For some annoying reason, it doesn’t seem to back up all the latest pictures as it used to do… just backs up a few of the latest ones and misses the rest…. Having deleted and installed again it just does the same thing… not very good if you are taking let’s say 40 new pictures then only backs up 10 of them🤷🏼also doesn’t find new pics…
Like I said used to work fine but utter chaos now, also duplicates pics too when eventually downloads

Version 22.4.68
After 6 weeks of appalling download speeds BT supply me with a new hub. On following the instruction booklet I read ‘Get ready with your BT extras’ including mention of BT Cloud. Duly downloaded the app to my phone only to be disappointed to discover the service was only available to customers who registered to the service by 26th October 2022! Hugely misleading especially considering the enormous monthly direct debit charges.

Version 19.8.27
I’ve tried using this for weeks on my iPad and it fails continually. Videos take forever (if they ever complete at all), and after monstrous amounts of time getting my photos and videos up to sync, without warning it declared that hardly anything was backed up and I lost all my effort. Free storage with BT is all well and good, but what’s the point if you can’t use it?! I give up - I’m going to delete the app and find something else that does work.

One T of storage space, great I thought. However, to use the space you’ve got to be able to use the app and that is anything but easy !
Thinking I’ve messed the app up I decided to completely uninstall and reinstall the app but it won’t let me do that, at least not that I can see! I’ve given up on trying to get through to the help line, I’ve more important things to do than hang on to my telephone with my iPad at the ready.
One of the reasons I was excited by tv cloud was the promised 1 T of storage, that would leave me able to dump the expensive iCloud storage, I guess until I get the app sorted I’ll have to keep paying.
At the moment I have to say this app is all but useless if only because it is so difficult to understand

Could be a lot better.

This app is hopeless. It has asked me to update app and blocked the use of bt cloud. Unable to update. Been in touch with bt who advised me to uninstall and reinstall and then it would work. Not surprised it still doesn’t work. On hold on phone for more than 39 minutes to make the call. Frustrated. Why can’t you view a large photo in app by tapping it. Rubbish since last update Since reinstalling working slightly better until recent update now it say on albums, no connections to bt cloud and having trouble connecting to bt cloud. Works after considerable time. Not sure about this app. By cloud not loading up since the last update. Why? 4 jul. What have you done since yesterday’s update. I have. Over 13000 photos and it swings back to over a 1000 or 3000. It is absolutely rubbish. Won’t hold the photos. Cloud going backwards following last update. Starts with a few photos and then majority show. It’s rubbish I would welcome a word regarding this app these are the messages I get we don’t see any photos or videos in your cloud, another is no connection to bt cloud we’re having trouble connecting you to bt cloud Why is this happening

If I could easily transfer my 16,000 photos to another provider, I would. This app used to be half decent but each “improvement” just makes it more unmanageable. Hopeless now.
Hi John @BT. Thanks for responding, but I don’t know how to get back to you! Basically, the app just doesn’t seem to cope with the number of photos I have. I regularly log in, so that my photos should download through automatic sync, but sometimes it seems to start from scratch again and takes ages to sync (because it thinks I have 16,000 new photos?). It also seems to be unable to show all my folders…..I guess I have over 100 folders now and it only seems to cope with about half that number, the rest it just shows the outline of an icon. So, I can’t find a specific photo without trawling through all 16k. I should point out that I use BT broadband, so hopefully that’s not the problem! Thanks.

Tried to back up new photos received in December and January these only backed up partially. When checking photos found that some had duplicated and even where in triplicated, on try’s to delete them it would only remove some. This is a very poor app.
Update: When checking the app on different devices, iPhone, iPad,Mac laptop, windows laptop, they do not show the same, pictures missing on Home Screen on iPhone, iPad showing umpteen folders titled iPad and these can no be deleted even then if I try and deleting one and it says removed to trash successfully when I look in the trash folder it is empty. On iPhone, and Laptops the iPad folder is not showing, so I don’t know what is saved and what isn’t.

App seems to be missing photos from my iPhone 6s and doesn’t up load them to the BT cloud. It also tells you that content is ready for uploading. Press the button and it cycles to green tick then immediately back to telling you that there is content to be uploaded. All I need is something that will take what’s on my IPhone and copy to my Bt cloud. This doesn’t seem to be happening. Disappointing as it was working fine before the latest Apple software upgrade. I hope BY can help with this.

