Sadly it’s just take take take now with sky vegas. Won nothing for ages after being pretty balanced at first. They’ve changed the deposit and withdrawal now to profit and returns which is an absolute scam. Making out returns as wins, which it isn’t. So even though you’re withdrawing nothing the game you’re playing will go up a bit but never enough to withdraw anything and then straight back down. But because you’ve had little wins in game it counts as a return as though you have won something. Absolute greed.

Latest update awful
The latest update has been terrible. The app now doesn’t change to landscape on my iPad so can only be used in portrait view, and also the Reel Rivals tournament promotion for King Kong Cash no longer loads and say “The game you are trying to launch is not live on our iOS app”. The previous version of the app allowed it to be viewed in landscape and the Reel Rivals promotion was working just fine. Please revert back to the previous version that worked better and allowed access to the promotions
I even contacted Sky Vegas in the app to let them know of the issues and was told it is a known glitch and just deleting the app and reinstalling it would fix it but it hasn’t worked and still won’t load the promotion as the game is not live in the iOS app, and it didn’t fix the issue with it not not going to landscape. If it’s a known glitch like I was told then why haven’t they issued an update fixing the problem.

Sky Vegas games are rigged and it’s a proper criminal cartel operating these games. I made video recordings of clearly showing that the game was not even paying on winning lines and 3 scatter symbols were ignored for bonus. They replied to me that we have seen the evidences and *it was a visual error* 😂 if I win, it’s a visual error but if I lose then it’s a part of game. I am taking them to gambling commission and will also post videos on social media platforms to show people the true criminals in this industry. The most interesting part is that I don’t care about the losses but rigging and making us fools is not acceptable.

Very bad to loyal customers
I have played sky vegas for almost 5 years now! Had some fantastic wins some weeks I’ve had £800+ off there! Games do not pay out as promised.
Played at sky bet now for football betting and there is not many sites better for sport betting. But sky vegas is terrible. The money you put in to games the wins do not correspond to the apparent % payout guarantee. It recently just happened to me today, I am not a massive spender due to how bad the payouts are. But I put £19 in today alone. And at 10p a spin on the new donkey kong game I played 190 spins and never once activated the free spins game and my biggest win from the whole £19 was £1.30!! Other than that it was 5p wins. Now the company know that majority of customers do not understand the payout percentage and I am sure they are covering what they need to by the bear minimum. But it’s very shady and a poor way to run. The prize machine is also the worst “free spin” machine I have come across on any casino app. 1 win every 10 days then it’s limited to 1 free spin win!! They also offer hardly no free spins through the week whereas William hill offer 5 free spins daily! Stolen £10 from my account!! Avoid this unhelpful app at all costs!!
I used Sky Vegas for a while, it seemed fine and predominantly on the live Blackjack tables. The dealers were great and I can’t fault them at all…. However, recently I have experienced multiple issues with the app just kicking me out of the lobby and while in the middle of bets!! I attempted to place a £10 bet and was told the bet was NOT confirmed. It then kicks me out of the app and I have to force close it due to being unable to get back in. When I got back into my account, the £10 has now gone!! I complained and was met with no help whatsoever and was told it was placed when it in fact was not. Refused to help and couldn’t be bothered to try. AVOID!!

Terrible service and little to no help
I joined sky vegas due to a bad history with coral, it seemed amazing at first especially with the generous offers provided, however after only playing one game and attempting to withdraw my winnings my account was suspended with zero warning or explanation.
After over a week i have had no explanation and contacted the support team who gave little to nothing other than “the security team will email you, sorry for the inconvenience”
If i do end up receiving this email i and getting my account un suspended obviously i will remove this review however for me i have had a terrible time with this company.

