Fairly easy to use but not much choice

SCAM subscription policy
BE CAREFUL WITH THIS APP.
I have bought a year subscription, while probably used it for few weeks altogether.
It’s proven to be okay-ish 3/5.
Near year passed, I’ve check on mobile web if I have to cancel anywhere. Didn’t see cancel button and forgot about app. Today they charged me again for the whole new year subscription and actually refusing to refund!?!?!? Can you imagine. Even on day 1, while I haven’t used the service at all in subscribed period they are refusing to refund. What a disgusting service.
My mistake I subscribed via web, and not via Apple!

A bad experience
After about 20 emails that led nowhere, a PayPal dispute ended in my favour and returned my money. The communication from this company was incredibly frustrating, circling back to points covered by the previous representative (or bot?). The reason for all this was that even though I followed the procedures suggested by planner 5d to end my subscription after 1 year, they still charged me and they refused to return the charge for another years subscription to a product I do not use. Avoid.

Very few options for decor, a lot of the options are very unsophisticated and ugly, couldn’t add in a fireplace like I wanted to as they didn’t have the option I needed. Once in 3d mode it was very hard to see the room.

Beware of scam and fraud marketing
This app is offering 3 days of free trial, but you are charged for annual subscription if you have already taken free trial before. They are aware of this issue, but intentionally keeping this for scamming people. Their customer support says they cannot control the subscriptions and you should ask Apple for refund and hope best. Will ask my credit card company for refund as this is a scam.

I really like this app. I even bought the premium version, I love it that much. Can just spend hours building and decorating a house. Even the free version is quite decent. My only request is more stair options in the next update and being able to build a wall that is diagonal (so I can build a cupboard or something under the stairs). I honestly can’t stress how great this app is. ❤️ Update, they added more stairs. Thank you 🥰 UPDATE: I’d like to request if we could have, along with the 2D and 3D views, a person view so we can see the house as if we are standing inside but also navigate around with ease - Thanks 🤎🤎🧡

Most frustrating app I’ve ever used
Crying actual tears of frustration at the interface and usage of this app, first off spent nearly half an hour trying to get the AR scanner to even function, and when I finally did it would move around the set corners of the room completely throwing off my measurements which was crucial.
Secondly after I’d physically gotten out a tape measure and measured the room I was then faced with the task of manually drawing the room in the app, which was next to impossible with the markers jumping around and snapping to the wrong places, not showing me measurements under 100cm, and the map moving away from the project completely rendering me unable to find it.
If the furniture part is this frustrating, I’m just going to uninstall the app and try a different one.

I think that it is a really nice app but it’s hard to use. I would be good to have floor plans that come empty for you to design right away. Very expensive for monthly subscription but overall I love it .

This app isn’t filed with bugs but there’s one that is extremely annoying , when use the draw a room tool the ui to back out or accept isn’t on screen so you have to close the app then re load it .
On top of this annoying app you are extremely limited to what you can do for example you want to have tiles up to 2/3 of the bathroom walls NOOOOO the whole wall is tiled , but ok ok you can just duplicate the room make it smaller and then lower the hight NOOOOOOOOO cause it won’t stop snapping into the other rooms part butttt ohhh just turn off snapping …. FUKINGG NOOOOOO that button doesn’t even workkk .

Nice program, but there are some basic things which should be available, one, which I think is pretty important, is that you can’t build on the same project multiple storey buildings with different wall heights. And pretty shame you cannot build underground. There could be many more to say, but also I like it, spend a lot of time designing on it.

Look, if you want to get a game like this then get this one but you have to pay for A TONE of things and people that are new to this game only have little things to put in rooms and I’m like begging for the other things that cost and my dads just like “well we’ll see” AND ITS ONLY £7 so if you have your own money you can get it but this game is brill 👍😎

Cannot get started.
Have tried several times to sample this app and cannot even get the basics entered. Pop ups every time to pay for this bit and then that bit. It is not made easy with virtually no actual instructions to help. It is very hit and miss. The scan the room does not work for my iPad. The free version is so limited and looks like you have to pay for every little bit. It would be better to give a full free trial and then people will see advantages and then subscribe. Sorry but not for me.