Got the btcloud app great thought would be great for all my files l have in pdf format to save to bt cloud and save memory on phone well it would be great if it actually worked cannot upload any pdf files from phone at all
Will automatically save any contacts photos but trying to save a pdf is impossible
Please sort it out
Thanks for your response so far but no further forward
When you have pdf you want to save either in an email or other you have to download it first then try to save to cloud there is no way to do so all other apps are there ( iBooks google drive adobe etc ) cloud is missing in the beginning it wad there but haven’t been able to save a pdf for around a year or so l also looked at your own help files and according to them you click the + button in app to save there is no + button
The app used to have the ability to be able to save files PDF directly from I phone to cloud but no more in the days where people are use if there phone for emails accounts everyday business it would be great if this feature was there again l run my business via my phone everything is done on it but cannot save a file from phone to cloud

Ok app but the inability for the app to sort music files in any order other than alphabetical is a joke. I thought I’m paying for this storage, and it will be useful to store some music that I can then play on various devices in the house, but I like to play my albums in the track order that was intended, and not alphabetically. Seriously BT you must be able to offer a numerical sorting order for music, it’s 2021 not 1981.
Thanks for your reply BT, but you are very obviously missing the point of my review. No kind of genre sorting allows any albums uploaded to be natively played in numerical track order. Why can’t you add a alphanumeric sorting order?

So far dreadful

It’s been days now that I have this app open and the bar staggers across at a snails pace if at all, occasionally I’ve seen it jump into action, but nothing happens, is it my broadband width? Is it something I don’t know, like going off the app stops it working, I have tried accessing the small video from BT to get some help but that set up one is useless, I’m 68 fairly OK on these things but I’m out of ideas now, I did hang on to a man at BT (who I feel have been quite good on any calls to them lately, minimum calls), he went to figure out my request for help, and was away for a very long time over ten mins, I didn’t hang up, had the phone next to me on the arm of the chair, but as I picked it up when he came back he must have thought I had gone so that was that! So I’m stuck much like the blooming bar staggering across!

Slow, clunky. Screen currently frozen on my iPad. I sought to upload all my music from my Mac Pro laptop. On the laptop all the music is shown as uploaded (it took weeks!), but on my iPad and iPhone half of it is missing. Further the music is not in proper alphabetical order. For example, the B's are in random order. Typical BT, way behind the curve with an indifferent product. The pictures shown of the app display are a fraud. As for my iPhone - a disaster. The last time I looked the app didn't work. In conclusion, I persist because the cloud storage comes with my BT package (1TB) but I have no faith in the product and BT clearly don't much care.

Rubbish App

I get 200 Gig of storage with my BT broadband and this app is supposed to access that with my iPhone. Sadly, it doesn’t do this very often. Since ios 14 was released the app frequently crashes which is very annoying when I want to access something quickly.
Auto photo backup is very slow. The app is useless for storing documents as it does not support folders so docs are presented as a long, long list. Even ancient DOS allowed directories, sub directories etc.
iCloud, Dropbox etc. are much better. They don’t give as much ‘free’ storage, but it’s worth remembering BT’s storage will go away if I cancel my broadband and anything I don’t download will be lost.

I have just looked at BT Cloud and it seems to have lost my backed up materials. It suggests a backup has failed, but why should this erase all the previous saved material?
I like other users find the way it works confusing.
Can this be reviewed urgently
Thanks
An update
Well I seem to have my backup restored, but every time I access the App it now does the following
From the Home Screen - it always tells me I have no music or files backed up.
It then does some backup of photos - seemingly random and it rarely gets to the green tick
Whist going through the above my music and files seem to magically appear. I’ve gone into the music and the item selected does play - yahoo!!
What confuses me is:
1. Why the seemingly random backup of old materials - seems to go on forever
2. What is the purpose of the images on the opening page, as most are historical not recent, just backed up images.

My photos no longer back up automatically from my iPhone. Kind of defeats the object I have to do it manually but it doesn’t always work. Sometimes my folders are missing then they appear. Sometimes says I have no space to backup. I have loads! Says I have nothing stored in the cloud yet. I have loads! Please fix this or I am finished with BT.

