FIX for Name ID “bug”
You goofs. Just put a number with the name you choose. It says English/numbers 6-12. It means English language plus some amount of numbers. It’s because they didn’t write a command line for automatically sorting unique names and multiples of the same. It’s an easy mistake to make, they weren’t and probably still aren’t the level of developers like Activision and Bungie etc.
So yeah, haven’t played this one, will edit when I have. Just figured out that EZ clap fix and I’m surprised so many people were stupefied by it. All the other Zenonia titles were a great spin on the top down Zelda format, so looking forward to this.

The game is alright but with the new update of version 9.1 i think it was, it thinks that you are doing something unlawful when starting up the app. Wished i didnt update my phone now because this game doesnt work. But i wish that the app would work reguardless of what version the phone is as my other games work fine with it.

1 star only because I like zenonia but apart from that....
Can't even give you the rating I would like to give you at the moment as I can't even start the game, it's keeps saying something about programming is illegal delete and try again which I've done twice. It's so a shame as I'm a fan of zenonia and can't play it. Please sort this out, I'm not sure if it's an IOS thing or what.

Warning, no support for iOS 9!
For some reason I can't even start up the game, a pop up says "unlawful activity will be persecuted" and then crashes. According to the forums they are working on an update but it seems to think my phone is jail broken when it isn't. (Brand new iPhone 6S Plus) I will update with a higher score when and if this is sorted!

Five stars for the fun game
But 3 stars due to playability on my phone.
This is a fun mobile RPG. However, I am using an iPhone 6 plus and am experiencing clipping towards the right side of the screen, and towards the top. I can't see half of the mini map and character bar, and it's quite difficult to tap on things sometimes.
Please optimise this for the 6 plus!

Great game I love this game I've played the hole series.. Yet I no longer can because iPhone 6+ isn't supported the screen is out of proportion and you have to press about an inch to the left of any on screen button for it to register as you're touching the screen

Iphone 6+ been out a while now this game needs updating for this the picture of the game is to one side of the phone and cant press half the buttons on screen seriously needs fixing! Poor customer service used to be great game now one of the worst please fix as it doesnt seem like theres guna be a new zenonia any time soon!

A fun, slick, and entertaining RPG
This game has a list of great features, including: free roam, a 'back to basics' combat system, an easy to understand, streamlined UI, and an entertaining yet simple story. It's perfect for anyone looking for a hand held RPG to play on the go! The only real fault I've seen with this game so far is there are occasional annoyances with the combat system if your enemy is at a diagonal angle, due to you only being able to attack in 4 directions. :/ This I find is more than made up for with a distinct lack of them trying to cram micro purchases down my throat and the fact I don't need to use my non-existent mobile data (thanks again, O2).

Review
I've played through all the Zenonia games and thought this game would surpass it's predecessors; at first it did but the more I starter enjoying it and the further I got in the storyline the more I found myself in situations where it became a necessity to have better items hence being (loosely used) "forced" into paying money for upgrades, but that a side Zenonia hit the RPG element on it's head and the game is very crisp and very fun and I was reluctant to put my phone down...

Amazing game - apart from crashes
The game itself is incredible. I love the combat and the designs. However, whenever I lose in PvP, it crashes. Recently it's crashing at the part where it says (Tap to start). Was trying to get rank 1 but constant crashing made it very difficult :(

Really good game I've enjoyed playing it, although recently it crashes a lot and randomly I'm using a 4s. It's making me want to stop playing as I have to save it after I do anything jut in case I loose progress please fix this

A bit of a problem
The graphics, game play and story plot are great and I loved playing it, but it kept going off on my sometimes which is worrying when I haven't saved it or when I'm in a middle of a boss fight that is hard, it put me off but not everyone is getting this, even though to other ones are working perfectly well

Awsome game overall, great graphics (although similar to 4) and skills and choices are unique and specific to each class :) a few bad points are that it takes to long to get zen without paying, and armour choices should effect your avatar i think :)

A must have
So far this game has been great. Despite looking a lot like Zenonia 4, the visuals have improved to my liking. Controls are good except doing the dash is harder, it would be better in my opinion if you were to do it like Z4 where you just double tap the screen.
Another thing i would like to see implemented is that your sprite's looks go with the armour you are wearing, also in cutscenes it would be nice to see my character look the same to the way i had chosen it to look in the beginning of playing.(hair/skin) Just a little touch to make this game look cooler and nice.
A problem i have been having is crashing issues. So far it only has happened when I'm about to go into the first village.
This game is awesome if you have spare time, the general exploration is good, although it can be boring back tracking sometimes, having to fight the same enemies constantly if you do not like skipping them. If you are into or want to try out RPG's then i would recommend this game definitely. Good sequel? In my opinion there is no major differences from Z4 other then more classes of course. Although i do think it is more stable and it's mechanics are better. I like that you have more quick slots now, saving time going in the inventory constantly. I would choose this other Z4 any day.
Keep up the good work and get those updates rolling!

Very nice need a bug fix though
It's great fun, very addicting. It has a compelling story and nice gameplay only thing I can fault it on is that when you tap on bank it will either take a very long time to load or it will crash the game and you will have to delete and reinstall and start all over again. Good thing I have patience but a bug fix would be nice. Thanks :)

I'm not saying this is a bad game I just think with the budget they have some iCloud syncing between my phone and ipad could have made this the best game ever and I would spend a lot of £££ however because of this nah ill just play the story and wait for the next one no point in investing in a game that doesn't invest in the players convenience

Zenonia 5.
To be honest, Zenonia 4 didn't have that much of a storyline, Z3 did, and I believe Z5 has a better storyline than Z4.
Moving on, it has stunning graphics, multiple side quests to engage in and so much more, wish there would be a Z6.
All in all, brilliant game.

