Convenience vs privacy
This is still a useful app, but recently the requests to install cookies and allow multiple “legitimate interests” access have become tiresome and intrusive. I shall use it no more - there are good alternatives.

Unreliable
The starting off point for a journey seems to always be correct and the prices they give for each mode of transport is usually correct though sometimes it costs more. Multiple times however (in Thailand) it has told me to get off mid way through my journey whether it be on bus or train, when there is literally no reason to get off because the bus/train i’m on is literally going to take me to where i want to go. So without added research to double check if i need to actually get off or not i would have gotten off when i don’t need to and mess up my whole journey!

Fantastic App
Downloaded this app for my recent trip to London it is BRILLIANT it made my life so much easier traveling on the underground (tube) for the first time and especially traveling with the family. Gives loads of information about the best way to travel such as the tube trains buses and taxes. Just live this app. get it

Killer app
Have to say, this is quite possibly the best app I’ve loaded this year. Makes planning journey so much easier, which when travelling abroad with work also reduces costs and expenses.

Extremely helpful when travelling in unknown areas
From the UK travelling to Paris, and I couldn’t be happier with the service this app provided. Very detailed and specific when giving instructions, it tells you exactly what line to get on the metro, how to get to the metro etc. This app is perfect for travellers. I will be definitely be using this more on my travels👌🏼

Useless
The app itself is useless. It copies the site. And forward you back to the site (with Safari, so if you use Chrome your settings are not saved) to buy a ticket. And when it shows the tickets there is no option shown on the app.

Very useful app...
Works well for me as it is. Suggestion - how about adding a multiple stopover feature to make it work for people planning world tours or complex business trips? Maybe make each leg searchable on cost, duration, or other criteria.

Inaccuracies
I downloaded the app today to help with a specific journey. While the bus number details were accurate I found that the information on frequency and cost were extremely inaccurate.
The app told me one bus daily when I went to purchase a ticket at the post office they told they ran at least once an hour! Also the cost was way out. App said 5-7, actual cost was £19.
Overall - useful to a certain extent.

So useful
Found this app when searching for something to help me find my way around Berlin recently. It was SO useful on finding stations required on both S and U Bahn and also the buses. Easy to use and definitely worth downloading and have recommended it to family members as well.

Can’t be relied upon
Used this app to try to organise intercity buses in Portugal and Spain. The schedules are woefully inaccurate. In some cases suggesting buses that don’t exist and in others missing out buses, and I mean many many buses. Possibly this is the fault of the bus company but in any case it can’t be relied upon.

Super app for journey planning across Europe.
Haven’t tried as far as Rio yet but for getting a quick fix on options within Europe this is excellent.
Missing some of the more obscure private Coach services in Ireland (Transport for Ireland app has complete cover ) but this, with slick UI is the “goto” app when I want “togo” somewhere.

Last year I was stranded after a train between Newcastle and Edinburgh was stopped due to power failure ahead
Train was packed and info terrible.
Quick check on Rome2rio found a bus leaving 10 mins away .

I love this app. I use it to plan my road trips around UK and Europe to enable me to split the trips into manageable chunks when driving. With the handy bus/train information I can choose to use public transport to places of interest, too. Highly recommend this app

Functional but almost always inaccurate
Works well for simple journeys- but too many times, I’ve tried to use it to get between cities in Europe and it’s shown me buses and trains that don’t actually exist. So unhelpful and irritating.

Almost 100% accurate. Only place it didn’t work too Week was Busan, South Korea. However, it was perfect everywhere else.

As good as a GPS but with more
Used Rome to Rio to help getting around Genoa but without purchasing tickets. It was a great aid in making our visit seamless. I also use it to check options for my next job.

Just what I wanted (almost)
Please add support for EuroLines coaches! They connect many major cities in Western and Central europe, and sometimes are a good (read: cheaper) alternative to flights between those cities (especially in Baltic states).

