Descent but not great yet

I bought this app because of the family sharing but it does not appear to transfer to family members? The app appears good, a massive plus point is the ability to record, playback quite is smooth but am dissatisfied with the family sharing aspects of this app otherwise it is a good app to purchase. I hope the update can improve with better Netflix style interface making it easier to track series and movies

Worse than bad

The app isn't bad, it's much worse than bad, but the return policy is even worse. I downloaded it thinking it was useful, but upon downloading it, I realized it wasn't. So I deleted it. I asked for a refund 15 minutes after downloading it and was denied twice, with Apple's shameful complicity. I don't recommend it at all. I'm outraged.

I would say that this app is so good at least you don’t technically have to pay to watch movies. I feel like the thing that I would say is that sometimes it wouldn’t work but other than that I feel like it’s great. I mean I have watched Mufasa The Lion King so many times on this app and I’m so obsessed with it.

On the outside this looks good however there are muti issues such as I paid for 12 months yet still have the crown at the top right telling me to pay, furthermore when I go to watch anything live of vod, an advert shows up for about 2 1/2 seconds NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT FOR PAID APP!

I have reached out to support yet to hear. The EPG would be nice under the channel logo, as the current EPG is a night mere if ur channel list is over 15k and the last channel you be scrolling for 25 mins to get it.

The recording and download is a nice touch but be warned there is no way of deleting it so I have reached out and hope someone get back to me as this has potential but currently a paid service that sill shows ads

Great app, 2 required features need adding

Overall, the app is great however there are 2 issues.

1. When watching my content, the white line to go to the Home Screen is always visible. This makes it very distracting me when watching content. I recommend making it so that when watching something, then the white line disappears.

2. The history feature needs modifying. When watching a TV show you should make it so that it can remember what season and episode you are on. Also, make it so that it can remember what minute of the show you are on. Doing this will make it easier for people using the app to remember what season, episode and minute of the show they were on.

Adding these 2 features will make the app perfect.

Not a bad app at all. However, this is a subscription based service with 3 options available. It doesn’t appear you can use this app without a subscription.

Within the app itself, it appears movies and series from the provider can be downloaded, although I have yet to test this. The only downside here, is that if you purchase on a phone, this does pull across devices ie; to an iPad and it seems a 2nd subscription would be required. It would be nice if you could use the app across devices on the same Apple account.

Inside the app, the interface is nice and simple and very easy to use.