However I wish there was a greater choice in bathroom appliances, furniture, cut out reveals in walls not possible. But very much on the right track. Crashes every time I try to open it recently
Used to be a good app (bar the old loss of free objects. Which we put up with) But I assume an update(s) has made it utterly useless! I can’t even get in to view my designs (that took months making) Let alone make more! I’m running the most up to date iPhone, with the most recent update. Along with perfect high speed connection and tonnes of memory! So it is NOT my fault! Unimpressed!! Been trying to get into app for weeks now Sort it out for goodness sakes! There’s loads of people with the same issues!
EDIT - canNOT believe it’s got even worse! They’ve fixed a bug that stopped you from even loading game. But now back inside the game….Hours upon hours of watching adverts to earn all my upgraded items and they’ve locked EVERY single one off!! FUMING!! I can’t even move them. I can’t even move roofs to look I sure. So my designs are useless. So so many months of work. Ruined by their greed!

Doesn’t work
This app is fab when it’s working, however it’s not worked properly for weeks. I don’t get my free daily reward, even though I get notified it’s been unlocked, I claim it, go to choose it and nothing just a drop down box asking me do I want to go premium. I’ve reported the issue twice now, keep telling me they have a team working on the issue and “Watch this space”. They gave me 3 days premium access which unlocked everything however BEWARE because every unlocked item I chose in those 3 days and moved into my design is now stuck, can’t move it out or to another place. I can’t even use my daily reward to unlock each piece to move because I’m not getting my daily rewards. I watch umpteen adverts too and still get nothing, they don’t seem to be bothered at all, possibly they have a hidden agenda to force you to go premium, just saying.

Scam
I had the app for ages and thought it was amazing so upgraded it (paid £60 for the “lifetime” upgrade) as I used it often but after a year it said I had to pay again and it came up with a few options: £60 for a year or £60 for “lifetime” which is a bit disappointing to be honest as if you want to use one of the locked features (which is most things) you have to watch an add. I now hardly use the app as I can’t design anything properly as most of the app is locked. It’s really frustrating having paid a significant amount for an upgrade you thought you were getting.

Absolutely love this game and I do understand that you need to make money but their needs to be more unlocked furniture items I’m sick of having to stop furnishing until I can unlock more furniture the next day it’s frustrating!
***Bug*** Also the smallest windows turn blue when placed in a wall this doesn’t happen to any other windows or furniture
Possible improvements:
Custom wallpaper (also just furniture in general)
More access (being able to change the height of walls dimensions of furniture that’s already unlocked)
More plants (outdoors)
Better graphics ((this might just be my device) but most patterns are really blurry)

Useful planner, hard for small rooms
After using this I actually like it and that you can use photos for custom walls. It’s difficult to navigate and edit for smaller bathrooms/toilets. Sliding doors are also a bit basic, you can’t choose rail size, hole size and door size or door types (wood/inside wall) like I want to.
But the planner is good enough to get a good design down and see how it will all work.

Very Happy
Amazing app. Used it to plan my extension. Really good, I was able to get an accurate representation of what I wanted even without premium! The daily rewards are a nice touch, allowing for some premium items, overall, and incredible app. Would definitely recommend downloading. I think premium is a good option as well and I may be purchasing it soon.

