Cannot link to Facebook

I used to love playing this game. Was one of my favorites. Sadly this doesn’t let you link to Facebook anymore to which I had unlocked so many rooms. a message pops up about the developer so my guess is that he has closed down this game.

To whoever the developer is, please sort this out as there are a lot of people wanting this game back to how it was and to be able to look into Facebook.

PLEASE FIX

For a long time now I have been unable to play this game fully, “your favourite Facebook Bingo to go” really??????

If this is the case then why do I get error message, I have been trying for coming up on a year and still can’t log in, I don’t want just normal access I want my access via Facebook, I unlocked so many rooms and achievements when I used to play.

I have been unable to access or play in any rooms other than the gem rooms for some time now which is very annoying as I can’t complete the collections without the tickets.

I also played everyday for several months but got no joy on getting those missing collection items that way.

Very infuriated as I was really enjoying this came until these bugs hit.

Assuming this is no longer supported as no fix has been but in for this longtime issue.

This App has never ever been any different , in fact last time I checked it out few yrs back it was annoying , sticky , so called special rooms (valentines)as a Example don't load .

Even using Auto Daub is aggravates me because it sticky , if you get what I mean .

Love this game and like to collect all the collection items but very glitchy.

This used to be really good app but now it keeps crashing, and its usually when im winning!! Also it very slow as when daubing numbers it takes ages to cover, when clicking power ups to use they take forever to act and even then they are a con especially daub ones cause if a number comes out and you daub it before your power up daubs it it uses your power up to cover number rather than you daubing it so therefore whats point of power ups to help you win please bring this app back up to scratch as it was in beginning

This app looses connection ALL the time. None of my other apps do. It's rubbish and the loss of connection causes me to lose tickets etc. I'm just glad I didn't pay for it. Now after an update it is worse! I buy tickets and then it reverts back to the buy tickets screen and I have been charged for tickets I haven't used!!! Criminal!!

It's getting worse! Since I wrote that review, I have bought power ups that have ALL disappeared. I have won games and the bingo button won't operate. I'd delete it if my daughter didn't love playing it with me. Absolute pile of poo.

This used to be my favourite bingo app, but since Rock you took over it's been a complete shambles. I used to regularly spend money on in-app purchases, but will not buy or support this game again until the extremely long list of problems are resolved. Also, the only way you can get help/support with this game is via Facebook. I don't have Facebook and don't intend to create an account just for this app. So even though I have been a long time, loyal, paying customer, I am not allowed a voice because I don't have a social media account! The constant glitches, freezes, greediness, high credit costs with tiny payouts make this game miserable. I will find somewhere else to spend my money and would recommend everyone else to do the same.

I have down loaded 3 bingo sites to play for free which is great fun as I love my bingo.. However , I have found that when I'm winning money coins tickets ect... They don't always go on my credits and I'm owed over £1000 and power ups and other items that don't appear when said I have won. I enjoy the game, but have to weigh out the fun factor against the frustration factor! On numerous occasions when I win big, the app closes itself before I am credited my winnings, so I not only lose out on the tickets I won, but also waste my power ups and the tickets I played on! This happens so often that I am thinking of deleting the app. Also frustrating when I use a 2x winning power up, but my winnings are not doubled up! Would be a great game if it worked properly.

Used to be better

I have been playing about a year now but it's becoming increasingly frustrating when playing.

Buttons not reacting fast enough even though I have fibre optic broadband, also, when I have been purchasing extras due to the slow buttons I call Bad Bingos before I even get to start the game.

I understand adding all the new rooms to keep existing players and entice new players but perhaps that is the reason for the loading/playing speeds.

I hope this is received as constructive because the game is fun, it has just become a less user friendly than it used to be.

Thanks, this is still a recommendation because I believe these issues will be rectified.

Forced to update and all data has been lost

Been playing game for 2 plus years. Collected nearly $500,000 and 12,500 tickets and after a forced update and all data has been lost. I'm back at square one!!! It's as if I have never played the game before. Tried re-setting to no avail. Contacted help line but guess what - no help seems to be available. If my previous status is not reinstated there is no point in playing the game any more as I can't face starting all over again.