I have spent the best part of an hour using the app trying to find a method of creating a new folder, deleting duplicate photographs easily and backing up my iPad, none of which I have been able to achieve.
I have been to the help pages but they appear not to be aligned with the current app.
Moving anything around in the app takes multiple actions, and each file has to be selected individually without an option to select all.
Content not synced yet message repeatedly on screen and existing content gone.
With so much free storage this should be my go to app but unfortunately I look like paying for storage elsewhere as I just can’t get this to do what I want?

I was hoping that cloud storage would be as convenient as a local drive but unfortunately it’s not. Despite being on a 100mb + fttp connection, response is very slow and clumsy to access which makes it very difficult to interact with. What is desperately needed is a much faster interface that allows you to access your data easily. At present before I can do anything I am presented with a long list of files waiting for upload - why can’t this be a background activity?

This last app update ... been a letdown for me, I think there’s a few bugs with it ...logs you out now and again and doesn’t stay signed in on the remember me option, the app always when you seem to load as if your loading for the very first time upon starting ..... I’ve never managed a full complete upload since this last update ...as it randomly just shuts itself down ... if I knew I’d have this trouble I’d never done update... before last update ... perfect no probs atall.... hope this app update gets sorted soon 😕

The only good thing about this app and the BT Cloud generally is the amount of storage you get (1Tb). However, this is of little use if you can’t get the thing to work. I uploaded about 300Gb of files from my PC using the desktop app (documents, photos, music, video etc) which took a very long time even over BT’s fastest broadband and I arranged it all into folders. However, it would not then sync with the iPad or iPhone app and show any updates to the folders. I tried forcing a sync by pulling down the screen on the mobile apps but to no avail. I tried waiting a few days for it to sync by itself (which an unhelpful BT agent told me to do) but it still would not refresh and update to sync with the web or PC interface. Then, all the folders disappeared completely on all apps and website. The hours I had spent uploading and organising the files was lost! The whole
point of an service like this is to allow access to all data on any device and also to provide a back-up. This offering can’t be relied on for any of this and will drive you mad trying to get it to work. Don’t waste your time.

Total garbage

They claim you can ‘play your iTunes on all devices’ once it’s been backed up to their cloud. I uploaded 5500 songs all in the same format and bit rate and security level and only a third of them will play. I can go through the menu to select them and press play and I can down load them to a PC so it’s clearly their issue. BT have booked a phone call with me every week for 3 months now and I get a different person every time who I have to explain the situation over and over again to and then I just get standard rhetoric rather than a solution. On top of this their app’ now just hangs up every time I try and use it on my iPhone.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. I can’t even use voice type to write this review. I have wasted many many hours trying to get this application to work and am not going to waste any more time with it. Other apps such as prime photos or google work faultlessly. It has uploaded a couple of thousand photos from my iPad excruciatingly slowly and then stopped altogether missing a whole years worth of photos with no men’s of downloading them. It also says I have no contacts, documents or music to upload which of course is nonsense. Same problems or worse on my windows desktop and iPhone. For the most part I find BT services very satisfactory but they really should not use this cloud rubbish as an inducement to sign up for their other services. My advice to others is to give it a miss. Use other more efficient cloud services or invest in an extra hard drive of some sort.

Not as easy to use as Microsoft one drive

During photo uploads app keeps hanging or closing, reboot it and does the same thing within minutes. Seems better if I don’t use the phone or other apps on my SE while it uploads, which will not be useful as I have many photos to upload. Don’t get this problem with any other cloud.
Reply: I am on the latest version of iPhone and by cloud software. Still hangs and also most annoyingly stops backing up when iPhone screen times out, I.e. backed up 12 photos in the last 8 hours when phone left alone plugged into power and with app running to back up my many photos. No wonder bt gives me 200gb free storage, I can’t use it ! As I said earlier, no problems with other clouds...

A buggy app, it always has been, but I back up all my life’s data because it’s free with BT and there’s a lot of storage! I use another Cloud package as my main backup and BT Cloud just as a second backup. BT can’t cope with large files though - it falls over frequently and they become inaccessible - and the user interface is awful. As is their support. An hour and a quarter in the queue the other night, only to be told that second line support had gone home by the time I got put through. And they never called back as promised.
The biggest issue I have with the current IOS app though is that i can’t find any way to sign out. Sometimes I just don’t want all my personal information available on my iPhone with just a single password or facial recognition to gain access. How can anyone design an app that you can’t sign out from. I have to delete and reinstall each time. Crazy.

