The app works well on the couple of occasions that I have tried it I have won the items I wanted. I would say that the credits per bid model results in the app being expensive to use longterm if you use ebay a lot. Having said that if you factor the cost into your bjds it wouldnāt be too bad.

Donāt recommend
Ended up losing an item I really wanted because this app only works if youāre connected to the internet at the time of auction. Think this needs to be made clearer. I downloaded it because I knew I was going to be at a concert during the time the auction would end. I didnāt have any signal and ended up losing out. I donāt recommend.
Edit: in response to the incredibly rude reply I got from the developer, your app clearly glitched in that case as I had the bid ready to go for hours on my phone and then after it had ended it said the bid was not able to be placed as the app system was unable to connect to my eBay login even though it had been completely fine for the hours up to that point. Rather than rudely address customers maybe you should actually put that effort into sorting out your product instead.

Well, it works! Unfortunately you can still be outbid if your maximum is lower than someone elseās, but thatās not the fault of the app. Iāve definitely won at least two items at a lower price than I could have got any other way.

Absolutely brilliant. Have won many bids for a fraction of the price I would have paid without this app. You pay a very small fee for credits, which are allocated to the bids you put in, but only spent if you win. So for instance if you bid on 10 item this requires 10 credits to be placed, if you win 5 of them, you will spend 5 of the credits and you will have 5 left. Very clever, fair, simple. Brilliant app. Little bit clunky at first but follow the instructions, give it a couple minutes to load the pages (it can be a bit slow) and you get very used to using it.

Not perfect.
App has always worked perfectly for me until now. It has a remote system so you just set your bid up, pay for your credits and it makes the bid for you automatically without you needing to be online or even awake.
Today, I didnāt win an auction I had set with the settings I always use, and the system gave me the error message couldnāt bid offset too short not enough time.
Therefore in future I will set a longer time before end of auction for the bid and hope it works. Iām very disappointed because it was a gift for my son that he really wanted, and I would have won if I didnāt use the app. It is annoying that the app allows me to select a bidding time which it then fails to achieve.

Love love love this app
This really is a fantastic app and I just wish Iād heard of it sooner. Iām able to provisionally place all my bids for the day, first thing in the morning, and not have to worry about them again until the auctions end. I used to do my sniping manually when possible, but this app has freed up my time. I have lost count of The amount of times I have lost out on auctions because I placed my highest bid far too early. This is by far the best way to ensure your bid is made at the last moment. I have won most of the items I bid for and it ensures the seller is not having friends or relatives hiking up the prices when they have interest in their items. A Sniper for the ages!
This all is just fantastic. It does exactly what you expect it to. For the longest time I've been losing out on eBay auctions to last minute bidders. Great app, But
Great app. Used this successfully to bid and win rare and hard too find items on eBay. It allows me to be able to bid on items finishing late or during the day if I am working nights.
The only issue is you are required to use points to allow you too set up bids. This is a faff and I couldnāt find information on why certain high amounts need more points.
All in all great app.

Worth taking the time to download and use
Ive used it to grab a few bargains over the years! Downloaded a while ago and have been using this for the items that I really want to win. Easy to use and helpful too. It was also easy to set up, as is adding a new item from eBay - just copy and paste in the item number.

No 2FA
Tried to do the right thing by writing to you via your contact us form on your website but it errors saying to check my internet connection (which is fine), so feedback is my only remaining option.
The problem I have is that I didnāt even get to try this as the first thing is asks me to do is disable my two factor authentication on my eBay account. Enabling 2FA on as much as I can is my way of ensuring the security of my accounts and my personal data and financial information. The last thing I want to do is disable it. It would be so much better if your app supported this extra layer of security thereby demonstrating how seriously you take the security of peoples account info. It would also help protect you against accusations of hacked accounts which I also read in the app feedback. Surely there is an API or some other method that can take an initial 2FA authentication, and then the end user can set that app to trusted, thereby not removing 2FA from their eBay account?

It works!
Iāve won 90% of bids using the app. The app is fair with credits and makes the sync to eBay account simple and way to use. The app is compatible with apple phones which others are not which I always helpful. Honestly recommend to frequent eBay shoppers, itās done me good turns.

Rubbish!
Donāt know how this app has had so many 5 star reviews. Downloaded and entered my details although why ask for an email address then donāt email confirmation of registration? Couldnāt import my watch list, couldnāt go to the listing and copy and paste the listing number so ended up writing down the listing number and entered it manually. Then it asked how much I wanted to bid in Euros, couldnāt find any way of changing that to GBP so deleted the app and changed my eBay password. Oh and the interface looked as though it was designed by a child in 2002........terrible app, avoid at all costs!

I use the App over a period of a few months and every auction I entered I won So no complaints there I used up all my free bids and uninstalled the App I know people have to make a living however some months I would not use the App I would prefer a pay as you go system maybe that is on now I donāt know to recap Excellent App does what it says shame about monthly fee

Ebay hacked
I had a very secure password for ebay and it got hacked after using this app. Could be a coincidence but the reality is you are giving away you password to a stranger when using these type of apps so be advised to use secondary login for ebay and make sure your email stays hidden and this will keep you better protected when using 3rd party apps and change password after you stop using app. UPDATE. Dev contacted me to say in no way was my ebay hacked so i presume while in my sleep i logged in and agreed to their new terms added items for sale that donāt exist trying to get me a negative score and also got my paypal account locked out. So telling me it was not hacked is lies and i can prove that with email from ebay including the removed item.
