Amazing game but gets stuck
This game is so good, collecting cards and upgrading planes but it’s now stuck on a tutorial trying to show me how to add a plane onto a gate :( sad this would be good if it wouldn’t crash!

I was really enjoying the game… then an error / bug ruined it
Currently encountering an issue where the planes which are additional assets won’t download. This has now stopped my game from progressing as the tutorial is forcing me to select an extra plane for a gate… and the only one that is available is a plane of which the assets won’t download. With no way to skip the tutorial or selecting another plane I’ve tried biting the bullet- reinstalling the app to see if it would resolve the issue and nothing changed.

I really enjoy this game, however once I got my second plane for gate A it comes up with a finger telling me to press it when I do nothing happens even after opening and closing the app multiple times and deleting the app it still doesn’t work :(

Was a really great game and I was enjoying playing. I got to about level 7 however and the game stopped downloading ‘resource packs’ meaning it wouldn’t download any new planes unlocked. Without new planes it is IMPOSSIBLE if progress in the game. Please do not waste your time or money on this game.

Game completely broken
Game is completely broken. Won’t load past the initial loading screen. This has been an issue for months and game is unusable.
Previous review:
This game is amazing. Whilst it is a tycoon game, there’s always something to do, so you’re not left waiting for long periods.
However, you do need to purchase the ad-free version to really enjoy this game, as the ads are so long. But this is the case with all tycoon games.
Also, I feel like I have relatively quickly “finished” the game. I see their are new areas that are yet to be released. I hope this happens soon as I really do love this game!
Suggested improvements for devs:
When on flight board, please could you make it clear which plane is currently selected (if any)? E.g. highlight it yellow.
Another difficulty is assigning planes to gates. You have to go off the picture alone, not the plane name as it’s not displayed. Please could the name be included.
Finally, under “plane collection”, please also highlight which plane is currently selected (if any), and separate the planes into assigned and unassigned categories.

Can’t play
Game doesn’t even let you load into it it’ll get to about 1/4 of the way through the loading bar and then just won’t load any further stopping you from playing. I see a couple of people have had the same issue the only thing I can think of is maybe it’s if you have the iPhone 16 which is what I’m using but I don’t know ?

The loading bar gets stuck
I recently installed this game because it looked fun. However, every time I try and load into the game, the loading bar doesn’t even get halfway stops and doesn’t go anywhere. I really like the look of this game but I physically haven’t been able to get into it because the loading bar just gets stuck. Please fix this issue as I’d really like to play this game.

I was getting really excited to be getting it but as soon as I got on the game it stayed in the same spot so I left it and came back 30 mins later and was still in the same spot. So I left it for tomorrow and in the morning I turned the game on and it got to the same spot and stayed there so I thought it was the WiFi but I could go on other games, apps easily so it was a game metlefuntion and I could never play the game.

Good but can’t load it anymore
I really do love this game it’s something different for sure but I been having a problem lately. I had to reinstall the game and now it isn’t loading. It does get to the loading screen but the bar stops and won’t start again. I tried uninstalling then reinstalling but that hasn’t helped, it fixed the loading bar showing that the game is getting stuck before 25% I think. But please can you fix it?

BROKEN WHEN ASSIGNING PLANE
Devs, seems like a lot of people are talking about this issue and it’s yet to be fixed!
Honestly, fantastic game right until you have to assign the 3rd plane and the automatic story forces you to click the broken mechanic and won’t let you progress.
I knew it’d be an issue when the plane wouldn’t let me view it and doesn’t download but yeah. I’ll happily fix and change my review once this goes away. Hopefully soon but for now I’m gonna avoid the game for a while.

Great game, some bugs
Great game. Have really enjoyed playing it. Always keeps you in your toes and plenty to do. Had the game before but installed due to same issue. Get to rank 4/5 and get a second aircraft available on gate A but every-time I try to assign the plane like the AI says to doesn’t let me assign it. I click the button like the little finger tells me to but nothing. I thought was just a bug to begin with but even after closing and reopening doesn’t let me assign it like the instructions say to. Keep trying the button but nothing. Even after deleting the game and retrying thinking was in a booting loop. But even unlocking the second slot while playing the game get same issue. Then in a boot loop when closing an and reopening game now. So is now unplayable

Resource Download Failure
I downloaded the game 5 days ago and I struggle to assign new planes to gates, upgrade new planes and sometimes upgrading my gates. The problem is that the download says it is 100% complete but there’s 0MB to download. I click confirm but nothing happens and I still cannot access my new planes. I would give this game a higher rating but the problem demotes this review to three stars instead of four. Please fix this issue as soon as you can.

