Easy way to get tickets

Don’t use this app or website for purchasing any ticket
This is my advice.
I paid without receiving booking confirmation email.
How do I go to the show?
And the account you registered, you can’t log in again after logging out.
Even you clicked ‘forgotten password ‘,it would say the account never existed.
When you try to call the phone number of the website during the working hours, there’s just a recording,no one will pickup the phone, it will end up automatically after the recording.
Don’t use it!!!
I may lose over 300 pounds this time.

Rubbish update
Absolutely abysmal messed up interface can't select seats logical navigation out of the window crashes after crashes uninstalled and now use a competitors website ,

Issues with iOS devices
I used to have no problems with this app, it worked perfectly for both browsing and booking tickets. Now...not so much. Browsing is ok, but as soon as I try to purchase tickets it all goes wrong. The app and the website both seem to fail now on an iPhone - each trying to redirect to the other, and then the banking check page fails to run properly, so the whole thing just times out and I end up having to log on to a desktop computer instead (by which time I’ve lost my tickets). Needs addressing and updating as it’s been like this now for a while. For a major ticketing partner, it’s not currently good enough by any means.

Terrible and Frustrating.
Constantly crashes when you click on an event to book tickets, which makes the whole thing pretty much useless.
It's a shame really because the main Eventim website is quite good for booking tickets. This poor quality app (and their mobile website) really lets them down.

Crashes whenever seats are selected
Used to be good but now the app crashes every time seats are selected and continue is pressed. Only happens on the pick your seat part.
Have emailed eventim but not heard back.
Please can you fix this!

Why can't I print my tickets from the app??
This is bizarre. I thought I would download the app, to make it quicker/easier to view and print my tickets.
Once you have bought your tickets, what do you need to do? . . . PRINT THEM!
You can view the actual tickets, but the only option available on that screen is to close the window. You can't download the tickets, and you can't print them.
So, my question is, what's the point?
If I'm missing something, I will gladly admit stupidity, so please respond to this by explaining. Otherwise, please add functionality to PRINT YOUR TICKETS FROM THE APP.

Poor app
Tried to use this app to get Kate Bush tickets. Managed to get to the accept the terms and conditions section, I tried to accept but it went to the terms and conditions page with no way back! So I lost out - Eventim UK sort your app out!!!!!!

Crashes upon opening
Since update to v2.0 the app crashes as soon as you try to open it. Running on ios 5.1.1, suggest that little or no regression testing was done
