Not for subscribers

As a print subscriber I should be able to login, but it doesn't work. Jumped through all the hoops and even called customers service who said they were resetting my password. No dice. Forgot password doesn't work as it just keeps saying connection error. Even tried a different email but says couldn't locate account, therefor connection error is false. Tried creating a new account but says account already exists.

Meh

Would be a good app but needs a lot of work. Constantly crashes and lags. Sad that, because I would've loved to use my glamour subscription on my phone.

Issues and Updatss

Since the IOS update I have lost all back issues prior to October 2015. This is displeasing and not to mention he fact that the November 2016 issue is yet to be uploaded on the App. There are also no options for purchase.

Disappointing since the update

I've had the glamour app for some time. I had issues going back to 2013, but since the update these have disappeared. I've even tried the restore option but that doesn't do anything. Also the digital version of the magazine doesn't show on the app until a week or more after the magazine comes out. As a subscriber I'm disappointed with this update. Ive lost old issues and can't see the new issues when they come out. Sort this out please!

Good app, too long between coming out in shops and appearing

I like the app, but it's over a week between the magazine coming out in shops and being able to get it on the iPad. Annoying. 🙄

Blank pages throughout magazine

Despite having been in contact with yourselves by email several times over the last few weeks and having deleted the app and reinstalled it, the ad pages are still appearing as blank throughout the magazine, this is very annoying and needs to be fixed ASAP!

Awful crashing issues

App constantly crashes which is extremely frustrating when trying to read a magazine. Annoying when you pay out for something and can't even use it. I think I'll stick to paper copies from now on!

Impossible to read, crashes constantly

I got this app as I received a subscription with a beauty box, but the app makes reading the digital magazine a nightmare. It crashes, and then when you reload it takes you back to the page you started on! Trying to scroll to find where you were before the crash is difficult due to the app being so slow to load. It’s just awful, and frustrating as there is no other way I’m aware of to read the content.

Unuseable

Had a subscription, forced to cancel it as I never actually got to read an issue. Considered it a sucess if I got through three pages without the app crashing and got fed up of constantly having to find my place again. Awful app.

Constant crashing!

If you are going to pay money for an online magazine, you should at least be able to read the articles before it crashes! The ads come through though of course(!)

Disappointed

I am very disappointed that I cannot access the digital magazine and no response from my emails regarding access. I also want my money back. I deleted off the app in order to see if it will work- unfortunately not!

Am not renewing!

I am quite disappointed there are way to many adverts in Glamour! Especially seems it's not one of the cheaper magazines I have purchased. I won't be renewing my subscription.

Waste of Money!

I have recently downloaded and paid £15.99 for the Glamour Magazine UK subscription. I downloaded 1issue and now I can't download anymore! I will not pay for any more issues so my subscription means nothing apparently. Please fix! It looks like this has been an issue for many months so its about time it was sorted!!!!

Massive disappointment!

Renewed my print subscription in January under the premise that I could read it on my shiny new ipad, waited patiently for the app to be released. Unfortunately I updated the app the day after I threw away the postal envelope and now unable to retrieve my account number. Have contacted them twice through the centre with no response. Please sort it out!

Sign in issues

Would love to even try the app! I am a print subscriber and have been waiting for ages for the free access to iPad edition to become available. Updated the app, entered details several times and even went through lengthy sign in process but every time it says details not recognised. Please fix

Really frustrating - lost £30 now!

The app itself seems fine. But I have now wasted £30 on online subscriptions which fail to register. Subscribing is easy enough, but then the app seems to forget your subscription, meaning you have to buy the issue again if you want to read it. Please fix this ASAP - as I said, once you're in the app itself its pretty good. But you can get this quality on Metro's tablet app for free.

Stopped working!

I have been automatically downloading the magazine on my ipad monthly since the jan issue, both Jan and Feb was fine but when March came it is was just blank!! And now it has disappeared all together! I pay monthly so I am very disappointed that I have been charged for this without actually receiving what I paid for! Do not download until Glamour confirm the issues have been resolved!! I will be switching off auto-download.

Poor upgrade

The new glamour app is very disappointing. In the change, I have lost all of my previous magazine purchases, a waste of quite a lot of money for something that I had paid for and belonged to me.
Also (and very importantly) the functionality on the new app is not as good, you can't enlarge images to get a closer look and turning the page is not as easy as before.
Lastly, the new app closes without showing the magazine unless my iPad is connected to the Internet. Seeing as I used to read glamour on my commute to work this is highly frustrating.
Under any other circumstance I'd go back to buying the paper magazine but unfortunately I have an online subscription and so I have no choice but to persist with this wholly inadequate app upgrade.
Please glamour sort this out and restore our purchases ASAP!

Disappointing

I cannot access any old issues I have brought since the new app this is annoying I have spent a lot of money over a years worth of issues gone with no explanation to me. I have email and was told my past issues would appear they have not. This needs sorting out or if we won't be able to view past issues should be refunded!

Very poor transition

This has been brought in as a new app with very little explanation to subscribers. I have an annual subscription which has only just ticked over for the old Pixelmags Glamour app, and as yet I have had no response on support for how to get the new app to recognize my subscription. It is not clear whether the old version will still receive issues.

I was really disappointed to see that I couldn't use my print subscription details to download issues like you can with the US version and with British Vogue. This would be 5 stars otherwise! Please add this feature!
