Update has ruined the app
Since the update today (15/02/19) the app won’t work. Keeps crashing. Disgrace.

Updated following update
Rock solid again and still my number one app for professional blogging. Issue resolved by the developer and a new release in response to a previous crashing issue. Can’t fault the app at all, this really is the only way to blog using the blogger platform on mobile.

Like, but a few issues
I am having trouble when it comes to putting photos on my blog. They don’t seem to go where I want them to and they keep randomly enlarging or messing up the format of the page. I really want this app to work, especially as I paid for it. It has all the feature I need but it would be nice if something as simple as adding pictures wasn’t made so difficult. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Works well.
Despite a shaky start when I lost a page the App has performed well recently with no issues.
Wish list: Would like a percentage countdown when saving large pages and maybe a larger font when editing
Overall very good and I would recommend. What is most noticeable is that the developer kindly replied to my issue with losing changes quickly (I have not had this problem since so there is a chance it was a one off)

Powerful tool but still a couple of issues
I am updating this review today (9th Sept 2017), since my last comments were 2 years ago on iOS 7. I have gone through the various system updates and am now with an iPad Pro and iOS 10.
The app is very powerful and I use it weekly on long article posts.
I have two issues with the App. Firstly, I use a page break after the first paragraph of every post, which gives me a 'Click here to READ MORE' tab to bring up the rest of the post. This works fine, but whenever you edit a live post, it disappears and you have to re-insert it, but that is a minor bug that is easily worked around.
Secondly, I don't seem to be able to get sharp photographs without significantly putting up the file size. I compress them in my own software and then the App compresses them again, not only are the images degraded, but their file size is typically 200 - 250kb which is big for a poor picture. I run other web software and can get a good detailed picture for 50kb, so I am not sure what is going on. I can live with it, but if a competitor came along, this single issue would likely make me jump. I did ask the developer about this and he said just put a normal photo into the post and the App would resize properly, but when I do that, I get an image that is about 1.2MB I typically use 7 or so images per post, so that is just not a workable solution for me.

Excellent app
Recommend to all bloggers who work off pads and phones now that Blogger has deserted us. Excellent response to emails and questions and has in reality saved me from going to Wordpress. Very pleased.

Does work.
I mainly use this on my iPad. Tried to do what Google recommended and use a web browser to update my blog but this was to cumbersome.
After trying a few apps I prefare this one basically because although I know HTML I didn't want to be messing around with it. With this app you can just concentrate on the writing.
Well worth the money.

I have tried many a blog posting app and this one stands out from them all. Why? It works and does the most complex of tasks at a breeze.

Can't pick up a draft post and continue editing!
Pretty basic! I often start writing posts on one device and continue on my phone when commuting. this app won't do it. Don't pay money for this app, it's not worth it.

Very impressed
This is the best blogging app for iPad I have ever come across (and I have tried a few). It makes things easy and straigthforward and does everything I want without giving me any headaches. It brought back the pleasure of blogging.

Finally a blog app that works
Have tried dozens, love blogtouch , especially the ability to add alt tags to photos. Does tend to crush when adding more than 5 photos per blogpost, hopefully that can be fixed, but otherwise works brilliantly , thanks

Has potential
It's frustrating because it's almost there. The core content is fine in terms of editing and the layout is pretty clear. Text editing is fine but unless it's updated to support moving images around, it's simply not a full substitute for writing on blogger itself. You can do minor adjustments to images, but moving them around to the give the post the exact layout I want it more important. A little change or two would make a big difference and I hope the developers address this soon.
