Private LLM works best on iPhone and iPad models equipped with an A14 Bionic chip or later - essentially, the iPhone 12 series and any newer devices.
Private LLM does not run on the following iPhone models because they only have 3GB of RAM, and the LLM model in Private LLM requires devices with 4GB of RAM or more to run:
1. 2nd Generation iPhone SE
2. iPhone XR
Additionally, Private LLM does not run on iPhone XS and iPhone XS devices, because they're incompatible with Metal 3.0, which is required to run Private LLM.
On iPads, Private LLM works best on 10th generation iPad, 6th generation iPad Mini, 4th generation iPad Air, 5th generation iPad Pro, and any newer devices.

Fantastic!
A clean and easy-to-use Mac-native implementation of Llama. It's early days, but I'd love to see this on the roadmap:
1. Ability to upload a file
2. Ability to read a folder of files (imagine being able to ask questions about a bunch of documents!)
3. Sharing options, incl. Markdown support

Broken
This app just feeds made up answers. The first question I asked was, what 10 x 20. The answer I received is : 20 x 10 is equal to the number 100
I feel the developer is also deleting reviews. This is really really shady and I’m going to try and obtain a refund.
