I am addicted to this company and as a VIP member the 15% discount is always welcome. I love their Seychelles and winter ranges, I have their dressing gown, pyjamas and hot water bottle. Even my Christmas tree is TWC! Everything you buy screams quality and I love gifting their products too because you know that the recipient will be delighted.

Faux Fur Heated Throw
I’ve read all the amazing reviews left for this throw and purchased for a Christmas present for my daughter. She was freaked out opening her gift but only got time to try it out on Boxing Day eve. WOW it’s gorgeous and so soft and cozy. I’m purchasing one for me too. Thanks White Company.

7-10 days as standard shipping during Xmas is poor, and to not be able to buy gift boxes if you have bought the same gift more than once. Do better white company !

Confusing
Why arent your products better grouped, I make an order and the only exit button from the confirmation page is called cancel, I wondered does that mean cancel my order. Certain pages, no back button, so all the way back to home. I did some filters and a product was rendered that didn’t meet the filter criteria.
This is not a well designed app. Do better please.

This app won’t rotate to landscape mode so I can’t use it on my iPad with Magic Keyboard. Very irritating. The same seems to be true of the web site.
Also there is no search option which is very unhelpful.

Wish list feature doesn’t work
I only downloaded this app due to a promotion re winning money towards your wish list. I’ve got 17 items saved in my wish list currently, which the app can’t display beyond the first 10. It just buffers and buffers until it eventually just gives me an error message saying I have no saved items. Beyond the promotion I won’t be keeping it if the functionality isn’t improved. The website functions well so no need for a clunky app.
