Misleading
Well this is very disappointing. Having used the paid up for some time…. Very successfully, the support team now tell me you can only stream stations in country that you are in. And I have to ask…… what is the point of that?

This update fixes many issues and is back in my favour. Only one thing I'm not happy with is the Watch application favourite button is not required I keep deleting favourites by accident. Watch shows what's playing now.

Just bought this app and found out that foreign radio stations are not available (“This radio station is not available in your country” on every station I tried to play) - what a joke !!! Stopped working but now fixed, otherwise 5 stars
Stopped working for quite a while so had to switch to another app but fixed in the end and this app is the best of the bunch.
If there are no more glitches I'll go back to 5 stars.

Overseas Stations No Longer Accessible
I’ve loved this App for a long time, it has always been my regular go-to for international news.
However, recently any attempt to listen to an overseas station is blocked with a “not available in your location” message. It’s such a shame!

UK stations now no longer available in the UK (updated review)
Update: well, the UK stations are back but now lots (but not all) non-UK stations have gone missing again.
It’s not as if I’m generally looking to listen to current commercial music from elsewhere, many of my favourite stations are playing “old time“ US programs such as Dragnet, etç.
What’s more, the implementation is inconsistent – I do have a small number of modern, albeit rather obscure, non-UK music stations in my favourites list, a couple of which I can still play while others are now barred.
Really sad that what was previously an excellent app has been ruined. I guess I will have to look for a new app.

Previously: Since the latest update (12 November) the situation in the UK has changed - again… Before this latest update I could listen to UK stations but not anything else - not good but better than nothing. But after this latest update I can listen to everything BUT the UK stations, even though I am in the UK. Like others I really like this app – much better than some of the other so-called leading radio apps. But something has gone seriously wrong over the last month or so. Dear developers, please sort it out - I would love to have this app back and working for me but at the moment it is unusable.

Absolute rubbish
It was once a great app. Now in the UK it will not play a single station I try to listen to. That’s just censorship. And to claim it plays tens of thousand stations from hundreds of territories is a lie.
Don’t waste the memory on your phone with this app.

A complete dog’s breakfast of an app!
I purchased the Pro version of MyTuner Radio to replace TuneIn for listening to international stations - it worked well for a while but now will only play UK stations. No explanation - not a cheap app so I feel robbed. Save your money- this app offers no more than TuneIn for UK listeners.
Update 24 October- I was pleased to see an update for this app today 8.1.1 - did it fix the problem with international stations? No! I think the developer has no intention of fixing this issue or it would have been done by now- avoid

Latest update 8.2.1 restores UK stations for UK listeners but removes international ones again!
A complete dog’s breakfast- very poor service from a paid for app. I hope the developers fix it or offer a refund!! No chance of that now they have our money- shocking!

Update has Restored Functionality
Just updated to the new release of the app and my favourite stations are working again. I had previously left a negative review due to a previous update rendering it not possible to stream some USA stations that I listen to frequently. Now that the app is working for those stations again I feel a 5 star review is once again merited. I like this app, use it daily and recommended it to many people. And I’m relieved it is working for me after the latest update.

Geo restriction solved!
To work in the UK download and install ProtonVPN for free and change country to USA. Radio from other countries will start working. After that ProtonVPN can be turned off. Enjoy listening. Geo restriction solved.

Favorites don’t work after update
I’ve been using this app for years and have been happy with it, but after the last update at the beginning of November 2021, international stations that I’ve been listening to for a long time stopped working, with the message ‘This station is not available in your location’.
So much for updates improving performance and functionality.

In response to developer’s reply; why didn’t you mention it in your update? Why do you always hide behind bug fixed lie? Any station outside the UK is not playable now. Turned into a rubbish as for UK Radio stations any car or web browser will do. At least when removing the features with an update inform users what’s in that update instead of bull..it bug fixed. No customer service they just ignore you
Very bad app. I bought the app because it works worldwide. Now they have updated it and you can only get UK stations. I do not live in the UK, I don’t want UK radio, recently my local radio station became not available through this app. Wrote to customer service and they say you can only get UK stations when in the UK, I sent them proof that I was not in the UK and that the app was not allowing me to access my local stations near me. They just ignore my request for help now. Not good enough, they ignore you and refuse to fix the app.

International Stations
This was my favourite radio app until all the international became unavailable to UK users. Their email response to me stated it was due to legal reasons and didn’t know if they would ever return.
Having paid for this app I feel ripped off because it is now useless to me. What is even worse is they are still advertising that their app plays radio stations from 200 countries and territories yet nowhere does it mention that the UK is excluded.
Do not buy this app if you live in the UK and want to listen to international radio stations.

Brilliant app before the last update
This is a brilliant app before the update. Always I’m using this app and work very well, specially for me living out of my country and I could listen radio from there. After last update, I couldn’t listen more radio from my country. This should be listen radio over 200 country’s.

If you live in the UK . You can only listen to the UK stations . That’s what support team said upon asking them why I cannot listen to any other foreign stations out of the UK. That is really frustrating.

Superb!
Fantastic app. Prefer it to Tunein. Quality fantastic. When I think back to using a short wave radio and the constant fading! Love it. I think this is what I wrote some time ago. But if I didn't: it's excellent- I use it mainly for German stations, but I dip in elsewhere and it's always fantastic. Definitely 5 star.

Wonderful new worlds
I have been using this for several years. This is far more than an inexpensive app which is reliable; it is a gateway to a new world of listening which has almost entirely replaced my conventional radio listening. I am an avid radio listener and with smart speakers and Apple AirPlay, radio apps are transformative. I listen to classical music and jazz and my particular joy is being able to listen to New York’s calming evening schedule as my daytime listening. There is little jazz on UK stations and French and US jazz stations fill this hole.

Doesn’t work. Riddled with bugs
Can’t log in - just produces an error. The link between the app and Apple Music doesn’t work. Nothing happens when I try to play a song or create a playlist. Infuriating. I have tried emailing support but have not heard back. A tota waste of £9.99. Avoid.

Great for worldwide listening
I love this app. Been using it for years now.
Why not four stars? Last week it started switching the channel haphazardly. Don’t know whether it’s a glitch in the app or what but this hasn’t happened in four years, so I give it a pass. Look into this, fix it and I’ll add the extra star.

Pay rip-off monthly fees to TuneIn radio or face a barrage of adverts? No thanks. MyTuner Pro is probably the best radio app out there and easily the most cost effective. Try the free version first and you’ll see what I mean.

Carplay issue
Best radio app ever. I’m facing an issue with app when using Carplay. It doesn’t response when trying to play a station, sometimes it goes back to the home page, other times it cause the whole system to crash so I’ve to unplug the cable and plug it again to reconnect.
I hope an update comes very soon to fix this.

Nearly there...
The mobile app is stable and works well... the Apple TV version however is clunky and does not offer the functionality to save favourites which gets annoying pretty quickly as you have to search from scratch every time you use it... this aside it’s good!

Top app at My Tuner Pro
I have only just found this app and it seems really easy to use. Stations are usually found very quickly. The screen is a little bit cramped on the 9 inch iPad Air screen. Apart from that, it's a first rate app. I have been looking for something like this for ages. Well done developers!!