Not sure what the problem is but the last few weeks the minute you start to do well on a slot the game conveniently crashes, ‘can’t receive data’ etc just starting to feel a little rigged on here now had some good wins but they were months and months ago again rigged they pull you in with a nice win and then slowly strip you down

You see, I had booked a £200 win on a game called “the goonies megaways”, I was £200 up on my balance and then somehow, just like magic, or like a switch had been turned off, I went 150 complete spins (£1 a spin) and got absolutely rinsed because the machine knew that it had already paid a net positive to me, this is unethical because it doesn’t advertise that the game has a dynamic RTP that changes to make sure that you always book a loss, it says that on average it should be around 93%, which is a complete lie if you happen to be winning as you watch all of your spins magically become losers and suddenly this 93% return to player becomes more like 10% until you are back to being down overall.
This is a common trend you see with online casinos, where someone else cannot physically play your machine, they have to make sure that you are always booking a loss overall, so unethical and shady practices such as dynamic RTP rates that make sure you give everything back is sadly all too common and I’ve seen it many times before, avoid and try a better service, or simply only use slots in a real casino.

Honestly what can I say, I had £42 on 88 casino and I lost it all without getting any wins now that’s what you call rigged and a scam. Sky vegas however I had £32 after I did all my bonuses and now I’m actually up from that at £44. And there’s no such thing as a “bonus balance” with sky. When it comes to the sports betting app the Sky bet app is up there with the best but Sky Vegas is definitely not - the app consistently crashes in games requiring the game to be reloaded, especially when you’ve just won. The game is usually saved when you reload it but this hasn’t been the case on a couple of occasions. RTP doesn’t exist with these guys
After joining Vegas from other companies I realised I’d wager a lot and win a little, I understand gambling is gambling, however it’s got ridiculous, I do £1 spins typically, and decided after losing £250 and the 2 bonuses I did get (got the worst ones and had to respond for £8) it still landed in the worst one, I wagered over £400 to test this site and slot. I got about 4 bonuses, 2 bonus guarantees of £10 and the worst bonus was £9.40 I won once £60 (after over £250). After that I gave it a go and it just ate everything no good bonuses, no base wins. Luckily I can afford to test this rugged system but be careful cause wins don’t exist and when they do, it’s not to win, it’s just to delay the loss. Whenever I play on sky Vegas the only game I play is Eskimo Dough. I’ve literally played so many different slot games and I can honestly say that Eskimo Dough is the best at frequent payouts. Too slow at everything
Most sites now give your winnings within 4 hours, been waiting 3 days now for mine from sky! Other sites let you withdraw a minimum of £5 but with sky its £10 . So if I deposit £5 with another site and get above £10 I withdraw my £5 and play with the rest often winning a substantial amount. With sky you can’t do that even if you get up to £9.99 etc so you end up losing everything. I’m not a massive gambler, I usually play the goonies game with £5 every other weekend on apps such as William Hill, Ladbrokes etc one app at a time not all together.

I joined sky Vegas after a bad experience with coral. Took me a while to get used things but once I did I’ve got on great. Excellent selection of games, great customer service. Payouts hit my bank next day 100% of the time. My only tiny moan is the offers available-free spins etc are always based on minimum stakes like 10p. 10p scratchcard prizes for example. For me personally I spend about £1000 a week. I can afford it as it’s disposable income but I would like the giveaway prizes to reflect the amount I spend with you. I may not like coral anymore but their loyalty spins and prizes were based on how much you spend. I normally do £2 spins so the free spins I would win were at that level as were prizes. Other than that I give this site 5 stars.

I played this app over a few months and the odds are really strange sometimes. Like you feel them change depending on how much money you have deposited / stake. I thought legally it had the be the same across the board? Good app, smooth play and good % payout. Reason for low rating is due to £10 discrepancy that hadn’t been deposited in to my account. When I questioned this I was told to contact them in 5 days which I did, only to be told to wait another 5 days which I did! When contacting them again I was told I have to wait another day because of the bank holiday. I have wasted to much time trying to sort this minimal amount out and was made to feel it was my problem. I have been a loyal customer for a number of years and to be treated like this is unacceptable. I told them to cancel my account and to keep the money
