Simple , easily understood and helpful
Costing and pricing is an essential part of succesful; buisness but in a busty kitchen many of us do not have the time to either carry the process out or insure that those that should have the ability or timke to do so. Lynx Purchasing's app is very simply to explain and use and therefore a worthwhile tool to introduce in any kitchen. It helps the team understand the concepts of profit and margins and can allow them a tool which they can help improve business profitability without being to intricate

GP App solves menu pricing problems for pro Chefs
Calculating gross profit is vital in a busy professional kitchen - if you don't hit GP your profit margins start to erode very quickly. The GP Calculator App from Lynx Purchasing allows you to quickly work out the menu price you need to charge, including VAT, simply by entering your ingredient costs. You can also reverse engineer a dish, by entering the menu price and food costs the App will tell you what GP you are making. An essential kitchen tool.
