This app will train you to do 400 situps in 8 sets of 50 situps each. You will begin from 8 sets of 25 situps, and over the course of 10 weeks will increase the effort until you hit 400 situps. When you are done, you will be much stronger and have much better looking abs.

Great app, not too strenuous but builds up intensity very appropriately. I'm mighty chuffed with this. My only down point about is that it's only for 3 days a week. However I just do each exercise twice then move on to the next day and 1 day of rest. Very happy!

I had high hopes for this App, designed as it is by the makers of the excellent battery boost App, but I was disappointed. If you're already fit and strong, it's fine, but otherwise, to expect a beginner to do 100 sit-ups in their first session, is ridiculous. No technique variations, or guidance on how best to perform a sit-up. It tells you to stretch at the beginning and end of each session - stretch what? And two spelling errors on the first screen that appears... this is really, really poor.