WARNING FAULTY GAME-Really disappointed as this game could be great
Started off well on this game, thought I would get addicted quickly so spent some £££ on removing ads and getting a manager etc. HOWEVER, I progressed to the point that I received a new plane but could not open the plane, it just kept saying downloading but never downloaded despite great WiFi etc. I have since had another 2 new planes with the same issue, they are unable to be used or assigned or anything. This means that I am unable to progress in the game and my money is wasted!! I have applied for a refund on the basis I can’t progress in the game and this has been denied!!! Really frustrated as I just want the issue fixed, or to receive a refund. I have even deleted and reinstalled the app to try and fix the problem but this did not work as I lost all my progress and the issue happened when I got to the same point again. DO NOT GET THIS APP as you will be disappointed

Broken
Like the rest of the recent reviews, the C-Elephant and Stork planes don’t work, tried everything. Unable to progress with just 3 planes. Have contacted the devs, but advised of a 4week waiting time to get a reply. This game could be good and the devs could make some money if the game was fixed! It seems people have had the same issues over a month now with no fix.
But for now, my only advice to people is don’t bother wasting your time installing.

Another idle game the developers never finish
Once you get yo to level 50 that’s it no more progress to build . And like all other idle games ‘coming soon never happens. So either finish something or not start a game ? It’s a waste of time and money to get that far to just stop , so much potential to the game and it’s like the developers can’t be bothered , doubt they will read this either . You need to finish making your game as all players are then entitled to any refunds of purchases as there is no point in having them on the account

Good, but has money flaws.
I really enjoy this game, it’s fun and always something to do. But it’s hard to move forward when the automate button went from 300k on first place to 2.5million on the second and you don’t make the money to afford that.
I’ve also found that if you’re not clicking the money on the planes you simply don’t get it. I went to collect the money on my third plane right before it landed but then it did before I could collect the thousands of money and I didn’t get any of it.

Got potential
This game has lots of things under the title of ‘Coming Soon’. Right now it is a quite good game. I like that it keeps going while inactive and I think the things coming soon will add to the experience of playing the game and will boost my rating to a 5 start.

Keeps freezing doesn’t work anymore
Was a great game until the most recent update adding new plane slots. When you load in you have no choice but to tap where the character tells you to and when clicking ‘assign plane’ it now just freezes and won’t let me click a plane. Closed and re-opened many times still not working, shame as I really liked this game.

Really enjoyed…. However!!!!
Got to level 20 and the game stalled and crashed. I followed the FAQ instructions and lost all of the progress made. I've contacted support through and app and via the website with no response at all! More than dissapointed as this was one of the few games that actually got me to part with my money! Not doing that again! I won't be putting any more into anything made by this developer! Very very disappointed. PAY ATTENTION… you've been warned.

Fab game, but a little repetitive.
Loving the game, however when will you develop the 'coming soon' areas such as duty free and passenger lounge. These would be cool features to enhance hame play further, as it's too repetitive without the added extra's.
Too many ad's also spoil the game - so this is one purchase that is 💯 worth it, even though it's steep at £14,99

Good until you get stuck
It’s a good game up until you can’t progress anymore halfway through level 3 due to no building materials and no way of getting them due to not being able to assign the cargo plane. Once this is sorted my rating will go up

I am really enjoying this game and would rate it 5/5, however, every mission to progress to level four needed resources and there was no way of getting these as you had to be level four to unlock. I deleted the app and lost all gems, tokens and progress, reinstalled and have now managed to get to level 5 but now have the same problem! Please fix so I can carry on playing.

Love this game
One of the best idle sims out there, despite some of the critical reviews elsewhere. Unlike some similar games it does keep you on your toes, figuring out how to best set up your gates with the optimal selection of flights and aircraft to plough through the levels and bring in the bucks for those essential builds and upgrades. The graphics are terrific with so much attention to detail and just the right amount of animation and sound effects. A few things I’d like to see: - the max rank for each item to help strategise upgrade/ranking up - some more challenges like grounded planes, closed airports etc - side games based on the “coming soon” areas inc baggage handling, janitors office and duty free - they would help pass the time while flights are in progress and offer opportunities to win more gems, cards or upgrade tokens. - user name - avatar builder with components being gained at each level-up - variations in the VIP character In response to criticism about the price, I think it’s fair given the effort that’s already gone into the game.

Just lost all my progress
I got some laggy gameplay, and when I resettled it, it removed all my progress and put my plane in the hangar, making the game completely unplayable.

Love this game it’s very addictive and very well coded. Enjoy playing a game that doesn’t really have adds, the only ones are for x2 for 10 minutes! That’s amazing 10 minutes of x2 for a 20 second video not bad in my eyes! Definitely encourage to play and give it a try.

