The SingaporeAir app offers you greater travel convenience from booking to boarding and beyond.
From the user experience to the personalised features, everything has been designed to be fast, intuitive and delightful to use.
More features will be progressively added in future updates of the SingaporeAir app, but here are some of the key functions you can enjoy now:
1. EXPLORE, BE INSPIRED AND GET THE LATEST DEALS ON THE GO
Get inspired to travel with our new city guides to the destinations we fly to. Browse fare deals to your favourite destinations, and share them with friends and family. Planning your next getaway has never been easier.
2. SEARCH, BOOK AND MANAGE YOUR FLIGHTS
With a faster and more full-featured interface, it’s much easier to book your next adventure or view details on your upcoming and past trips. You can now also use your miles, AliPay, or PayPal to reserve your flight, preferred seats, insurance and much more. After a few taps and swipes, you’ll be ready to sit back and relax.
3. SKIP THE CHECK-IN QUEUES
Breeze through the airport by checking in on your mobile for yourself and anyone else on the same booking. And to make it even simpler, you can download your mobile boarding pass to Apple Wallet and view it anytime.
4. MANAGE YOUR KRISFLYER ACCOUNT
Keep your important information close to you. Just log in once, and you’ll be able to track your KrisFlyer miles balance, transactions and PPS Value easily. PPS Club members can also connect to customer service representatives via PPS Connect*.

Impossible. Just keeps going round in circles. Then crashes, then takes forever, then says info stored and next time - no it isn’t. Unable to print boarding passes from it - prob the worst app I’ve ever encountered

Unable to register to obtain points

Have used the app for couple of years. Generally a nice app but not been abke to register for points despite multiple attempts. Have also tried using the website with out any luck. It fails to acknowledge my city(Walsall) for some reason and does not let me proceed. Disappointed! Have travelled thrice with them and have not been able to claim points.

Very good service from uk to Singapore

We flew to new Zealand via Singapore. The service was excellent uk to Singapore. Singapore to new Zealand not so good. We were seated last row and the meals ran out 2 rows prior to ours and the rest were offered bread ,croissant,

Great airline lousy software

Regular flier to Texas, when putting in destination details when you choose Texas in the state box none of the major cities Houston, Austin don’t exist so just have to enter false destination before check in is accepted. Pity the software is not as good as the great airline service,

Worst app ever

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used - would imagine that a company like Singapore Airlines would have invested some money on developing a great user experience but sadly this is not the case. It’s a web app which is desperately slow and not easy to use. Trying to check in is a frustrating experience and no different to doing it on the mobile version of their website. There are no loading icons or alerts to tell you what is happening as you fill out the check in fields, meaning you end up tapping things multiple times and getting a lot of error messages. Appalling, not worth even having an app if you’re going to offer this experience.

Check in

Can’t check in for my Sydney flight as the app is stuck on my Singapore to Adelaide leg...
Not very helpful - especially as the seat selection for the Virgin Australia leg seems dubious. Each time I look the seat allocations are different!

The app is awful so is the main website

Terrible to use, hangs constantly and extremely slow.... tried the website from my PC it was as terrible... at least they are consistent in their approach to client experience 😉 - didn’t think anyone did as bad an app as BA but well done SA👏👏

Extremely slow

I was checking in 2 passengers from Manchester to Houston and it took me 16 minutes. I was using an iPad. The drop down boxes did not “drop down” and the screen froze several times.
Perhaps I should have used the main computer, but for our return journey I will only have access to the iPad and I am dreading the thought of a repeat performance.

App and website have always been a disgrace.

The online website and App are a disgrace to what used to be one of the most highly thought of airlines. We travelled with them for over 30 years, never been able to spend any Kris flyer points never had an upgrade never been allowed in the lounges and now looking like we can’t sit together on a 13 hr flight !!
Could only check one of us in on the App which is so stilted and old. I know you won’t but feel free to contact me for the full sad story of booking our annual round the world trip.

Very buggy

I’ve tried to update some simple information using the app but it loops round and round and brings you back to the update page where it has dropped the change information.
It smacks of a rushed job not properly tested.

I had put in for forward zone seats on our upcoming flights put all my card details in took a photo of as proof of seats we had chosen then checked in just now to see we had not been given these seats and had no choice but to be in middle behind my Husband???

Dreadful. Hangs and can’t use passbook

Will only give me one of my 4 passes in my passbook. Have spelt my county wrong, so won’t marry up with my passport (Birkshire / Berkshire). Hangs on every button press. No feedback as to what you have entered correctly or not and can’t get back into the original page to see birding passes. Have had to go to the website and email copies for me to print off. Dreadful.

Seats

The web site was down for maintenance so couldn’t check in last night and when we have this morning Singapore airlines have allocated us seats not together.
Not happy and about to stress us out before we start on our holiday of a lifetime.
Very poor and the first time we have ever had this done to us, sure as Mr and Mrs Kieft you should know we are together, just another ploy to get people to pay more for seats!!

Slow and full of bugs

Your mobile app (as well as your website) is slow, buggy and full of errors. Even the simplest functionality takes forever to load and process, basic things like typing text in fields and pulling down drop-down lists is desperately slow and buggy. You’re a fabulous airline, but your app and website are horrible, and you should be embarrassed by them.

Little things

The app is easy to use, it is just that there are many unnecessary steps in the check-in. As the place I was staying in the US I chose Texas but there wasn’t any “Austin” option in the cities, and in fact Austin can be found in Texas as far as I am concerned. Little errors like this could be fixed. Otherwise all in all I have a good experience with SingaporeAir.

Site problems

2 weeks or so ago,even after maintenance was completed problems persisted so had to telephone for assistance to finish off the matter concerned.
Yesterday more problems with online check-in with country and phone number boxes freezing.
Today unable to print boarding pass.
Asking for nickname but even the most unlikely ones are taken!