Simple yet effective
This is the best travel app ever. I am not sure how I found this app but I now use it all the time. It is quicker than TfL for my London journeys. Easier and less confusing than my local bus timetables. It was invaluable when travelling in Sicily on holiday and copes with cross border travel on the island of Ireland.

The app displays information which is totally incorrect. I work in transport in my city and know the fares displayed via this app are lies!

What have you done?
This was my go-to travel app, it was absolutely amazing. Now you’ve changed it beyond recognition, and sadly the new version fails on so many levels. The most important being the proposed air routes from point A to point B have been trashed, with some bizarre routings being suggested yet obvious, shorter routes and carriers completely omitted.
Hopefully these are just bugs that you are working on....

Amazing App
Each time I’ve been abroad I have used this app. It is absolutely brilliant for getting around a place you don’t know (and even a place you do know). Prices are clear and accurate and times for trains trams etc. are also quite accurate.
I have also used this app to help my husband who was travelling from Alicante to Valencia in Spain and wanted to know how to go about his journey. Wouldn’t be without this invaluable app and am glad I discovered it (not sure how I discovered it now). It literally saved my friend and I from being stranded in Spain on a remote tramline.

We used Rio to plan a trip across Norther Spain and again across Northern Italy. Just brilliant and accurate. Easy to use and reassuring when abroad. We printed off itineraries for each journey.

Best Travel App
This is my favourite travel app by far! I have used it in Italy, Portugal, France, Norway, UK.... it’s brilliant! Love the way it shows you each & every stop when you’re on the bus, so if there’s no obvious signage or notice on the bus, you still know when to get off. Would not survive my travelling without it.

Perfect for your travels.
Really easy to use and is really helpful if you’re traveling alone or without a car. Only thing I’d like to change is if it would tell you if you need to pre-pay/book tickets before you get to a location. Apart from that great app!

Fab app, great for planning ideas
The app came as a recommendation from a friend who knows how geeky I get about travel planning, route ideas, etc. So far it’s been excellent - nicely laid out, easy to use, the info has been spot on. And I’ve recommended it to half a dozen other people who are finding it just as good.

Go to website for all my trips
I use Rome2rio for all my holidays, trips , weekends . I have used the site to organise a round trip of points of interest in my area . Recommended it to many friends who all found it invaluable. Journey times and routes give good ideas when planning holidays . It is also an easy way of finding out exactly where somewhere is in relation to a known place . The links to train companies have been useful too

Honestly, what this app does is extraordinary. To tell you so quickly all of the different means of travel to get from A to B (anywhere in the world), the time it takes for each, and roughly how much each would cost (although not perfect obvs) is beyond outstanding. My #1 go to app for travel planning alongside Google Maps.

Travellers, you only need this one app!!
Forget all the other apps/websites in the world for checking how to get to places, what times and how much, all you need is this one app! It literally gives you every means of transport possible, schedules (directed to website) and prices. I've just been to (from Manchester); Hamburg, Milan, Barcelona and Mallorca and Rome2rio had my back all the way. It even has a live gps too so rather than keep switching to google maps you can just check if your heading the right direction on there. Honestly this is every travellers necessity!

Great website; barely usable app
Dont know what the problem is but the website is great: clicking through on a bus journey option shows all the details of that bus: where it leaves from, its listed destination, the number etc. Perfect.
Try to do the same on the app just takes me to the Italian bus company's home page, all in Italian. What the hell use is that?
So having to write down all the info from the website in a notebook which makes the website perfect and the app perfectly useless.

Excellent trip tool
Really great app for quickly checking how quick and simple it is to get to places in an area you don't know. Use it regularly for weekend day trips since moving to Venice and apart from the occasional quirky result it is really useful.

Great idea, shoddy app
I'm not sure what has happened recently, but the current version of this app seems incredibly slow. And sometimes it won't even load, instead just freezes on the home/search screen.
It was a brilliant app, but now it's unfortunately unusable most of the time.
Please sort this out because I loved this app!!!
