No Landscape on iPad
A precise tuner with configurable sensitivity.
However:
The paid version promises a landscape display option but should honestly specify that this landscape display is not available on iPads. This is a significant limitation, since many musicians will run other music apps in landscape and with the iPad on a stand: any app which forces physical rotation of the iPad when swiping between apps is awkward and inconvenient, however good its core functionality.

Surprisingly precise.
Works well enough for tuning, surprisingly well actually. Ads and portrait only in the free version, so it’s better to cough up those couple of bucks to go “pro”!

Ok but some work needed
What a pity that the clear tune tuner does not work with recent iOS updates. This tuner does the job but: half the screen is occupied by unnecessary graphics; also the image is portrait only; it should really adapt to becoming landscape again especially since many music apps are better seen in landscape format. So a bit more work and understanding of how people use tuner app would have helped.

Outstanding
After testing the lite version I was shocked at how accurate and sensitive the tuning was over just an iPhone 6S microphone. I have checked it against a John Walker A440 tuning fork to confirm that it is correct. I have used this to tune my Erard boudoir grand with ease and speed, and the tuning is sounding spot on. If you wish to tune your instrument to alternative tunings to standard concert pitch, this app will likely accommodate your needs with a variety of options and transpositions. Extremely impressed.

Was great... For a day!!!
Seriously, I was going to give this more stars as I downloaded it last night and it was a great app.
However, it has developed some sort of bug and stops working whenever I press the tuning fork button! Epic fail!
If the creator of this app could get that fixed and let me know, I shall reinstall it and give it more stars, but for now I can't give a high rating to something that stopped working after only a day! Not impressed!
