I had had this on my phone for over 8 years and always found it fun for passing the time. Recently though it’s become so glitchy that it’s more frustrating than fun. You pass a level and it freezes, with the only way to unfreeze being to close it down and reopen. Obviously you have to do the level all over again. Not so fun when you’ve been stuck on a level for days or weeks.

Very good game BUT no support system at all, beans awarded then disappear, win special prize, only for it to be a regeneration of an aid/s but if you have some in reserve you win nothing, adverts , which are of a help, come and go like the tide for days nothing then an avalanche, and finally why are no moves declared when water to match the tear drop isn’t classed as a move!!! Come on back up team get your act together, what are the advertiser paying you to do???

As someone else mentioned on here.. the greed of the creators of this game outweighs the pleasure. I used to love this game but there’s a fine line between a challenge that’s exciting to sheer frustration, to the point where you realise you’re not enjoying it. When you have to try for days to get past a level it becomes tedious and boring. I certainly won’t pay for bonuses and rewards as the price is ridiculous and it would be a never ending let down. When a game is fair and reasonable it works.. but greed kills it!

I love this game and would play more but I just cannot tolerate the sheer greed of the developers. The gold is priced high and very often you just need one more move, at a price of 9 gold bars for 5 moves and if you think that is bad it’s 15 then 18 gold bars if you need more moves. Several times the gifts which seem to be added when you struggle are 1-3 and linked to the stars 1-3 at the end of the game, last week 4 times failed to pay out on 3 stars the boasters didn’t award twice in a row… With this and the constant throw out in the middle of a game is truly annoying. I have never ever known a game to crash so much and always on a level that you are struggling with…
Where do our animals go, once they are grown, where are all the coming soon features that have never materialised.. I can see why adults will not allow their children to play, having spent over £10 in less than 15mins… You really need to sort this out and stop the money grabbing attitude which sadly seems to be the normal today..

Downloaded this game for my son to play it initially but I ended up addicted to it. Stopped for a couple of years as I got stuck on level 108. Glad to see that the game has changed and it’s not impossible to pass the higher levels now. The bonus adds really make the difference at times.

I have enjoyed this game for many years but recently, there have been some bugs with the game which lead to me losing boosters, the lives given to me by team mates and all my quests. We’ve had some compensation towards the lost boosters, though not the rare ones, earned through quests, and without the quests, which show no sign of reappearing, I cannot earn any more.

I used to love this game but it has changed and now it’s impossible to pass any level without using a lot of boosters or purchasing extra move. It seems players are being manipulated to spend money which I don’t like. Also the additional games have become much less so not much to do whilst waiting for the lives to recharge…. Other than looking at other games and forget about this one… such a pity as if was one of my favourite

I can’t stop playing this game! Sometimes there are quite testing levels that take some time to figure out which I love. Like the fact that you can work in teams at certain points to earn bonuses too. A great game well worth downloading but be warned-you’ll be playing it all the time! 😁

When I’m stuck on a level for ages like at the moment 1218 I need green beans to activate help so it would be helpful to have past levels highlighted where I can get beans instead of just randomly trying a past level to find more. Hope that makes sense. I know each level shows which level you need to play to get the helps for each level but I mean just general indications of levels I should re-play to get beans easily would help. Or more options to obtain gold

The further into the levels you go it is nigh on impossible to clear a level without in game purchases
I tried out my theory on one particular level I played for several days to finish it but the nearest I got was several near misses where I needed 1 or 2 more moves to complete the level. It was either restarting the level or buying a bundle to complete it.
This is an addictive game and you can find yourself spending lots of money trying to get to the next level.

This is a really good game but it has a downfall that spoils this game totally and it’s a shame because people of all ages like to play games like this. You get to a point in this game were you have to pay. This should not be done or should not be allowed. King should not bribe other people or players. It can be offensive to some or other people. They should do some games for free. King is money loaded because of greed.

The only thing I would change is for other players In your team to help other members by passing a level they can’t pass themselves by playing the game for the other player to get them to another level, if the player asks for help them if you click on help it will allow you to play the game for them instead of having to keep playing over and over again until you pass the game that you are on it can be frustrating sometimes.