It's what you expect from the previous zenonia titles. The return of the zen shop is disappointing again but that seems to be the way things are going in most apps. The game mechanics are improved and I'm sure I'll enjoy the replay-ability with the new characters. Please, for the love of God and my sanity, fix the pause when the music loops! d'-'b

One of the best RPG games available on either iPad and the iPhone would highly recommend playing this game if you are a fan of RPG games. Also the other games in this series are well worth downloading, with hours of entertainment and gaming fun Zenonia is a must have.

Need Internet to use
Major let down. Game plays good, but the fact the game won't load without Internet is poor. Be happy to pay for it rather then be divulged into commercial adverts I have no interest in at all. Also the zen thing is annoying, got to level 60 and decided enough is enough of keep wasting time chasing armour you can't use without buying zen. Shame really, could of been a 5/5

IMPROVEMENTS THAT SHOULD BE IN
1. Lag compensation this happens just about anywhere when your not in town hubs
2. When too many monsters are in one area i have noticed the LAG is alot more significant
3. This game has probally zenonia 4 graphics or just a bit better and zenonia 4.WORKS but this DOSEN'T

Great RPG
Only reasons that it is not 5* compared to all the others in the series is that dungeon coop has been removed (as far as i can tell), and you cannot play without internet connection. Other than that it is really worth getting especially as it is free!

Gd so far
The graphics are much better and the story so far looks Gd Aswell. But the fact tht u have to connect to the Internet is actually really disappointing like the previous didn't need to connect to the Internet and so I could play anywhere I was but this game I can't play it anywhere except my home which is really annoying. Disappointing....
The fact that its now pay to win is kind of annoying including the fact that to change the look of you character you now have to "pay" which is massive let down in my opinion and has ruined the point of equipment, the storyline is very bland and boring compared to the previous games and the fact you need to be connected to the Internet to play is annoying.

Free but not free
I'm currently a level 70 wizard and stuck at the boss called Hades. Frankly, there's no way to proceed the game without spending $$ here, no matter how you tried, you just died. Then, I'm not really satisfied with the story so far, your sister always pops out of nowhere and you keep fainted for strange dreams. Quests however, do make sense. And finally, the bug needed to be fix as well. The app will start lagging after a period of time and you need to exit to the main menu and log back in. Enabling the offline mode will let more gamers happy too. Keep up the good work.

Good but..
Good game, as the previous in this range though needs a bug fix update.. Game starts to lag after an hour then crashes so be sure to save progress often! I'm using 4s and all the rest of my apps are closed so must be a bug in it, that said I am at lvl 100 so it's not that bad, just annoying! Please update soon!

Good but pay to win!
I love Zenonia and I have all of them it's my favourite AppStore rpg but now they have removed the item aesthetic change and made it even more like a pay to win rpg yes you made the game free but making the pay to win system over dramatic isn't cool at least make it so that you can achieve all the items and avatars in game as well as being able to purchase it earlier so that way it doesn't ruin the joy as much. All in all this game and the other Zenonia titles have taken its place on my apple products and for its mastered gameplay mechanics and flawless art style I giving this game a 5/5 good job gamevil!

The Best Yet
I've always loved the Zenonia series, but this one blew me away. It's a massive improvement on the series, and has great visuals to top off my iPhone 5. I'm disappointed with the price of the IAP's though. I'd happily purchase had it not been ridiculously overpriced. As much as I love Zenonia 5, I would not pay over £40 for IAP's - that's just as expensive as most console games. Lower it down to a reasonable price and you would probably attract more buyers.

Needs fixed
During the swamp boss battle there was a LOT of lag and then it crashed (5th gen iPod). If you want to buy the good stuff you need to do a lot of grinding or splash the cash and the fact that you can only get ZEN by paying is annoying. Being able to attract an enemy diagonally is always hit or miss. Item and bank storage is just far too small. Would rather have been able to pay for the game than this F2P crap.

Good but need improvements
Overall this game is amazing. Graphics great,improvement on number 4 however there are about 3 points that are really annoying in this game
1. Den of Trails. Plz bring it back because this game has too big levelling caps in monsters like you need to spend 3 hours just living up before you beet a boss. Zenonia 4 had the same lving
Gap problem but at least there was an easy way to lv up faster
2. Bugs. There r so many bugs in this game it is becoming a nuisance like the one when you load at the beginning and the other when you face particular monsters.
3. Leveling. Like I said before this lving thing is(gap) is a real nuisance especially in the 40-50 area. You downgraded the classes from zenonia 4 and then expect us to beet 4 lv42s without dying when we just came from an lv35 boss! I mean that is a bit crazy.

PROBLEM PLEASE FIX
The game sometimes crashes please fix this.
In zenonia 3 you were able to send mail with a gift and money to your friends for FREE and it was awesome please can you do the same fo this game. Its stupid that you have to give zenins to give a gift. Please make these changes ASAP were using enough zenins on armour and other stuff atleast let us sent free gifts and money to our friends.