Keeps crashing down bot it’s OK
I like this app however it is very annoying that you have to pay for nearly everything you can use. For example, in the beds section, there are only two beds that you can use out of about 20 that you can actually use for free. And I have to admit they look very old fashioned and out of date. Also whenever I switch on planner 5D, after loading for an eternity it works for a few seconds before the app crashes down. Although, I have to admit that if you put aside all the negatives, planner 5D is one of my favourite interior design apps. This is because unlike most other architectural apps, for this one you do not need to sign in and create an account or pay extra to be able to save multiple designs and plans. All of you designs are easily accessible. In my opinion, more objects and furniture should be unlocked for free every few weeks. I appreciate that you can unlock one piece of furniture each day for free by using the daily award. Thank you to anyone who reads my review about planner 5D

Not easy to use and buggy.
Rooms deleted themselves when switching the ruler on. The undo function didn’t bring the room back. Very annoying after I had spent a lot of time creating the room! I requested a refund on the same day as purchase and was refused a refund despite it stating:

Brilliant for visualising
We are having an ensuite and walk in wardrobe built and it isn’t a standard size or shape so when I tried to draw it to scale so that I could measure units and pre-plan what needs to go where it was virtually impossible.
however this app has allowed me to do that which has been absolutely amazing to be able to visualise.
The downside is simply that there are limited free items daily and you have to wait before you can unlock items but as it’s free I will persist and wait as I’ve not found anything else like this that has allowed me to plan my room let alone then see it in 3-D. Excellent app and only 4* rating due to time/in app purchase limits.

So much potential...
I was very excited to try this app. And it has so much potential, however it isn’t the easiest to use especially for smaller items, when trying to place them they’re extremely difficult to get onto shelves etc. Which is quite frustrating. Another is the watch videos to unlock another item, whilst I think it is acceptable if you want to use the free version to advertise, the free items you get are very few. I actually subscribed to the 3 day free trial however upon seeing the £9.99 a month for an app that isn’t perfect, is in my opinion overpriced. £5.99 would be a fair subscription cost. Tracking issues when trying to move items is another issue, it’s hit and miss whether the object actually moves. Fix the tracking and the huge battery consumption (It also overheated my phone while running this app-a big no in my eyes) and make it easier to change colours of objects and you’re into a winning app unfortunately as it stands atm, I’m making a pass until it becomes more stable.

No good, bugs and kills my battery
Tried using it to build a test kitchen. Bugs such as adding a sink unit the heights don’t work, I made everything 80cm high but sink simply showed much lower in 3D. Units don’t slot next to each other when you drag and drop as expected and overlap, being no use to someone trying to plan to the CM. Actually it doesn’t do millimetres only cm. also, when you edit the size, it jumps to higher as can’t change the value of the left hand size. Eg if it’s 50cm high, I try to change to 60cm, you can’t get rid of the 5 by deleting so it’s become 560cm before you can change it. Finally I had 100% battery on my iPad Pro, and after 45 minutes of use it went down to 50% which is not acceptable. I’m deleting, much better software out there for 1 kitchen room.

Easy to use once u get the hang of it.
I found it easy to use to design bathrooms for my customer’s. If any thing I would add is maybe more options for accessories in bathrooms ie tv’s and lighting and the ability to add cut out shelving in walls. If there is such a feature I haven’t found it yet. Having the iPencil did make designing easier. Perfect for small businesses to use

A few changes I would make are, adding more animals, and making the animals move, interact with you and your animal, also to be able to walk your animals and ride you pony’s and horses I would also like a feature where you could pick the bread of you dog there coat colour, like you could add, different breeds of dogs e.g working cocker spaniels, chow chow, German shepherd, Labradors, poodles, dashhounds, etc(beds, leads, toys, food and water, bowls) and cats (beds, scratch’s, toys, litter tray, food and water) even rabbits (hutches for outside and even things for house rabbits) or fish (fish tanks, ponds) , or even horse (fields, stables, mucking out equipment, riding equipment, menage, feed and water). Also I would be nice if the pets have accessories and use them.
What would also be good is if the lights actually work and if the windows could open and close, and if you add a wide range of roof windows,also if there was a wider range of letter boxes, and cars/ 4x4 trucks
I would love to see these changes And overall the the app is great I highly recommend ❤️❤️🥰🥰🏡🥰

This app has helped me enormously redesign our old bungalow. I couldn’t have done it without this brilliant app! It allowed us to visualise our ideas which was a real bonus to show our builder. It also is perfect for garden design. The help provided by the developers is always a very quick turnaround and the online courses are also brilliant. First class app in every way.