I think it's about time you sort the sluggishness out for use on the mobile phones. It worked fine before the update. Since then I have nothing but problems. The new way if toggle between the cards is still not working fast enough. I have to press several times for it to get me to the third and fourth card. Because of that I lose numbers and forever trying to catch up. Also when you press on the numbers called they don't always light up either. I have lost no end of bongos and power ups because of the program not working well enough now. I do like the game but get fed up of having to chase the numbers and losing out in the end. Because of that and the fact that in the end I just leave the game in the middle I will only give 3 stars for the game now. Hopefully you will sort this out and then I can re-rate the game to 5 stars or more

Got worse

Agree with previous reviewers. This used to be my favourite app but there are so many bugs nowadays that my enjoyment in the game is much less. Often I cannot even get through the daily tournament before the app quits on me, which is extremely frustrating. It keeps deleting the number of wins I have had, thus making it impossible to reach the weekly team targets, and making me wonder if I should delete the game permanently. Please do something about reliability!!!

Terrible.

Terrible app. It took forever to download, which was nothing to do with my internet as other apps had downloaded only a few minutes before in a few seconds. When I finally got onto the app it took several minutes to load. The tutorial lagged and froze several times. When I managed to skip the tutorial and clicked to play one of the rooms it took several minutes again to load, then even longer to "enter" the room. Finally entered the room and then it crashed!

A great game, love the concept of the lightening bolts to give you boosts but for quite some time the game keeps on booting you out either in the middle of a game or at the end when you have won a bingo. When this happens you lose any tickets you have either placed or have won. Very annoying. It also becomes very slow when playing a game, especially when you have used a boost. This needs to get sorted, as it doesn't happen on any of my other bingo games. Please please sort the bugs and glitches out.

Love this game but ....

It very annoyingly froze on me yesterday and wouldn't pay out the 50 tickets that I had won during the game! I now can't log into the game - it just says the game is initiating. PLEASE PLEASE fix this bug so that I can go on playing!! Have about 250 tickets that I can't use!

Still flaws in this game

I love this game when it works properly. I have now managed to get it to load on my iPad - had to delete some of the apps and clear up some space but now when I play if I win coins in a gift box it doesn't add them onto my coin amount.

Come on guys you're letting the side down with these errors. Please make sure everything works and then I'll give your game 5 stars.

Game would be great if only it would stop freezing mid way in games. Very frustrating as you lose the points for the frozen game and you just want to throw in the towel. Also so many games do not give the promised points earned. If these bugs were fixed it would be a good game even go so far as saying a great game. Come on bingo bingo get these issues sorted out.

Needs work

I love this game but am really disappointed with the way it keeps freezing. Each time it's a new level it gets stuck. I have also won lots of prizes but never got them. It seems to get confused. I would spend more on game but don't want too waste it when it screws up! Please get someone to sort out probs, as a really good game if it didn't have these problems! Great game but lots of bugs with every update

I love playing this game, it's one of the only bingo games that you can complete each room without having to connect to Facebook or have 'friends' to give you items. It does, however, tend to freeze when there's been an update which can be annoying especially if you level up as, once you've restated and opened the game again you're back to your old level. I haven't used real money yet so still enjoy playing but please fix the bugs!!

Was better before

Often can't get into game it freezes on the load screen usually about 82% was better when I could play 4 cards on one screen why did you change it so you could only have 2 cards per screen. (Iphone version) Annoying. Too many ads. But a fun game with potential if you could sort the loading issues and give the option of how many cards max per page. And fewer ads.

Enjoy the game but not enough coins won, like other bingo games you get more coins each day and when you win a bingo, or land on a square with coins on. Glitches and I have lost my winnings because of them. I have filled in all my mega cards so what are you going to do to replace them?

Since updating my power ups are being lost, it just says waiting I have lost 100 coins because of this glitch.

