Good game but.... do not buy ANYTHING.....
Good, but too short and Does not restore all purchases when restarts..... NOT impressed.
And also, nothing added to the game since played game and played it a few times and takes a while to do.

Nostalgia!
This game was a big part of my childhood, rushing to get home from school to see how my village was😊 Playing again brings it all back. Highly recommendable!

I love this game but when I pressed the play button it deleted all my progress! I must have pressed start over, but I had 20008 tech points and had completed loads of milestones so I am really sad. I think that there should be a 'do you want to start over' message that comes up when you press start over. I really used to love this game but I don’t want to start over so I have deleted it. 😭

Brilliant
I've played all the virtual villagers to completion on computer a long time ago. Recently I found that this one was available for free on mobile and it's a wonderful game. It's definitely fun if you enjoy virtual games and you get attached to your villagers. It's fun to try and get them up and want them to succeed. This is a game that's more than fun to sit and relax with and I've put hours into it enjoying it as much as I used to. A definite recommendation for those who enjoy virtual games. A piece of art.

Great but now ...
Love this game so much , it is great , there is so much to do but after you have done everything there is nothing to do . This makes me so sad because I loved this game . Once you have completed all the puzzles there is a cave . I thought there would be an amazing new land , a new life . But no . Nothing to do , I'm bored .

I remember playing this game when I was younger on the PC! Great that it's now on iPhone to download.
Exactly how I remember it and I still thoroughly enjoy to this day.

VV Origins Has got a very simple concept but there's a problem, I bought this app 2 days ago.I didn't go on it for a day and when I came back all my villagers were dead!!! I don't see the point of an app that you have to play ALL THE TIME or else you'll lose or something!

I love this game but I wish it had an ad free version. I find the ads annoying and intrusive and they smush the screen area so everything looks funny.

There seems to have been a new change where banner ads cover a third of the page. Too annoying to play, I've now deleted it.

Great game, ruined by ads.
I'd much rather spend money on this game instead of having ads and in-app purchases, like the rest of the Virtual Villagers games. The ads ruin it and they shouldn't be there.

Graphics
It's a good game but I think it needs a new update for better graphics. Also since the game is really good I hope you can make a second version of this game. This would mean a lot to me so please read this carefully!!!

My favourite sort of game is simulation so this fits the bill unlike virtual family 2 you can rename so 1,000,000 out of 10 for that so HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :D

I love this game! It's really realistic and fun. I hate it when I am unable to play for a day and I come back to games like this and everyone is dead😮😮😮. But with this game it isn't the case as I can just pause and play it again when i want!

I have the PC version and I thought the IPad version was going to be really different and harder. It wasn't, it was almost exactly the same and I enjoy it just as much. Downloaded the others and they are great too!

I love the game but have a bit of an issue with the time frame and in-app purchase. It is very slow even in 2x mode and you get very disheartened because quickly there is nothing to do but wait for the basics to completed so u can move onto some new challenges. The other issue of in-app purchases is that I'm not opposed to it completely but why do we have to money in the game straight away to speed it up, I like to be able to get a feel for the game before I put my money where my mouth is, you have a good game but it's been spoilt by the lack of trust that u have to pay straight away because u don't think people will pay at all but they will if they get to start to enjoy it, I know I would.

This game...
I am ANNOYED! The villagers a way toooo slow even on x2 speed! And when you go to the harvesting crop phase, every time you replant it takes even longer! I also HATE looking at the top right at a miniature screen and the adverts make it worse! The prices for the technology are also 'ridiculous' and it takes ages to get the points you need! I also think that the berry bush should get its berries back over a time. I am also a little confused with the construction as their isn't anything else to do after you have crafted the house and cleared the beach, am I supposed upgrade the tech?
However, it does take the time away and it can be fun sometimes. But my first time playing it, I left it overnight and everybody died due to starvation because THE BERRY BUSH DIDNT REPLENISH ITSELF! And so I had 3 males left and no females >:(

It's not too hard
Love this game!!! I have 723,000 food, 67 villagers and uncountable tech points without even buying anything, so I don't know why everyone is saying its so hard! The down side is when you uncover the boulder there is nothing left, but I guess last day of work can't make their amazing game last forever! It is over a little quickly, though.

This app is so good. The characters are so cute, and I sometimes rename them. I love it when they run, as I have 2 villagers who like running, so they run all the time. It's annoying when 1 of the villagers has a baby, and it takes ages for it to do something again, but it is worth it.
I recommend this to everyone!

Virtual villagers
This is a very good game. Had this for about year and a half now and still enjoying it. Would like an update because I have loads of tech points but have nothing else to buy now. Can you please give us an update with new stuff to buy and different looking villagers would be cool. But I rate this still five ***** stars