Great Game
To be honest I’ve been playing this game for 30 minuetes now so far amazing I would’ve picked 4.5 stars if it was one as it does progress a bit fast yet overall a great game I Definately recommend it

Stuck on level 9
I am playing a game that is enjoyable, providing an ad-free experience. Unfortunately, there is no customer support available for assistance. I am currently stuck on level 9 and on chapter 6, with two tasks remaining before completing the specified chapter:
Deliver 16 tools to Vancouver
Rank up Vancouver to rank 3.
My issue is that I have not been assigned Vancouver yet or other airports that grant electronics, which is necessary in order to upgrading the airport. I need help resolving this issue prior to me deleting the game altogether.

Nice! Just needs to make it a bit faster!
I just downloaded this game and it’s cool! Nearly no ads. My only concern is that the flights are a little boring as the only thing you can do is wait and collect cash and pay for things. Other than that, super awesome, definitely recommend if your bored!

Good game, hopefully more to come
I’m genuinely enjoying the game (as with all idle games I play for a few days and then take a few days off), but have been kept coming back to this after those days due to the ‘coming soon’ areas. An update on when any of these will be implemented or some sort of roadmap from the creators of the game would be extremely welcome

Too many bugs, no option to contact devs
There are quite a few glitches/bugs for when you have to deliver items to other airports. This game is not an option to log with devs on the website and all the forums that document this problem can’t help as it’s to do with the game.
If it wasn’t for that I’d of given 5*
Would be nice if a dev saw this and made contact.

Stuck on level 17
The game has been good so far, but unfortunately seem to be stuck on level 17 on one of the quests. So can not progress.
For some reason the micro chips won’t save to HQ, even though I have space in my warehouse and cargo planes loading them up. This is the only bug I’ve encountered so far.

Good game but…
I love this game. It’s the best idl game out there! But I’m struggling on what to do at the moment. I can’t upgrade anything without certain resources but I need to get to the next level before I unlock said resource. However I can’t get to the next level without more xp despite not being able to upgrade much else.

Fabulous game
This is prob best game I’ve played Resources part of game initially feels complex but just set up cargo planes in right destinations and you can do collections or deliveries. Swap them around to complete the chapter tasks. I’m now level 22 chapter 11 and loving it
My reason for only 4 stars relates to developer not taking customer service seriously, they should welcome feedback and take on issues to improve the glitches and generally improve the game. Superb concept and challenging

Starts off strong but then destroys itself
Starting with the good:
The game is honestly fun and for well, a soulless idle game design it innovates enough to keep the game fun and give a strategic level. Rewards are good and worth for the effort and time to grind is low. Level 1 is your humble beginning, level 2 you get your second plane and grow your fleet. Level 3-5 you work on the fleet, making more routes and expanding on gates.
Now with the bad:
Fundamentally, the game ends at level 6 because you are hard locked. The developers add a decent material mechanic but don't understand it themselves and screw up the quest line, trapping you in level 6. The developers are clowns for monetising this game when you are basically stopped from playing early into the game and your money is wasted.
Should you play?
If you want a days worth of entertainment, get this game. Don't spend money as its poor foundation has ruined the game and don’t expect to get as far as you hoped. All in all, highly disappointed as the concept was there but the team probably didn’t even test if the game worked.

Really enjoy the game, specially when you are only running passenger planes, resources are a bit complicated but I don’t mind them. One thing that I would like to know and hope that someone here can help is all the areas in the airport (cleaning, cafe, baggage and duty free) don’t do anything and just say coming soon. Do you ever unlock them or is it a update or what, would appreciate a response to help me out. Thank you

Great game but I’m confused
Love the game but some bits after resources are introduced are confusing - how do you get a resource to a different airport (not the Chicago one?) Some more tutorial on this would be great or an option to re-read them even better.

Great game to start with BUT…
This game is great fun when you start to play with rewards balancing game progression very well however it drops off significantly when the need for materials is introduced. Not only complicating a simple game concept but dramatically slowing down gameplay to the point you delete it… as I have done! Shame really. Sometimes less is more.

This is a brilliant game and probably the best idle game out there. I can’t recommend this enough.
Only thing I found recently is the game isn’t loading. Hopefully it’s an update but would be good to hear if it isn’t and if there is any updates soon.

Game is good, but tutorials would be nice
I really like this game. After the resources are introduced, this is where the game gets a bit more complex (as it’s not entirely clear how you get resources) A tutorial here would make things a lot more clear.
Here’s how you get resources. You have to reassign the cargo plane to other gates (to certain airports which “provide” those resources). After they complete their flight to that airport, it will gain those resources. If you want another resource, you’ll have to reassign that plane to go to another airport.

INCREDIBLE!
This game is truly incredible, I’ve been waiting for a game like this to come around for a very long time. I couldn’t recommend this game more. So excited to see what’s ahead with future updates. If you’re thinking about downloading this game, don’t hesitate. I haven’t stopped playing it!