The best app of its type...
This app allows me to design amazing houses with lots of options and I really enjoy using it. With the subscription comes lots of furniture and other objects that can be used but I would quite like a larger range of bigger things e.g. stairs and rooftops. Also, I have noticed many glitches in the app and often when I open a project the app will cut out (I use on iPad)
Overall however, an amazing app that I have been using for over 2 years.

Really great but bugs
I absolutely love this app, really great to be able to give life to my ideas ! However, when I opened it yesterday, I saw that some furniture popped up in the middle of my kitchen, and it's very annoying because I can't remove it, even when I unlock the same furniture in the store. It must be some sort of bug due to the recent update because I never used this furniture before and it's just there in the middle of my kitchen for no reason. Really annoying.

My Review
I have really enjoyed my experience using Planner5D. I use it to create many plans for various homes. I have purchased the premium version for the app and that definitely makes a difference. It is fun do make it with the free version but if you are to get this app you should try it out.

Great App!
I have been using Planner 5D since 2015 and have loved every minute using it. I was wondering if you would be able to add a search bar to make it easier to find projects, since I have created roughly 1,000. (Yep, 1,000!) I also think adding a few extra TV’a would be a great improvement. Overall, I am a very pleased Planner 5D user and hope my feedback was helpful.

Constant pestering to pay to unlock
Just trying to evaluate the app by doing a basic mock-up and aside from having most of the features locked behind a paywall, am constantly getting prompted to upgrade. Prompting became so invasive that I uninstalled after about 15 minutes!
Either let people have a trimmed down free version of the app and let them decide of their own free will (based on merit) if they want to pay for more features [the full app]... or lock it up until people pay to have it from the outset - freemium is infuriatingly frustrating and counterproductive!

Absolutely brilliant but refined
The app has a lot to offer without paying anything at all which is great regarding the amount of detail put into it. From rearranging buildings to altering wall levels to furniture colour this all can be edited for free. While there is a lot to work with most of the additions will need you to pay for the premium membership other than the this I would say the only other issue is the lack of musical equipment diversity and microphones as well.

The worst
This game is the worst it lags so much it won’t let me go in to the house to decorate and if you click on something you want it is about 50meters away from you AND there is so much you can’t get. I hate your game it is the worst possible game ever and you didn’t even try when you made the game. 😡😡😡 I thought that when I got it would be awesome and I would play it all the time but no it’s and do you know I am just going to delete it. I have a lot of bad games on my iPod but this one is the worst

Love it 🥰but could do some changes
I love this app but you could make so there aren’t loads of things you have to subscribe to get because there is basically no choice!!!! Also,I don’t know if it is just me or the app but it doesn’t let me put ceiling lights on the ceiling also I can’t put any thing on the fire places and most things float or go through the wall! Lastly, everything is really hard to move around and it takes FOREVER to move one thing and you literally can’t do anything at all unless you subscribe which I don’t want to pay for.

I think this game is amazing. It has all the things to create an amazing house and I spent so much time on it!!!! The only thing is that there is a subscription but a 30 day free trial luckily also u earn a new thing each day like a sofa, which does mean half is locked. This suits all ages above 8 maybe. I would suggest this app and think you should defiantly give it a go!

Love but three small problems...
I love this game but when I try and get a different colour or material for an item it pops up with premium, I will not buy this so I quickly press the cross. Please change this. Also when I try and get an item it pops up with claim an item when it hasn’t even loaded yet!!! Lastly, when I build my own room for the next floor I want it to be the same size as the bottom floor but it won’t show the bottom floor at all. Please change these problems and get rid of premium, thanks a million! 👍😁

Hi i hope you’re having a great day! I really love this app and i really want to be an architect when I am an adult! But.....they are some suggestions: I would really love if instead of making rooms already made can we build walls like you do on the Sims 4????!!!
I would also love it if you made some of things not money because most of the things are money which I don’t think is fair..some things can be money but not TONS like it is now. Could you also add maybe more materials or like the sims a bit more realistic when you can choose what writing/text is on the pillow or you know what I mean sorta???? I love it
This game is amazing and I would recommend this to everyone!
One thing to improve on is the amount of objects/items/units you get because if you don’t have the premium version you don’t get many things.
That’s the only downside to it.
Other than that, it is so relaxing to play.

