Good, handy app
The app is easy to navigate and eventually helped me make my purchase. There were a few technical hiccups as I was going through the order process (not proceeding onto the next page with an error message appearing). It didn’t like the promo code I was entering at first but it eventually accepted it. Look forward to receiving my order!

Not shopped with quiz for so many years, used to find it ok, but not all that different and some of the stuff used to look quite cheap looking, but I am going back a lot of years, but pleasantly surprised by how nice their clothes are now, and glad I have downloaded the app, just ordered a wrap over top, so let’s hope it’s looks good and fits. Will be definitely checking out quiz in the future.

Perfect
Love how all items fit my body shape perfectly and it’s breathable and comfortable. The only minor fault I can find is that there are no ‘similar items’ to the one you’re viewing which is slightly annoying on the app also that there are no reviews of the items so you can’t grasp what other customers felt.
It would also be nice if it was connected to customers and shows ‘normal people/customers’ wearing the clothing item. But the clothing itself is fantastic quality and at an affordable price it can’t be faulted.

I’ve purchased 2 dresses from the curve section and absolutely love them I just got a 3rd, quiz are great no messing around many sizes and having loads of great different options, I am and will be a regular customer love it.

Not impressed!
Not impressed with this app at the moment. I ordered a dress but when I got my confirmation email it had 3 dresses on it not including the one I ordered (and no, none of them showed in the checkout process). I tried ordering the dress I wanted, it was in my basket but when I signed in and went to checkout...it said my basket was empty!! I tried a few times with the same problem. The phone number on the website and Facebook doesn’t exist so the only way to ‘get in touch’ is by email or by messenger on Facebook. I have messaged but as yet no reply. So, I guess I’ll have to wait for the 3 dresses that I don’t want to arrive and then return them and hopefully get my £115 back.

Saw a clip on YouTube and liked the clothes she was wearing, saw it was from Quiz so came across your app. I really like the clip you can see model walking in outfit gives a good idea of how it will look. Also the fact that there are options for larger sizes.

I absolutely love quiz, I have been shopping at quiz for years! I never walk out of the store without anything, I am obsessed with the clothes, perfect fit and really generous, styles are amazing every season! 99% of the time I’m at the Meadowhall store in sheffield, but occasionally I go to the frenchgate store in Doncaster, and at both stores the staff are lovely. In fact all my wardrobe is quiz. I cannot wait go back to my local store and see the new season. So all you guys at quiz, thank you for being amazing!

Rubbish checkout procedure
Great site but Awful app when it comes to payment. Had to enter delivery choices and details 3 times before I could actually pay and check out. If it hadn't worked 3rd time I would have actually left the site entirely. Also don't mind being contacted via email but app choices says mail, email and SMS. No thank you.

The App Is Too Slow!
I love Quiz clothes, and love visiting the store! I thought it was great that it has an app so downloaded it to browse at home. But it's been nothing but annoying, so very slow, most items are in the wrong category when searching, it's taken me ages just to add an item to my basket which just puts me off buying all together! I think they need to work on the app more!
