Always something new

I subscribed to Mobiography magazine to learn how to improve my mobile photography. I can honestly say I have been delighted with the range of articles and education that this magazine has provided. I have found the ‘in depth’ features on several of the photo editing apps extremely useful, getting the most out of an app and discovering hidden short cuts has been a real eye opener! I firmly believe both my mobile photography and my DSLR has improved as a direct result of Mobiography magazine as there is always something new to discover with each edition.

Opens up a new world!

With the cameras in Smart Phones now challenging SLR cameras with the convenience of your phone being with you at all times I ‘opens-up a new world’ in creative photography.

This is a must have app for everyone who wants to push the boundaries of these incredible devices

Great magazine

This is a must read if you are into taking photos with your phone. I have learnt so much and been inspired by the photos inside.

I also enjoy the app reviews, it's a great way to find out about new and improved apps and how to get the best out of them.

Great for anyone who wants to improve the photos they take on their iPhone

I've just discovered this magazine and I have to say it is terrific - full of lots of down to earth, practical advice on how to improve the photos you take on your iPhone, as well as interviews with iPhone photographers on how they approach their work. I've already bought a couple of recommended books, some apps and have bookmarked the sites of loads of interesting photographers. The really nice thing about the magazine is that it takes what could be a quite intimidating subject and makes it very approachable - the tone is always encouraging and supportive. Highly recommended.

Brilliant!

Andy Butler's Mobiography suits my photographic needs better than any other magazine I've read over the last fifty years. Of course there are the usual equipment reviews but very few of them which is refreshing, and they are all relevant to my iPhone photography! - I'm tired of skipping pages of reviews of Canon and Nikon lenses which I don't need and couldn't afford anyway! Of course there are 'how to' articles like all the other magazines, but here illustrated by many more (very good) photos than a print magazine could aspire to, and much more varied than the limited range found in most print magazines: I have lost count of the repetitive articles I've read on how to do landscape/macro/wildlife photography.

But where Mobiography particularly stands out for me are the frequent and fascinating interviews with mobile photographers who are as happy to discuss their philosophy as they are their f-stops.

As a great bonus, Andy has responded very rapidly to my queries about the app. Mobiography is as close to my ideal photo magazine as I could wish. It deserves to do well.

Great informative magazine

Excellent, pioneering.

Mobiography App and Magazine are both very good. I have found no other example of a similar publication which represents iPhone/mobile photographic pursuits. The mag is laid out very well with a great mix of interviews, tutorials and other features.

The finger is well and truly on the pulse here featuring the latest trends, styles of amateurs and professionals.

It gives me a lot of inspiration and motivation to carry on with my own photo art projects.

Love it!

I love this mag! I've enjoyed every issue so far! It not only looks amazing but is also incredibly informative about mobile photography - can't believe what some people are able to do with a mobile phone camera! This sort of image rich magazine is what the iPad was made for surely. Well worth checking out!

An excellent Magazine

This is a superb magazine for people interested in fine images and a great resource for those interested in I phone photography. Well written and produced and some great photographs from a wide variety of disciplines! At a bargain price too! You'd be silly not to subscribe!

Amateurish.... at best

Written and presented like some kind of high school project.....might appeal to some but the constant spelling mistakes and childlike interview questions didn't appeal to me. I am an amateur photographer but dont like my magazines written by amateurs, especially when they ask you to pay!
