So helpful!
This is amazingly helpful for me and my boyfriend who has ARFID. It helps me design meals for him when I’m the one cooking and I can take a photo of it and upload to chat gpt to suggest meals

This is really cool and good to have so then other people can understand what things you like and dislike it also encourages you to try more foods

A huge, massive, colossal help!!
What an incredible app! Not only does this allow me to set goals so I can try to eat my aspirational foods, but it helped me to write my dreaded “list” of foods that my fears stop me from eating. And that’s really significant as that list in itself, and just the knowledge that I have eating disorder, can be a substantial burden on my mind. Having it all noted down now eases that a little.