I love playing this game in break times or with a spare minutes or 2 but with the amount of pop ups it can take a minute to even pick your level. Just a little excessive having 3 pop ups to quit a level - I just want to be able to press replay if I don’t pass a level or want to go back to the main menu

Good for passing the time, I’ve played this game for years now and have passed well over 2000 levels, closer to 3000, without ever having to purchase anything in the app. Some levels can be challenging, with one level I was stuck on for almost 4 months! But lots of opportunity for winning upgrades to help you conquer levels. All in all, it’s not so hard that you’re forced to purchase within the app, but not so easy that it becomes boring or not challenging enough to hold your attention. The upgrades and assistances for passing levels seem fairly priced, comparable to other apps if you decide to purchase assistance to pass levels.

I have been with my team collecting honey pots for over a year...as we collect them very fast. Surely makes sense to have a maximum time that the same team can stay together.?
If i win a challenge to win the race to the winning line....I collect just one reward for doing this...a bit mean...when this can cost me several rewards to do this....maybe a three for the winner ...two for runner up, and so on...makes sense.

I used to really love this game. Until I realised I had accumulated so many beans that are really not that useful. Made a mistake, my bad but I thought I could buy gold bars with my beans! Other way round....... but why should that be? Would be nice to buy bars without spending cash (again). I’ve had enough! You’ve had enough cash from me. Bye bye...... this was my previous review and I didn’t post it and have since played again..... fed up again. It seems unfair that a number of moves are offered and it’s still not possible to win the challenge. It’s addictive no doubt but it’s now boring......

A game of luck more that strategy, It freezes when you get a really good score,or if I get free play for an hour, and I always play with the sound muted as it gets real annoying.
I’ve got over 500 requests from one player for lives, how do I get rid of them? It takes toooo long to send more that 5/6 each session, and so I don’t ask for lives often as I wouldn’t be able to see them.

I am never going to spend money to pass a level on a casual game you’re only supposed to play on the train or having a coffee break.
This is an incredibly entertaining game for those moments but you are endlessly bombarded by hints to pay for boosters and what not. I don't buy the boosters. Its technically cheating which then requires no brain power or skill to pass he level. I am not deleting this game and buying a crossword book for my break times.
I would rather pay £1 for a game that you had access to all features in rather than all this other futuristic way of doing it.

I enjoy the games but I don’t want to join in the teams. There is no choice for opting out of that. I find it annoying.
I also don’t like all the pop ups that I have to get through before I can play. No I don’t want to grow a seed or anything else I just want to go on and play without having to click on what seems like endless boxes before I get to the game itself. This puts me off wanting to play.
By all means have these extra options but maybe on a sidebar so people who want them can click on them and those of us who don’t can just get on with playing.
Now I can’t even post this because every nickname I try is taken. Grrrr

A great game but it really irritates me that when you play a rancid level you might only get one star even though you have moves and bonuses still to play! Should be like other levels where you get to finish the game and get more points. Also, I never know if there is going to be an ad to watch for 3 extra moves. Maybe I’m missing something? Sometimes you know you only need 1 more move and no ad. Very frustrating. But overall I love it!!

I’ve never been into these types of games but thought I’d give it a go.
Great for passing the time and I think I can say now that I’m hooked.
It’s nice to have a game that you can plod through without spending any money.
Only gripe is that sometimes waiting to start the next level you have to click multiple times on an advert to buy stuff or try this try that and if these could be removed it would be perfect. Other than that it’s a good one.

The game itself isn’t bad and there are ways to play without spending. My fundamental issue is something called the “piggy bank” you win gold bars (used to pay for helpful cheat items) but they go into the bank. The game continually asks you to upgrade to a larger bank (at a cost) because the one you have is full. It NEVER opens. There are posts in the contact / support forum back to 2017 asking the same question... and no response. Clearly designed to make you pay without ANY reward.

I am on level 1434 of Farm Hero’s Saga and I cannot load the game. It offers me the Golden Pin of which I accept then Beat the level NOW. Get a gift for every star and it just keeps loading this again and again if I press Okey the game disappears and I have to load it again. I am worried that if I delete the program and reinstall I will lose all my games.
Also “coming soon” has not had any new games for over 1 month. Apart from the above two major problems I really enjoy playing your games.

Been playing this for ages. Took a break then went back to it. Everything was great until recently. The game kept asking me to sign into Facebook when I open it. I did this a few times but no friends appeared and nothing on the leader board. I thought there might be an update but nothing. I clicked on the link for support and page not found. A friend said try reinstalling as everything was saved on Facebook. I did this and when reinstalled it took me back to my level but all my extra tractors etc... had gone.

