Good but room to improveme
Need to stop resetting the match if you take a few mins for a break e.g toilet or answer your phone. This keeps happening more and more.

Pushes Averages
Greet App and pushes your averages up. Just needs an extra undo feature do when games are accidentally finished.

Great app
Great app, only improvement would be to lower the speed at which dart bot gets the bulls on cricket. I think it would be more realistic if it wasn’t as quick as on the other sections

Well worth the money
I’ve recent taken up darts again and was looking for an app to keep scores and averages and this ticks all the boxes. My favourite part is the Bot that you can play that is basically playing against yourself as it is based on your averages and % doubles. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their game.

Good app
It’s a good app, handy for playing alone. The smartbot hits 25/bull like it’s a regular number when playing cricket which ruins that particular game. 2/3 hits every visit is ridiculous.

Fab app all you need for playing darts only one complaint I don’t like the way the scorer calls 180 and 100 it’s a bit half hearted ! Great app use it all the time

Display has to be on never switch off
I love this darts scoring app it’s great. The only thing I would point out is I have to change my display settings to never go off. If I forget and start a game then screen time’s out and goes off then when I unlock screen again I’ve lost all the progress in that game and it resets back to the main menu.

Not played darts for about 7 years now, was only the odd game in the pub every other week or so, been a good 10 years prior to that.. I’ve purchased a dart board while I’m off work through furlough to keep me from being bored as I’ve done everything I can around the home..
Downloaded the app and I must say after playing for around 45 minutes against the dartbot it is £4.99 well spent.. You can make your own profile and it tracks and assists your game, you can add players so you can play against other friends too (not online). You can play against dartbot and improve your performance. I’m sure I’ll be playing lots of games of darts for a long while again now.. We’ll worth the purchase, so glad I looked for an app to assist me with my game..

Smart bot is very good
Played for the last 3 hours and can’t beat the smart bot tonight! All very close games but when it checked out 170 the phone nearly went out the window!!! Got to win before I finish which is driving the wife mad! Oh well, back to the game!

Brilliant - came across by fluke
all i was searching for was like a dart calculator to punch numbers and hope it might give my out shot!!! This is ace, records darts averages, best out shots, best dart legs ect ect... Free version has only 101 and 201, £5:99 i think for full 501 version (date is 7th May 2020 and on Furlough so cant go anywhere to spend money, whats a fiver...!) looked at a few reviews and some saying that the Dartbot doesn't do realistic shots, i can agree with that, for some reason, every now and again when Dartbot “has the darts” in a new leg he throws a no score Zero?? Not sure what thats all about as just checked out 80+ previous.... that said, still brilliant.. 5 Star still. MC

Almost perfect
This is truly a great app, it has a couple of things that I would improve but the voice is clear and good. Smartbot adjusts to your level so you always get a good game. Ideal for the person that wants a practice game. ESPECIALLY AT THE MOMENT WITH LOCKDOWN! I would improve it by adding more games, even if they were a couple of quid (one off) payments to add. The cricket game is more like Mickey Mouse, but this app is well worth the price. Game On!!!

Ok but doubles % always wrong
Have been using on and off a few years and was ok till recently when you hit no doubles it will conjure up a random 3/15 on doubles . Needs this issue addressed

The best darts scoring app I’ve used.
This app is very good. I would recommend it.
The interface for scoring is good, with 3 dart or single dart scoring inputs, which you can alternate between during a leg. I like to use single scoring when I’m on a finish.
The missed double button is also well designed and easy to use so my doubles stats are (depressingly!) accurate.
Playing against the bots and smartbot makes single player practice a lot more fun. The smartbot calibrates to your level which means you get competitive practice.
The stats are ok. I’ve used other scorers with better stat options.
There are various game options to choose - 301/501 etc..
You can set it up games in set and legs.
There is no option to choose who starts each leg/mugs away after losing a leg. But this is a very minor thing.
The cricket game is a bit different to the cricket I know, but it works well.
Suggested improvements.
Voice recognition for inputting scores.
I imagine this would be a big development project for the developer, but I would move to (purchase) another app that had a good voice recognition for inputting scores.
Looking at a mobile phone screen, then a dart board is not great for the eyes.
Better stats options.
It would be great to have more stats information. Maybe adding 5-10 additional features that so you could filter what you want to look at. The data is being captured after all.
For example for us poorer players options to see 60+ or 80+ scores.
More doubles analysis. Capturing the number of winning legs with less than a certain (user selectable) number of missed darts at doubles.
And so on.
When playing smartbot, it would be good to see what level you are playing at.

