Keeps asking for CPF

I subscribed recently and all was fine at the beginning. But a few days it logged me out and when I tried to login it asked me for CPF. Im not Brazilian and live in London so not sure why I was asked for CPF. Contacted the help team a couple of times and they said they were on it but nothing has been done yet. It’s a shame because I was really enjoying the brazilian shows and novelas but it doesn’t get sorted out I’m afraid i will have to cancel.

Boa app, difícil resolver ou obter ajuda com problemas técnicos

Há cerca de 5 anos que uso a app. Neste momento, estou a ter dificuldades em resolver um problema técnico e obter ajuda por parte da equipa de assistência. A app e os conteúdos fecham sozinhos e, apesar de todas as tentativas de solucionar isto (desligar telefone, desinstalar e reinstalar a app, etc.), o problema persiste.
Sendo uma app com subscrição mensal, deveriam ser mais prestativos no apoio ao cliente.

Nova atualização não é compatível com firestick tv

Desde que fizeram a nova atualização deixou de funcionar com o firestick tv aqui em Londres. Estou a pagar por um serviço que parou de funcionar, já procurei ajuda na pagina e o robótica não me atende nem sequer alguma opção para falar com um assistente.

The app is quite annoying; to move from one episode to the other is not that intuitive. But the main reason for this review is the download system: to start it does not last long; 2nd, it takes ages (more than 30’ per episode) to download the episodes and it gives error all the time. For example, on VALE TUDO, it is very annoying that there is no mentioning of the chapters but only the dates. In the search for the episodes you can do by date only. Please review it and take action globo play.

Terrible app and service

I’ve paid for the subscription via the App Store and the Globoplay app doesn’t recognise me as a subscriber. I’ve redone this process three times now, cancelling the subscription, getting refunded and trying again and it has not worked. I don’t seem to be the only person struggling with this issue so I can’t for the life of me understand how this app remains live and charging a whopping ten pounds per month subscription.

Nao funciona!!!

Ja tentei MUITAS vezes finalizar a assinatura via o aplicativo do Reino Unido e simplesmente nao funciona. Estou tentando ha meses. Sempre da erro na hora de processar o pagamento. Muito frustrante porque nao ha nenhuma outra opcao de pagamento (como direto no site) daqui da Inglaterra… e o chatbot de vcs é totalmente inútil pois me redireciona ao site no Brasil que me manda de volta pro app que nao funciona.

This app does not work

I tried several times to subscribe on the app from the U.K. but it kept giving me error messages. It was very frustrating and it involved cancelling my subscription with Apple. After some months, this week, I tried again and continued to have the same problem on the first two attempts but suddenly on the third attempt, it worked and I am in. No reason for it but happy to have it as I enjoy a good telenovela to relax, particularly looking forward to Vale Tudo remake with Tais Araújo.
Five stars for the content but one star to the App, including search button.

Bad subscription

I've renewed the subscription using the Apple subscription service on an IPhone. But there's a problem with the app both on mobile and smart tv, and my subscription didn't show as renewed. I logged in and out repeatedly, but nothing seemed to work, and as Globoplay doesn't seem to have a support line or chat, the only option available to me was to cancel and request a refund from Apple which I'm still waiting for. It's one of the most expensive subscription for streaming in the UK, you need to fix these glitches.

In Brazil currently can get same service 4x times cheaper if you subscribe for 1 year.
So paying monthly from abroad will work out to be 4x times more expensive.

Péssima App! Péssimo suporte!

Eu TENTO ser assinante da Globoplay á mais de uma ano e consigo! Sou de Portugal vivo no Reino Unido e como todo o mundo assino a app para ver novelas e etc. nos primeiros meses tudo foi maravilhoso até que, um pagamento mensal não foi processado e fiquei sem acesso ao conteúdo. Evidentemente que dias depois eu fui ás definições do meu iPhone e renovei a assinatura mas para meu espanto quando entro na app continuo a ser barrada como se não tivesse pago! Pedi ajuda ao suporte ninguém me ajudou eu fiquei tão desesperada que tive de pedir a outra pessoa para fazer uma subscrição noutro e-mail para eu continuar a ver os conteúdos, isto é o quanto eu GOSTO da Globo!
Agora acabou de acontecer o mesmo! E eu fui para ir pagar a assinatura diretamente no website que além de ser uma AUTÊNTICA CONFUSÃO não me deixa pagar a assinatura sem número cpf ou numero de celular!! Eu não sou do Brasil!!! Obviamente que no desespero pensando que vocês já haviam melhorado eu fui pagar diretamente na Apple Store e adivinhem ??!! Mais uma vez paguei para nada porque a app não me deixa ver o conteúdo!! Web version stopped working annoying

Hi I am paying the equivalent of 65 reais per month, much more than they pay in Brazil and Globo is unable to fix the web version issue. I used to watch on my pc and macbook but now there is a constant error and nobody seem to be able to help. Can someone from this company address the issue to their IT team ( which should be one of the best) and ask them to release the access to the pc or macbook again? Or at least allow us to download the app to our computers so we can also watch there please??

Unreliable

App gets updated at random times and suddenly on a Sunday afternoon I have no access to anything because the update is badly configured. No support online because weekend. Had previous problems with episodes freezing and honestly support wasn’t much helpful either.