A fun game to pass the time. Cute critters and sounds. Apart from the frogs. 😀 Even the very hard levels can be beat with persistence; and the odd bonus.
If I could change anything it would be that when you win bonus hours of unlimited lives that you could pause until you’re ready or if the clock only ticked when you were playing. 6 hours of free time at 10pm doesn’t work for me. If players are given a bonus, they’re given a bonus, no conditions...
I enjoy the seasonal levels but the developer clearly wants you to pay to complete. That said, you don’t have to spend money to play this game. Many of the puzzles require luck but some do need you to think a few moves ahead. I like that. All-in-all a very good game.

Recently downloaded this and when I can actually play levels it’s a fairly good game. There are a lot of bonuses and extra screens to click between levels so fewer of these would make it better, I also have to keep closing the app completely and reopening as it frequently gets stuck on a screen. Last 24 hours I’ve also not been able to send or view received lives. I think there’s too many different things going on at once to make the game enjoyable, please fix the bugs and have less bonus games

Great game when you can play it but hate the way it is constantly trying to make you ‘pay to play’ ... I give my friends lives daily - they never get them ... my friends give me lives daily - I never get them. When you get to the end of an episode you reach a roadblock - you then have to wait several days until you can play again. Ridiculous ... I would rather delete the game than I would pay money to progress!!!!

Farm hero’s saga because when I am board and I have nothing to do I ask my my dad if I can play Farm heroes on his phone so I go on my phone and It entertains me soooooo much I always had a little dream to get up to level 100 and know as I am writing this I am up to level 99. I mean It’s not my dream game but no games are dream game because your dream game is a DREAM game

Bring Bonnie back. That’s useful trying to get through harder levels. Sometimes when I check the scoreboard I’m in a lower position than someone with a lower score. Also why do players have to wait nearly 24 hours for boosters to recharge you should make it an hour or two. Also the airdrop & turbo tractor, why can we not be given a choice on when to pick & use them instead of having to use them all in one go? Also why should we have to pay for the piggy bank gold when we’ve earned it in the first place? Another thing, I have had to delete & reinstall this game so many times that I am wondering if it’s worth it. Why, when you use the companion’s ability does it always cover the items you want & never the ones you do. Also, when you first install the game, you cannot get to pick the character you want to be, why when you could when I first started playing the game. I’ve noticed you have done the same on your other games as well. I doubt if you’ll be doing anything about the reviews you get, why would you, you’re probably laughing at it all because you’re making plenty of money out of the people playing the games you own saying & doing nothing. Great, now playing the game & the sound has gone off. The music still plays though, funny that isn’t it.

Why do you have to pay to purchase gold if you have eraned it. That pig that is collecting gold each time you pass a level and each star earns so many gold bars, why aren’t these add to your top right corner. Why do you have to Buy boosters when you have earned these? Why there is no sound sometimes? And why sometimes although you scored more, your name appears below other name that scored less?
Why do you have to ask for money although you make lots only by having us play this game?

Whilst I can spend ages playing the game when not in work.... the quests keep throwing up “Win x amount of hard levels”.... there are no hard levels, just normal or super hard..... Another is “collect x amount of new companions”.... there are no more companion levels on me game so also not possible. Whilst you can change a quest, you have to wait too long to change another. Also I have had at least 7 +5 boosters that keep disappearing. I got two lots of x3 from chests and 1 from my daily log in.... I have never used them yet they are no longer available?!

Frustrating, makes you plan and think for best enjoyment and just the right level of test and pick up gaming for a mobile app.
Can be frustrating that you cannot leave and return. Progress sometimes lost so have to leave the game open till the level is finished
Booster refill time is way too long. 24 hours for a collector? The game will drop out and restart the level if left plugged in recharging phone battery. Even if left off charge it will reset after going in and out several times while waiting for recharge of boosters.
Please fix this. If we have to wait for a booster then at least make the game actually able to wait!