Close!
This is a good app and overall I am happy with it. For some reason it keeps telling me my checkouts are 100%. I wish they were but they are not. I miss, I bust, but still it says I’m 100%.
I position my iPad beside the board like a typical darts scoreboard. I stand on the oche and I’m ready to throw, smart bot gets out and I then have to walk to the machine to press ok before I can walk back and take my throw. Annoying! I then take my throw and personally I just want to walk up pull my darts and enter my score. I have to stop and be a little attentive as the keyboard is not big enough. There is space, it could be much bigger, I want to just hit the buttons and go.
Some of the suggested out shots are ridiculous. 125, it says first dart T20. Really! As I say, I like it and happy to have paid for it. But it could be tweaked into a great app.

Cricket and X01 scorer
Like the app. Smartbot is generally good, but hits bullseye in cricket with far too much ease. I’m around 1.4 MPR, and if the bot takes 6 darts to get 3 in bullseye he is having a bad day. Also adding commentary when a number gets locked and wiped out would be useful, so when you throw your darts and hit next, you hear what smartbot did while you walk to the board.

Been great for my dart development. After you have some history on game I recommend playing smartbot. If I was to suggest one addition, it would be able to connect to friends ‘Score Darts’ to make it easier to play a game against friends remotely..which we’re doing whilst in isolation

Dart bot checked out 180!
Really good app, great for match style practice. However, I just played a game against the dart bot, he had 180 left and took it out! It was more annoying since I was on 32 to save the match and he won with the 180! 😄

Great Dart app
Been using this for years. Got a dart board set up in the garage, often have a few mates round to play. This app means we can focus on beers and general chat instead of each pausing for 5 secs to subtract 26 every throw! Lazy but useful. The bot is good for single player too, it evolves difficulty as your game improves to push you each time.
Not really been an issue before but since we’ve been confined due to coronavirus it would be good if you could link your game to someone else playing remotely. Had a few games like this with mates also locked in their own garages...being able to all link into multiplayer would be a nice touch.

Smart Bot is not that Smart
Smart Bot is supposed to pose itself at your level roughly. For general scoring it’s probably about right.
However, my out average is around 15% Smart Bots is constantly around 50-60%. Of Smart Bots on 40 or 32 it’ll never ever miss.
Also when under 100 left you can almost always guarantee, if it doesn’t finish it’ll be on 40 or 32, so it will the next throw.
Plus it can’t throw 26 or 45!! Ever!!
Very few practice games.
Wish I’d not wasted my money on this.

Brilliant app for playing sharps. Wasn’t sure about paying a fiver for a darts app at first but glad I did. All my darting pals that have played using my app have bought also. If u play it on a tablet it’s perfect, on the phone it’s a wee bit tricky to hit the numbers if yer a wee bit pished 🥴😂

Save game
Can you make an update where you can save a game and come back to it? We’ve played a few times now where we need to pause a game but when you come back to the app it restarts.

When I first used this I was averaging 40 I’m now averaging 53 which I’d say isn’t bad considering I only play first to 11 in games. So I’m well pleased

Ending on double
Great app, however the smart it seems to hit every double it needs to beat you. Been on double 1 for about five minutes waiting for the smartbot to come down from 120. As soon as it hits 20 it gets double 10 straight away. Great app but this can be frustrating and unrealistic.

A few tweaks needed but great app
I like the dart bot as it offers a progressive opponent that improves as you improve (instead of just choosing a level). I also like the missed double feature. I would prefer the score input keys to be larger and have preset scores like 60, 100, 140, 180.

Statistics about most successful double
Statistics based upon every score ever entered (ie. is your general average across matches going up?)
More quick score buttons (41 / 45 / 85 / 81 etc)?

Was looking at electronic dart scorers. Thought I’d give this a try first. Fiver well spent.
Does exactly what you want and more.
Playing the computer is a great extra.

Fantastic app, I’ve been using this for around 2 months now and find it so helpful.
Just two small points would make this app even better:
1./ Could you display best average over a single leg on the player centre page underneath the best leg (number of darts thrown to win a leg)
2./ Whilst in a game of 501 it would be nice if you could have a live count as to how many darts have been thrown this far in the leg.
Aside from the two small points above this is by far the best darts app on the market.

Busting on score needed
No option to record your score if you score what is required without hitting the double. I hit a 180 when left with 180 (went for third treble 20 as chance to score a maximum are not often!).

Fantastic App!
A fantastic app which is well worth the money.
It’s easy to use, tracks your stats, shows you suggested check outs and the commentary once you’ve finished throwing is a nice touch. Feel as though the app adds structure to my practice sessions and SmartBot gives a purpose to solo practise sessions too.
Would love to some training routines added in the future (such as Bobs 27s etc) as this would make the app a complete darts training and scoring package!