This app works well on my Samsung S6 phone but does not work on my IPad Pro with IPad OS or my sons IPad Pro so there is definitely a bug in the system. The BT Cloud shuts down as soon as you open a photo so is totally useless for viewing purposes. It would appear that BT have not worked with Apple to iron out bugs on the new IPad OS and as others have commented BT has not updated the App for 7months which is poor. BT Cloud is advertised as part of my monthly package so being short changed by BT. BT are not fulfilling their part of the contract to provide a reliable cloud service. I have reported this problem months ago and still no change. How ridiculous is that. I am going to have to open a formal complaint again. Not that BT will take any notice. Very poor and unacceptable BT.

I so wanted to give this 5 stars as it’s a great storage back up for photos but the app on the iPad constantly shuts itself down when I am scrolling through photos, I get to scroll back about 100 photos and it just closes the app. It doesn’t happen on my Samsung phone so there is some bug in it that doesn’t like iOS I have a 2018 iPad on iOS 13.2 please fix it as it’s a great app otherwise. BT so disappointed with you there have been no updates to this app for over 7 months and all the latest reviews say the same thing, the app just crashes on iPads. I have entrusted all my photos to your cloud storage app and now worry I won’t be able to view and retrieve them. Please fix this urgently....

Since the upgrade to IOS13 the app doesn’t work correctly on iPad. It does however work on iPhone. Let me explain.
On my iPhone if I select a photo I can view details and I even have the option to download onto my iPhone. Note that we are talking about photos uploaded to BT Cloud from my MacBook.
If I do the same on my iPad, the app crashes when I select the photo ie I’m unable to download onto my IPad. The app used to work correctly on IOS12. The “blurb” on the App Store says that the app was updated 7 months ago. I think it needs testing again on iPad.

I have tried for over a year to make this app work for photos, well below the 1 gig file size limit. But it crashes continuously, freezes for minutes at a time. almost every time on apple products on opening I have to log back in and it go through the whole setup routine uploading files. Then on iPad when I select an image the app crashes - even after reloading the app a couple of times it still happens. And the menu of options displays almost permanently on the left hand side of the screen and can’t be rolled back. These particular bugs are not a problem with the app on my iPhone, though it still crashes frequently when scrolling, even when that is done slowly to give plenty of time for images to render.

I tried this App some months ago and deleted it because it was so unstable.
Foolishly I tried it again two weeks ago, after being attracted by the offer of 1000gb of storage.
I have wasted countless hours trying to get the app to work effectively and failed. The app continually shuts down when viewing photos and is unbelievably slow.
Additionally it ignores the user settings that I set-up to store only the photos that I select and it continuously decides, for itself, to load all the photos that are in “photos” on my iPad.
AVOID THIS APP, unless you want to waste your life away trying to get it to work!
I will now delete the app once again.

Kotionokxyzzz777 has said all that needs saying about this app. The app is useless and has not been updated for over 6 months and replies to comments made by users by BT about users having “a bit of trouble “ are beyond believe.
BT please get this sorted ASAP.

Since downloading IOS 13 and its subsequent bug fixes. BT Cloud will no longer allow you to enlarge image on screen. In fact if you try to do this the app crashes. This applies to the iPads that I use, fortunately my iPhone 6 which still has the older IOS (12. something) still allows enlargements on screen. Complained to BT who have finally agreed that Cloud needs the app updating but says that may take a month. Progress one step forward two steps back.

Everything about their app is great! I got 1000GB STORAGE. I can cast the pics on the screen and above all my memories stay

*One thing I must say that needs to be redeveloped is the behaviour of the app when it first starts. The app should be able to provide continuous login capability so that we don’t have to enter the password again and again as it is very annoying. Also degrades the user experience

There are a lot of options for cloud storage and some big names so when I was offered BT Cloud storage I was a little sceptical. The amount of storage offered I have to say is excellent. However, as it currently stands the app is a long way behind everybody else.
To start with there is no option to enable two-step authentication. As such the account is only protected with a user name and password which in this day and age is next to useless for security.
Secondly, iOS integration. There is none. You can not save files from an app (say an attachment in an email) into the cloud storage, you also can’t use the iOS file manager to access the cloud storage. Nothing seems to integrate with the service so it becomes a standalone app that can only backup your photos.
There are a few other features that are missing but the above two to me are probably the most critical. Fix these as a start and I would definitely start using the cloud service.

