FortiClient App includes the following features:
SSLVPN: allows you to create a secure SSL VPN "Tunnel Mode" connection between your apple device and FortiGate. Your connection will be fully encrypted and all traffic will be sent over the secure tunnel.
Web Filter: allows you to enforce web category filtering for traffic originating from any browser.
The FortiClient App also supports:
- 2-factor authentication using FortiToken
- Client Certificates

Password prompt no longer available on the latest version, so you are unable to connect.

NO PASSWORD OPTION!!!
On the latest version (6.0.3.0212) on IOS 12.3.1 (also the latest) there is no longer an option to put in a password when creating a new VPN user!!! Even when we try to connect to the VPN there is no prompt for the password! This means all my customers are unable to use this for VPN at present and we have had to resort to other measures. Please fix it!!!

Top quality app
Much easier to use than setting up an ipsec vpn, connects much faster and stays, unlike an ipsec vpn which is much more unstable and drops a lot more. Definitely recommend.

Was a great APP
Worked really well until recent update.
No longer remembers password so have to enter it manually each time. Not a major flaw just time consuming!

Does not save password anymore
Worked perfectly until I did yesterday’s update now it will not save or even allow me to save the password. Please fix this issue, was perfect before hand.

Rewrite to ios 11
This is not ios11 compatible. Unable to do any work.

Crashes on iOS11
Use to work ok-ish on iOS10 since upgrading to iOS11 the app just crashes on opening. Not good enough for a ‘Premium’ firewall provider. Check your App in advance on newer iOS releases!

I have used this app over the last 6 months while on iOS 10.3.3 and has worked perfectly. However, since upgrading to iOS 11 the launches and crashes immediately before I am able to connect. Please sort this out as this is a very important work tool!!!!

Phone cancer
This app has been immediately removed on my phone. Soon as you launch it makes completely unusable with hundreds of access requests and I have to force reset the phone. Sort it out!

What's the point in the vpn client if you cannot connect to an rdp with it.

No tunnel support
Lacking behind the other big vendors here. Mobile devices are a must in business today, and fortigate have an app with no tunnel support (only web) So it lets me connect, but is useless for trying set up any business apps.

Overall I've found this Fortigate VPN app useless, you can't ping or rdp to a remote pc where as I could with Junos Pulse.