I love this game & at level 1358 I’m getting to the point that I’ve had enough due to the fact it’s constantly freezing! I have not been able to access it for two days! Why should I keep deleting & reinstalling it all the time! Some hard levels are just beyond, I’ve had all fire flies lit yet they don’t fly off! It takes too long for boosts to regenerate & when my piggy bank is full why should I have to pay for it?! On the Rancid Racoon levels if I finish that level & have moves left I want to be able to use them to get a better score but it won’t let you do that! I would like to have extra moves from levels stored somehow so we can use them on another level if we chose to! Some of the bonus levels are just stupid & use all your boosts, but you get little return for progressing So it’s not worth it! Please sort the glitches out, I’ve spent a fair bit of cash on this game but no more, I’ll be finding something else if it does not improve!
Please put hard level designation back in as well as normal level and super hard level designations

great game but can you please stop chopping and changing between hard level and super hard level designation and put BOTH hard level and super hard level designations in the gane instead of one or the other because the levels that are "super hard" are harder the the levels considered to be just "hard" so 3 stars until BOTH hard level and super hard level designations are in the game and applied to the levels that are either "hard" or "super hard"

This is a good game, but there are things wrong with it..there are too many 'super hard' levels, but the main frustration is on these and some other levels is there are nowhere near enough moves to complete it..unless of course the game developers know that when the lives are gone, we pay them to refill the amount of lives we use..I have deleted this from my iPad because I refuse to pay for lives just because they cannot be bothered to give you enough in the first place

I do enjoy playing this a lot but it can be prone to bugs and being a bit temperamental, it sometimes doesn’t give you prizes you should be given. I played it up to about 1,500 levels but it became very uncooperative and pop-ups with prizes would not work or close; blocking the game. If you closed the app and started again, you lost the prize; which at that level, you need to get through! In the end I was forced to delete it, losing all the levels and start again....very frustrating!

I love this game more than the others they do. Is very addictive and not mundane to play like most.
My only gripe is after each level or restart, u have to click through tons of ‘Next’ pages. All I want is to get back into the game.
Also sometimes the main path frame won’t disappear and is stuck over the next level.

I enjoy playing this game but have to agree with another player that sometimes it takes ages to progress until a point is reached where the game takes over, items fly about all over the place and the game completes. Unfortunately this is regardless of anything I have done. There doesn’t seem to be any need to employ logic or intelligence to win the game. Just wait until everything falls into place and you move on. I do prefer games where a I have to think about the moves myself.

Looked at other comments and agree certain games seem only possible to complete after doing them a million times....soul destroying when your not given anything other than dud moves
On the other hand I love levels where I feel I have the chance to figure it out

I have sent multiple requests to the customer care centre regarding errors in my gameplay and missing features within my game that I have seen multiple other players with for a long time now. Each time I log a request, they send me to the FAQ website where I again can only find general information. I need someone to please give some individual attention as I believe my game is not working as it should. I have updated the app, tried on different devices and even uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. Please help ASAP.

- after the iOS update and each app update the app freezes and restarts
- i have lost so many times the opportunity to advance to the next level due to this glitch and then i had to spend days of playing so i could advance. hence the frustration kicking in : deleted the app so many times...but then reinstalled it again as many times
- and when i use the companion’s ability, they land exactly on crops that you need rather on those that you don’t
and I’m sure you won’t be bothered to answer this review not to do anything about the issues raised as you’ve got tons of 5*️⃣ reviews
- sometimes i buy extra moves. the other day it showed an offer. 52 golden bars. i did buy that. well guess what: when clicking to continue it told me ‘your purchase couldn’t be made . please try again.’ tho the 52 bars were showing initially, they were going down each time i was pressing the buy button. i wasn’t able to continue the level and paid also money. THIEVES!!!

Some of the hard levels are just too hard. The algorithm needs to be changed. I understand that after a certain number of tries it will let me through but that voids any personal skill therefore taking the fun out of it. Sort it out.
Level 546 seems impossible to complete.
Also, why all the gold I have amassed can’t be used??? Why do we still have to pay for it? It’s a con. Not sure I’ll keep playing unless it’s sorted out. Running out of patience.

The new Webby Barn, level 7 is impossible! Sort it!!I'm at level tba but I really have trouble with the treasure mill event having to get all 5 levels with one life. I try using boosters but I always use up more than I gain so it's a no-win. I'd like to see any remaining moves from one level transfer to the next level so at least I have a fighting chance.
On that , one reason is the chickens, the water drops and anything else that changes position, always lands on something you need rather than the rubbish you don't need. And don't land on a firework ready to explode, if you must, land on one that's asleep!!! Please.