Overall I love this app

With a wealth of images and music on my laptop, I wanted a secure way of keeping everything synched and, as I tend to stream music, I wanted access to my music from my tablet.
After copying all my music to a new bt cloud folder on my laptop which shows up correctly on the tablet, the sync commenced. It took rather a long time (days ) to sync fully but I think I had a strange file on my laptop containing copies of everything again!!
I now have all photos and music available on phone, tablet and as originally, on the laptop. New itunes purchases and CD rips are immediately available and backed up so if my laptop suddenly dies, there should be no problem.
The built in music player seems to work ok but intermittently cuts out or loses connection with the speaker, so I will monitor this.
It would be great if the app were supported by sonos which presumably would negate any issues with the bt player?

I have changed my previous 5 star review to 1, simply because I cannot give a zero!
I liked the Cloud app and one of the savings with BT Broadband was the Cloud, saving me £7.99p/m with OneCloud. 4 months later and the app hasn’t loaded more times than it has and I cannot access my photos or access my work. The only reason I still have the app is in hope that one day it will work and I can download my 2,000+ photos and documents that have had to be rewritten anyway.
I am disgusted at the lack of customer service or urgency and am counting the months to when I can leave. I am also back to paying £7.99p/m for a reliable service.
Don’t waste your time.

It’s a useful enticement to sign up to BT and have free cloud storage thrown in. The no frills-app is effective in that it gives/gave you access to your files with a folder hierarchy interface that harked back to the dawn of mobile apps with no means to configure your default view (I don’t store photos, yet it’s the first view you’re shown).
In the last 24 hours the effort put into interface development has been shown to have extended to testing where we’re caught in a ‘you must upgrade but no upgrade is available’.
Doubtless the app will return again soon to its quickly patched, barely-adequate old self.

I’ve just downloaded this app and thought I’d give it a go. I rarely take heed of reviews as I feel each persons experience of an app and attached frustrations vary. I am generally pretty patient with these things but I think my use of this app is probably going to be very fleeting.
It backed up photos on my iPad fairly quickly, but that’s about the only positive I can give this. It doesn’t let you pick which photos you back up, all or nothing I’m afraid. So now I have to go through every one and delete any I don’t want to save. I’m patient BUT EVEN MY PATIENCE WEARS THIN IF I CAN ONLY DELETE ONE PHOTO AND THEN THE THING FREEZES AND I HAVE TO GO OUT AND BACK INTO IT TO DELETE ANOTHER!
BT, I don’t have all day to do this and I certainly can’t spend my life waiting for your app to behave. Come on, put some thought and effort into this app, it has potential but it’s pathetic at the moment.
Add to this the fact that it has a penchant for crashing and even a saint would curse it!
The cynic in me thinks this has just been thrown together as a sales point for your other packages and that you’re unlikely to improve it as that will have a cost attached. I know you’re in the business of taking money off me but please don’t insult my intelligence by pretending you’ve got a solution when all it does is cost me time and sheer frustration! Come on BT shape up and prove me wrong!

I used to use BtCloud a lot to back up photos and files and it worked quite well. I don’t know what’s happened recently but I’m finding it unusable. When you log in it won’t accept your password to the point you think’ well I must have forgotten it” so you go through the rigmarole of changing it you log in fine, log out again and low and behold it seems forgotten your password.
When I do manage to log in I basically get the Bt Home screen and no signs of files or photographs! I don’t know if these are lost forever or if it’s just a glitch! Whatever it’s hopeless and unreliable. I wouldn’t depend on it as a primary back up source!!

This app is so frustrating every time l open it to view my content as l am scrolling through the app it will suddenly go blank and l am then back to my home screen this problem not only happens on my iPad Air but also on my iPhone X
Come on bt can you please get it sorted.
I am adding to this review with the following comments
App continues to crash whilst viewing my photos .
Photos take their time to appear and when they do if you do get to scroll down and then back up they disappear again.
I cannot sit comfortably and look at my contents on this app nor can l get to the end of my content list without the application constantly crashing.
If the application is only designed for windows then perhaps BT should adapt to other providers.
Most of my devices are Apple and on all of them l get the same problem.
I don’t get any problem with iCloud

I am using it for music (in the main) and am finding it frustrating as if you search for an artist and then choose an album (remember those kids!) if you decide to change to a different album by the same Artist there is no back button and so you have to click one of the bottom tabs which loses your search. Very annoying! Searching is also very slow.
App crashes a lot on my iPhone 7 Plus (running iOS 11.4.1). On my iPhone 6 Plus it wont seem to stop uploading and eventually crashes and thus is not fit for purpose!
I’d have expected better from such a major broadband provider. Clearly they don’t care though!