Have you sorted out more mega cards or some thing else to replace it. I'm getting fed up of all the problem! Do something about them please

Great fun and getting better. I would like to be informed when I am dopey enough to miss a bingo and I would like to get to the help desk without going through Facebook, which I hate. I don't like it when other people can see what I am doing. I have just spent 10 mins trying to submit a review and "the nickname has already been taken" so there is a problem.

Also the megafan is stuck with only the number 21 to daub, but it should have been daubed dozens of times.... So that is stuck too.

Bingo

I found this to be a great game. The graphics are excellent, as well is the layout of the game. The voice of the lady caller is very clear and easily heard.

I thought this was just going to be yet another Bingo game, but I was quite surprised with the great quality, and if you allowed yourself, you could easily play for hours and not be bored.

I highly recommend this game, and the wonderful thing is it is free, they dont keep asking you to pay for anything.

I was quite surprised when I won several times against a room full of real players.

Brilliant when working well

Love this game, had a few issues with my coin balance not increasing which was very annoying when on my free daily spin I got 750, then minutes later was back at 161... But after an update it's been fine since! Hours of fun! Very addictive though...

NO APP SUPPORT IF U DON'T USE FB

Ok.... I'll do it all here, maybe then you'll listen... Game was plodding along nicely.... Then this "mega card" thing pops up- I say "thing" as I can't use it... There is VERY little actual info on the app itself about it, and it lost me a hell of a lot of coins!!!!

Tried to contact you direct, but I cannot submit my memo, as guess what?? I don't choose to use FB!!!!!

I would love an explanation as to why/ what these "mega cards" are for.... And my coins back!!!!!!

Average

Used to be good fun until the errors started creeping in. Sometimes I buy cards and the game doesn't start for me - I get stuck on the buying cards screen even though it takes the credits. Quite often the coins I win do not add to the coins I already have or if they do they disappear in seconds, having this problem I can't get enough coins to buy more power ups.

Hopefully this will be fixed and the game will be fun again. Just gong to collect daily bonus until there is a fix and play other bingo games instead.

This is my favorite of all bingo games! I have had little if any problems it's the most stable and has outstanding graphics. They could be more generous with how often and how many gifts may be given/received. That might help those having issues.

Great game - loving it

Really enjoying playing this game. Seems to be working better now since last update and not hanging or throwing me out of app. Some more daily credits would be nice! Like others keep losing coins which makes it hard to progress. A gesture of good will to players who play often would be appreciated.

Addictive

Very addictive game but waiting for the games to start can be a bit annoying and it would be nicer to get more tickets for free. If you have facebook friends that also play you can gift them tickets and they to you also. Would be good if you could purchase tickets for games from all the coins you can win. Very good game though.

Not impressed anymore

A few days ago I upgraded the app, they have made numerous changes to it now! Firstly, the app keeps crashing and does not keep up with number been drawn, so annoying! Secondly, now you can pick up to 4 cards to play at once and you have to manually click between them, not bad, unless it's crashing and your screen looks at though it's doing 10 things at once. Thirdly, I earned enough money to buy some power ups which takes ages if you don't win every game!!!! When I bought them I never got to use them because whenever I powered the bar it just said loading or something like that, which I felt really done against considering the amount of days and time it took me to earn them. Lastly, even though I am losing patience I thought I'll keep at the app see if it improves, and tonight the crashing hasn't been too bad, but for the first time in months I actually win a round and my prize SHOULD have been £200 to spend on power ups but instead I got awarded £50!!! I don't know if it's just me experience these issues but I am losing faith in the app completely and up until I upgraded it I had no problems I thought it was fantastic! If I ain't happy in another day or two then this app is being DELETED !

Heartbroken!

This is addictive but both me and my daughter (and everyone else that has written a review) are fed up with no coins, no tickets and no leveling up also doesn't seem to connect with teammates now either please sort this out its especially disappointing as I tried contacting you and have had no reply :-( I would have loved to have given you 5 stars but with the technical problems which desperately need fixing unfortunately I can't :'-( sort it quick!!!!!!!
