Description
Have you ever wanted to take a photo in low light conditions?
Due to complex mathematical algorithms Night Eyes provides residual light amplification in real-time for your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch without additional hardware.
The image is illuminated in real-time (without delay). You can also switch the light amplification mode to exposure mode for better quality. With an exposure time of up to one second you will be able to view the smallest details. It's ideal for twilight situations.
The luminance histogram shows you the brightness level in real-time.
Zoom in inconspicuously using the 10x digital Live Zoom - and shoot your photos.
You've naturally got many different color filters to choose from.

A good camera and a powerful processor are required, to get the maximum picture quality.

Please note that this app does not provide true night vision functionality. The iPhone, iPad and iPod touch have no infrared amplifier, as a result no pictures can be taken in total darkness; a minimal level of light is still required, which can be ascertained by the camera's sensors. The preview will also be delayed in exposure mode. In addition the camera must be held stable for exposure time.

This app has true night vision capability. With the current update it is No.1 again. Your eyes are very good in the dark but not so the iPhone camera, this fills the gap splendidly.

Cannot perform like the description! Requires plenty of lighting to work it does not intensify dark places so no is not a form of night vision I would not recommend for night vision viewing. Maybe useful to the artistic photographer for ie Instagram ect.

Night vision
Pleasantly surprised at the clarity of the picture. Very sharp and clear. Various adjustments makes for multiple choice of colours for viewing in various intensity of light. More often than not the first choice setting is adequate.
Compared to others I have tried this is probably the best to have tried so far. Easy to use and does what it says on the tin.

Great little App
I like this App, but in minimal light image becomes unstable and very grainy but for the price and an IPad 3rd gen without a flash what a brilliant concept well done.

Best purchase I've ever made!
Please please please apply a normal colour resolution in the colour effects menu, for natural photos without the effects...PLEASE! :) for daytime use to achieve a standard photo in low light conditions

The app needs more light than the pictures above imply to take the kind of shots the developer has demoed.
I purchased the app based on the examples given above and I have had no luck in replicating the quality of shots using this app.

Great in the day light
It is a great night vision camera but it doesn't work in the dark and that's what night vision cameras are for!!!!!!!!

Seriously cool app. I didn't know such things could be done with the iPad camera, but it's true, this thing lets you see in very dark conditions - the smallest amount of light will help you see a great deal with this app running. Very clever indeed! 69p for night vision - bargain!!

Bought this app because I thought I could use it for night fishing I am being totaly honest , was of time and money u would see more with your own eyes and that's without eating your carrots the day before

Not bad
It's not a scam, but it's not very powerfully( as you may expect) but it does boost the light levels, but you will need a steady hand for clarity. It's ideal for twilight situations but not night.

Shocked!!
This really does work, first one I've known to do it.. Does not work in 0.0 lux but tried it under the covers and with the black out blinds closed and you can see movement. Will probably with a 5 or 8 lux environment. Well done for someone Finally getting it right for once!