I downloaded this app in 2017 as it offered a streaming service which would sync with my iTunes library. After many, many hours of uploading some 15,000 tracks I find the app does not stream M4a format files (apples lossless format). I have been chasing BT since that time and have been promised a fix. Here we are six months and two versions later and still no fix. Disappointing BT, when is this going to be fixed?
Further to the reply from BT. It is supposed to support M4a files but it does not. You can upload and download M4a files but they won't play direct from BTCloud. This is an ongoing and well documented issue and I would suggest that before replying to my review, full facts are sought.

I’ve got the app on my phone and iPad and they’re set to prompt me once a week to do a backup to the BT Cloud. The problem is that I frequently get presented with the logon screen - even after I’ve been asked for fingerprint ID. When my BT account was setup they auto created an awful (and long) email address so logging in is a pain and so unnecessary. Why use fingerprint ID and then still ask you to login? Why does it constantly ask me to login even when I’ve selected ‘Remember me’.
I also had a problem where the presented keyboard to enter my details on the iPad didn’t have a period/full stop so I couldn’t enter my email address.

I know some people aren’t happy about this app but I’ve used it for a while now and have another 2 apps doing the same thing, and like all storage apps this is rated lower I don’t know why because it does the same thing as all the others, people want miracle apps wanting them to do what they should be doing by sorting out when the photos took and not duplicating them of the photos files are in different folders of course they’ll be duplicated

The app is pretty terrible to be quite honest. Only used to transfer photos from old phone to new one and it messed up the order of a lot of photos - believe this is to do with it not having dates for any screenshots so they’re all clumped at the end. I’ve just used the app again to upload my photos and rather than just adding the new photos, it has duplicated most of the ones I had previously uploaded. Strangely it hasn’t simply duplicated them all as that would be too easy - instead it shows two identical thumbnails but when you load the photo it appears the app has ‘cropped’ one of the copies which means I now have to go through and view every single photo before knowing which one to delete. I will be scrapping this app and looking for alternative ways to back up my photos.

Problems still need sorting I believe

The extra storage space that BT offers for free attracted me to install this app and backup my photos from my PC and so be able to access them from my iPad. Installed onto PC. Loaded the app on my iPad and it seemed to work. A sample file transferred satisfactorily. But then I made the error of closing down the app and trying to log in again later after putting more files in the synchronisation folder. A series of login failures or error messages was only solved by deleting the app and reinstalling. I have done this twice now and so, sorry BT, I have aborted the idea for now. I have never had problems with other cloud storage.

App crashes several times. Logging in is a lottery with numerous “unable to log in” errors. As if this isn’t bad enough, laborious lengthy log in is frustrating, especially as keychain does not recall the details of this apps log in (unlike it does with many other apps). Matters not what platform you use, iphone or ipad, completely unstable. If you try to access bt cloud from the internet on a mobile device, forget that too. It is completely programmed for a normal pc with mouse etc, probably developed using Windows 1942! Overall not worth the hassle for the amount of free storage on offer! Avoid unless your current technology is nearing classic status!

Thought it was about time I started using the 100gb of cloud storage included with my contract. Loading up a goodly chunk of music from iTunes seemed to be a good idea, free up space on my iPad and iPhone and have access to a selection of music.
First loaded BT cloud onto my Mac ok, dragged some tunes into the file which show as loaded. Then the fun starts, with the matching app installed on my iOS devices I sign in and try to play something, tracks show as playing (where I don't know as they fail to reach the speakers). Also every time you switch off your device it signs you out of the cloud then refuses to let you sign back in.
After deleting and reinstalling app on both devices, fiddling with settings and repeated sign ins I think it's time to protect my sanity and dump it, BT cloud storage seems to be a fantasy with Apple software so don't waste your time on it!!!
