging in should be visual of your membership card and account summary. However, the membership benefits are so poor it doesn’t matter unless the office book you in by mistake.

IT DOESN'T WORK !!!!!!!! ( ask Gill — on the front desk —- at Mercury hotel in Wetherby — Yorkshire .) I’ve stayed about 8 times since Christmas and got NO POINTS WHATSOEVER. I must have wasted 2 hours - with and without Gill trying to get the bloody thing to work . This is such a shame— because the Hotel and staff are fantastic —- the website is absolute rubbish. I can't make bookings because the app doesn't allow my email that is in a domain with the TLD longer than two caracters. It doesn't allow me to change my email either.

A flaw in this app has but a promotion banner on top of the link to the membership card so it is impossible to see the card and the membership number. Useless.
