Very confusing
This app is quite confusing and strange to use. It said that we could reserve a seat which I did and then it said that seat reservation is not possible on this flight.
Also I am a US citizen and if you type in United or USA it doesn’t come up when submitting your passport info. However it comes up as Usa. Which is grammatically incorrect. Still not certain about my seat as it shows that I selected them. So need to go to their online chat which has a good 30 minutes or more queue.

Never book a flight
This airline is the worst! They canceled my flight with no notice till I arrived at the airport, yet they sent me a email 24 hours before asking me to upgrade! Turns out they knew 2 days before the flight wasn’t going to run but gave no notice of this.
They gave no alternative flight, and started even if I wanted to get another flight with them I would have to pay full air fare! They refused to pay for a flight with a different airline regardless of EU law stating other wise.
During the claims process I experienced appalling customer service, rude advisors. I was hung up on, on several occasions because I was asking what they were doing. It took over 6 months to get the £2000 that they owed me.
This airline regularly cancels flights that they do not fill, avoid at all
Costs. It’s not worth the risk. Shocking company all round

It’s a good app but could benefit from a review of terminology (“Travel Document” surely is booking confirmation ? because it sure isn’t a boarding pass). The best flight booking app is still a budget airline using white and orange logos.

The app does allow me to write two lastnames, as every Spanish has. Instead it removes the space between them and turns them into one word

Fantastic Service!
Having recently been the subject of a cancelled Ryanair flight - I have vowed to never fly with them again... Norwegian has always had superior service compared to Ryanair but sadly they do not fly to my “closest” airport in Norway. Undeterred by this I accepted the additional travel time to fly to Oslo and booked with Norwegian. WOW - what a difference! Friendly, helpful and actual Norwegian employees at the airport. On board - just the same. Lovely people who spoke with calm voices and wanted to do everything to make sure the passengers were looked after. Announcements from the pilot throughout the flight - again - in a calm manner. A truly enjoyable experience and I was reminded why I love Norwegian and not their competitor. Even better as I was travelling last minute for a funeral abroad. Norwegian (everyone) I must thank you for being the best airline without compromising on the customers experience. You have gained a new family for life and I would just like to encourage you to revisit flying to Torp, Oslo... PLEASE !!!!

The app is great if you use only for yourself. I bought the flight for my parents and even if I’m pretty sure I fill up all the names correctly , the ticket for my dad was under my Facebook nickname (I will never ever do that as it’s a fake mean less name). I called customer service and they told me for some reason at the end of the sale it auto populate without my consent and then I have to pay £50 extra to change the name. Never use again when buying third part tickets

My flight had to be rescheduled by 12 hrs but still taking off in the same day due to a technical reason however it would make it a bit difficult for me to carry on the second leg of my journey - train connection from Copenhagen to Angelholm in Sweden at about 2 o’clock in the morning. No, not for me.
Called the customer service, they changed the outbound flight for another day and time that was convenient for me and that was what I generally expected.
However to my surprise they were also able to change the day of the return flight so I can still spend exactly the same number of days with my niece as initially intended at no extra cost to me.
Great customer service and best low cost airline.

Entering passport details too fiddly
1 - the app doesn’t remember items already checked (ie I had to Tick my daughter as female about five times
2 - my daughter s first name appears as alice miss lee - I took off the miss but it came back in the final boarding card?
3 - when entering dates, you have to start by year, month and day otherwise it auto correct to today’s date. It is not self explanatory and very frustrating if you are not aware of the trick