AMAZING!
I love this app! It is absolutely great and is definitely worth paying for extra furniture. It is brilliant and I love it! I do wish we could have more than 3 floors though. Other than that, BRILLIANT!
I also think it would be good to have a template option, like the projects you get at the start to edit and make our own later on, so if we accidentally deleted them( like me ) we could get them back or edit them all over again.

Simply the best...
I’ve been using this app since the early days and I cannot recommend it enough.
- Saved thousands in architect fees
- Achieved perfect designs after numerous trial and error designs
- Saved a lot of time and effort of getting the builds wrong and having to undo work
- Supported a large number of friends and family with their design conundrums often showing them solutions their paid for architect hadn’t even considered
If you’re serious about interior design, property development, home improvement or architecture then this is the app for you.
They are always adding new items to the catalogue and are very receptive to feedback and requests from customers.
A 5 star app that is a bargain Vs undoing building work!

Amazing! Play for hours
I love this game! It’s so therapeutic and I just love it! Only thing now my subscription has run out and I don’t want to pay £10 a month or £60 for a year, I’m sure before it was a lot cheaper? That is the only thing that puts me off this game! Otherwise amazing! Great graphics, love it

This game is so addictive and I love playing it I think it is 5 star because you can decorate and design whatever you want however I think it is a shame because you have to pay for new furniture an different house design equipment , and for another thing sometimes you can decorate or edit some of the furniture if you don’t like it but you only have a certain amount of times to be able to do that which is really annoying .
Only got this game a weak ago so I still think it is a great game and I think you’ll enjoy it .

Ok but could improve
I have the basic plan, which limits you to about 2 items per category. I could live with that, but as I continued on I found there was a limited number of edits that you could do on specific items (couldn’t change size/colour). They’ve limited so much since I first got the app, I wish I could just freely edit the items that are available. Such a shame because it’s a really good app otherwise, but impossible to use for my project now.

Great
I would rate it 5 stars but what I would recommend is having a few more free objects because in single beds I can only have one bed which is really annoying when I want to customize a room. Also I think you should be able to draw walls so you can have as many walls as you want not just 4.
I would really recommend this app to people who really enjoy creating houses and anyone really that has an imagination.

Fantastic app
The only drawback is that the snapshoots come with a wattermark, but otherwise, this tool has made my agency 1000 times faster, more accurate and can provide clients with quick prototypes of their projects. Support is also fantastic! Solved my problems with my account instantly.

I love this app
This app gives me ideas on new houses and open to all the ideas in the given space. I have also liked that you can make lots of different houses and stores. Something this app could approve on is the lack of furniture a basic user like myself gets, I think that there should be more options to settings in this app. Overall I think this is a fun little app that keeps me relaxed when need be, thank you planner 5d for creating this fun and amazing app for freeish

Its a good app but a bit annoying because you can't unlock all of the items unless you go premium which is a bit unfair because I build loads of houses on there but they are only ever half done because I can't get all the items overall I think the app is amazing and its a good way to express your creativity I personally love it apart from the premium bit. ❤️

Anyone with a house needs this
Anyone that has a home should get this and create a model of their house.
Just bought a new house and having the exact measurements of all the rooms in the model has been so useful while shopping for furniture, fixtures, fittings and colour schemes to refurbish the house.
Being able to size the furniture and dropping it into rooms has allowed me to see exactly what will fit and where.
- Please keep adding extra furniture and fittings.
- Garage doors are missing.
-Can you add a ‘remove wall in front of you’ button so you can view an entire room at a distance and not have to be in the room and pan around.
Keep up the excellent development work.
