How to change character? And backup?
Thanks for the app, working mostly ok so far. I noticed that the new items (e g clothes/songs etc) don’t really get uncovered on the schedule that is in Brushing journey. Sometimes it says “1 brush left” but you only get it in 2 or 3 - not sure why?
Also my little ones want to change their character (e g from captain to Lilly), but I can’t figure out how without loosing their brushing journey? Also want to backup to ICloud to be able to use different devices for the same person.

Struggled to get past the create account page… then turns out its just music
Have closed and reopened and am in… but it didnt inspire much confidence. Then set it all up and its just a guy dancing to a song onscreen. I thought it might show her how to brush her teeth, or show which section she should be brushing now…. But nope, just some guy dancing with his arms in the air
