Live streaming failed
Tried 3 times to watch from the Uk and never worked. Did anyone else have the same? I contacted customer support and never got a personal response. I’ve canceled the subscription and asks fir a refund.

CHRISTMAS SPECIALS
As a lover of Andre Rieu it was a pleasant surprise to find this one off special appear on the app to enjoy in all its HD glory as it is not available in ITunes.
Beautifully presented by the master of bringing classical music to the masses.
Here’s to more of the same not just at Christmas but the rest of the year.

Great content, app needs some work
The content is amazing - it’s a fantastic delve of some of the best concerts and documentaries. I know you could say YouTube is the same, but it’s not. This is like being at the concerts themselves. The quality is amazing, and complete. The only reason why I gave it 4* is because the iPhone app needs work (AppleTV and computer are fine) - the annoying white line on iPhone X needs to disappear when viewing. Ruins the Emerson in the concert.

Sync problem
After approx 10 minutes audio and video go out of sync have tried twice to get answers from support team not even an answer back let alone a solution will be cancelling subscription leave this app off your Apple products it just doesn’t work

A poorly designed application
A poorly designed application that forgets that I'm signed up to the full service every time the application is upgraded. It then takes several minutes trying to navigate a clumsy Ui to persuade it that I'm a subscriber. Fortunately, they now have some good videos otherwise I'd have cancelled a while back out of sheer frustration

Does not work on iOS devices if you 1st register on Apple TV. Won't allow you to sign in using Apple ID on iOS devices other than Apple TV. Avoid!

I found this app by accident and was very pleased I did. It works well and provides an exciting array of different concerts and music styles.

Awesome!
I love the app and the service in general - the only reason I haven't rated 5 stars is that there is an issue with adding songs from the same concert to a playlist consecutively - it just just adds the first song time and again. Frustrating to have to keep coming out of concert and back in for the sack of adding songs to a playlist. If it helps I'm using the iPad app, 4th gen.
Other than that, does exactly what it says. Haven't had any issues with crashing and have been enjoying a vast array of artists - from Amy Winehouse to Black Sabbath. Great stuff.

This app is very laggy and unfair. I shared the photo to get coins and it never gave me them. I downloaded a to non of other selected apps to get coins and yet again the coins failed to come through. I'm giving this app 2 stars.

Good app and videos well worth it
First up let me address the issue with people moaning about quality; Qello doesn't make the footage or videos, it shows them as they were made, so if they are old, chances are they won't be widescreen or HD, many videos are widescreen and HD, but obviously due to the age of some concerts some wont be.
The spotlight is great, discovered lots of music I had never heard and also rediscovered lots I hadn't heard for a while.

Cancelled subscription in less than 3 hours
Poor service, poor content and poor quality. Even at 2.99£ per month this is still not worth the commitment. It's a shame because it's a good idea just poorly executed.

Good idea but poor execution
I first saw this via my Sony smart TV and it looked good. The catalogue is varied but not comprehensive and the video quality generally good.
What lets it down though is the extreme variability of the bandwidth. Sometimes it runs at my BB's full speed, but often drops to around 1Mbps, resulting in long periods buffering, showing a screen message advising 'contact your ISP' which is nonsense as my ISP continues to provide a fast connection.
An email to the developer about this has been ignored, so I won't be renewing my subscription.

absolute rubbish- may be a free "app" but you have to pay £2.99 per month to watch anything more than a short preview...... misleading to say the least!!