1. que se vc pagar fora da data, o seu pagamento não será atualizado automaticamente e na hora como qualquer outro app vai fazer.

Adoro globoplay

Adoro o conteúdo da globoplay, tanto o que está passando na atualidade quanto coisas antigas, são muitas opções! A única coisa que me incomoda é que não dá pra deixar a globoplay rodando numa telinha pequena enquanto mexo em outros aplicativos… consigo fazer isso na maioria dos streamings… também me incomoda o fato de fazer download ser quase impossível, consigo nos outros e não consigo na globoplay…

Filtrar capítulos

Não consigo entender porque ao invés de melhorar um aplicativo eles pioram. Eu assinei o Globoplay pq moro no exterior e sinto saudade de assistir novelas. Mas agora nem assisto mais novela pq o “filtrar capítulos “ desapareceu. É muito ruim ter que ir passando pra baixo até encontrar o capítulo que vc pastou, principalmente quando já se está mais pro final. Not working after renewing subscription

It looks like a know issue. After subscribing again through Apple Store, I’m getting error 319 saying that I already have a subscription, but app still asking me to subscribe. It is a shame, because my wife really liked the content. I have requested a refund, hopefully will get it.

I paid for it but as I did through renew the subscription, the app didn’t recognise my payment. End of story, I lost the money and I won’t get it back!? This information is missing from the provider and it’s a very bad service so, if you decide to reactivate your app like me I suggest to do it through the Globoplay App rather than from App Store!!! I wish I had my money back at least! Bad service and lack of information to those abroad. Not cool!!!!

Não consigo acessar conteúdo exclusivo

Estou pagando o plano de
£9,99 e simplesmente não consigo acessar o conteúdo.
Não consigo contato com os desenvolvedores. Até consegui pelo Twitter, mas eles não conseguiram me ajudar.
Acesso o app e fala para ser assinante, ai quando clica fala que já tem assinatura vigente.
Está bem frustrante isso.
Sem e-mail ou chat do suporte da Globoplay.

Like others, paid for my subscription but it wasn’t applied to my account. I cannot contact Globoplay support since you need to be a subscriber before you can do that lol. Waiting to hear from Apple whether my £9.99 will be refunded or not. Avoid!

Not very happy

It’s the second time I subscribe on Apple. Payment is debited but the app will not recognise payment. I have contacted Apple about it, they say I need to wait for 24 hours. If it continues not work, I will have to contact GloboPlay. I tried but every time you search for their “atendimento online”, it redirects you to frequently asked questions and you never find a real person to help you.
I will give 2 stars only because I have already watched the programs, and they are fine. It’s the app and the service that is rubbish.

This is not ok

I got the subscription which worked for about 2 weeks. From one day to the next, I can go in but it says I need a subscription to a app that I am already subscribed to. As long as it worked was great but now I can’t see a thing and I am still paying for it. There is no way of getting in contact with them. They made sure they don’t have to deal with problems. Don’t get this app. Not worth as it stops working.

So annoying

The first thing I realised when I got this app was that it was Portuguese. So I clicked on my profile and to settings to change the language. Of course, due to my 1 star review, it didn't work. I clicked on English MULTIPLE times. I went back into the app. And guess what? Haha it didn't work. I went into the language and region (because I read things that are underneath my language option) I deleted Portuguese from my.. thing? I WENT BACK INTO THE APPS SETTINGS AND CHANGED IT TO ENGLISH. I WENT INTO THE APP ITSELF. GUESS WHAT? HAHAHAHAHHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA. HA. IT DIDNT WORK HAHA. I am going crazy over this app. I only got this app for one thing and one thing only. To watch insatiable. I searched it up after realising I could use subtitles and it wasn’t even there.

Cancelled unfortunately, Started well now constantly has issue

Initially the app was good, since November stated having issues and now it isn’t watchable anymore so
I cancelled.

Not fit for purpose with Chromecast

5 stars for content, 1 star for functionality.
UX is hideous. Can’t scroll properly. If I happen to have the app running on the background and jump back to it I’ll need to close and launch it again because it freezes every-single-time.
Managed to watch a bunch of shows but somehow in the past 2 weeks 10 out of 11 attempts to stream via Chromecast simply won’t work. It seems that it’s loading but fails to stream. This is so frustrating…
So zero fun, just frustration, really.
Please make sure you have a dev support team who actively works on these bugs before charging people.

One of the Frustrated app

I live in England and I was so excited ro looking forward to watch the amazing movie, programs and others features the app offers but all I experienced was frustration as I haven’t be able have to access the services since I purchase it 2 days a go 🤦‍♀️. I try to give it some time as maybe the system needed same time to track my payment but still nothing.
I’ve been since then trying to figure out a way to contact costumer service and as much I search and follow the instructions for the live chat or contact number there’s no access to it .
I wonder if anyone could please help me
either having the service finally working or found out how do I request a refund.
This app still have way too many updates and services that need to be sorted before charging for this type of product .

Amando a GloboPlay, para quem vive fora do Brasil como eu sente saudades, e a GloboPlay veio para trazer nosso Brasil mais pertinho com muita facilidade e um ótimo preço!!!!
Mas precisa melhorar pois eu não consigo abaixar o aplicativo na minha tv Toshiba e também não está disponível no PlayStation, isso me limita apenas a tela do telephone :(
