Yet another narked ex-customer
I loved the old (full) version of this app but alas in the interests of swinging money out of their customers the original app no longer works with iOS 11
All of my previous projects lost - thanks a bunch there guys.
I tried the ‘free’ version of their new revision but can only have 5 projects which is a fat lot if use.
I’m looking at other apps which do the same thing as I feel I cannot trust these developers not to pull the same trick again in the future (they’ve done it before, they’ll do it again)
If they wanted a paid update at least let us access our old work. Then I might have considered the doubled price and felt only a little bit swindled.
Avoid the app like the plague. You will be ripped off in the future.

Couldn’t get the hang of it
Couldn’t get the measurements accurate, though I’d try it before paying for it but the free version is next best thing to being useless better if the free version has s trial period so all the features could be tested. No way could I line up the measuring arrows and once in place that’s it, cannot be extended or shortened. I had to delete it as the measurement numbers needed a microscope to view them. Needs work.

AR...Absolutely Rubbish
I had the old version of this (which I paid for) with 100’s if files saved. My iPhone X was not compatible with it and so I paid for the new version ... my old one was somehow deleted by the the new one overriding it and all files now gone!!! Cheers....
The new version is just as the old one but with the inclusion of the AR measurement from the camera...it is ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH.
The measurements are miles out and the overprinted information on the photo is given in ‘approximations’ ... not useful to ANYONE.
I would like a refund and a way to extract my old files from the previously purchased version which I can pull from a back up of my phone before this abomination was installed.

Doesn’t work on my phone. I got I phone 6s but features like camera measuring doesn’t work. Paid £5.99 just thought would work. But so disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend.

What a fantastically simple and effective app
Seriously impressed with the free version and very tempted to go pro, it's great to sketch and write measurement but so much better to do it over a picture of the area to truly understand the impact and scale.

Really useful app-my measures
I've had this out for some time and whenever I use it never fails to do exactly what I need. Really simple to use on my iPad when I'm sending information over to people relating to property issues. It's an invaluable tool which I will continue to use.

Excellent if a little bit unintuitive at first
I wanted to like this app, but found it a bit unintuitive at first as couldn't pinch and zoom and couldn't find anyway to delete an arrow once it was placed.
I deleted app after 30 mins then reinstalled to give another go as knew I was missing something.
Firstly the two fingers to add an arrow is quite unintuitive for me would be much better to just click start then click end.
If you also can't find out how to delete an arrow then you click the arrow button bottom left and then select erase and then choose the arrow or object you want to delete. Would be clearer if you could hold down on object and a pop up appear or touch an object and delete is one of the options on the context sensitive tool bar.
There is a lovely pinch and zoom option which is only available on upgrade to pro version and that makes it instantly more accessible.
There are a whole bunch of really useful functions thrown in their from rules, the brilliant loupe function, drop in images and the pull up notes is beautifully integrated.
Just wish the Add > import from library would give you access to all your photo albums as it does when placing an image rather than just 'all photos'.
Would also like the option to take a panorama in-app rather than import from photo library as this helps in small spaces without a wide angle lens.
But well worth persevering and worth the money for a very nice app.

So easy to use. Great if you are shopping for furniture,say, to fit a specific space. Just take a photo and add the dimensions. Go shopping. Simple.

Lost functionality
I rarely write bad reviews unless I get really frustrated. Been using original PRO version with iCLoud sync for a long time without issues between iPhone 6 / IPad Air 2 MacBook Pro 2011. Recently when emailing from iPad images received only very low resolution. Advised by developer to update to new clean install free of charge. Asked developer for support as the NEW version app does not sync with my MacBook 2011 running El Capitan like it is meant to. Also the iCloud function now removed in new version therefore can no longer sync between iPhone 6+ and iPad Air 2 without the Mac working. Discussed with developer with screenshots and although responsive to mails unable to understand my issue or give any proper response or solution after numerous discussions. The APP simply does not sync through my Mac like it is meant to and developer doesn't seem to be too concerned. All the other features are as good as before but lacking the ability to sync devices which is critical for me and therefore 3 stars rather than 5. Hoping for a fix soon and then back to 5 stars!

I'm using the pro version which is better by far than the free version not had many issues mostly I tend to type sizes on our images
Uploading direct to email tends to stretch the image slightly so I tend to upload to my photo library and send later or upload to our web site

Erase no longer works
App now puts a my measures logo onto images saved to camera roll. It didn't do that before and this is not the product I payed to upgrade to
option to contact developer had been removed. Rubbish and a shame because it was good.

Come on give us a chance to evaluate before purchase. Only able to take a photo with the lite version. At least give the option to try some edit functions, perhaps just take away any save functionality or limit projects.
