Description

HomeBatteries enables you to see all of your HomeKit device batteries in one place.
* As featured on HomeKit Insider *
If you have ever been in the situation where your battery powered HomeKit device has stopped working, then HomeBatteries can help prevent it from happening again! You can view all of your HomeKit device battery levels in one place without having to go through each accessory individually from the Home app.
HomeBatteries contains these great features:
BATTERY STATUS
View each accessory's battery level as a percentage with a color-coded glyph that indicates how much battery is remaining.
NOTIFICATIONS
Get notified when your accessories are running out of battery with support for notifications. Notifications are fully customisable from the Settings screen.
WIDGETS
Add the Low Batteries & Batteries widgets to see the status of your accessories on your Home or Lock Screen.
SHORTCUTS
Get accessory battery levels, battery types and see which accessories are running low on charge with Siri Shortcuts.
BATTERY TYPES
Set the battery type for each accessory from a preset list of options or, choose your own.
UNIVERSAL PURCHASE
Get this app across multiple Apple platforms with a single purchase.

Please note that devices should have already been setup in the Apple Home app to use this app. Not all battery powered devices expose their battery level to HomeKit and will therefore not appear in HomeBatteries or the Home app. Notifications & widgets may not be up-to-date 100% of the time due to limitations with accessing HomeKit in the background but there is a Shortcuts Automation that can be enabled to improve this.

What's New in Version 1.3.2

In this update:
- Added a new Shortcut that lists all battery-powered accessories so you can cycle through them.
- Widgets & Shortcuts no longer require the Home to be selected first so accessories from all homes will be displayed in the picker. This also enables accessories to be passed into other Shortcuts actions.
- Other improvements to Shortcuts.
- Other bug fixes & improvements.

Power to the people!

Superb app, brilliantly executed! It finds your battery-powered HomeKit devices and tells how much juice is left. The widget support is great, which makes it super easy to keep tabs on the state of your batteries.
This app is a brill idea, looks and works great, and is well worth the charge!

Great App

Seen this on Shane Whatley’s youtube channel and love it. Great to know the status of the batteries in all the accessories. You can record the type of battery in the app for each accessory so you can have a spare on hand as it depletes. Contacted developer with feedback and received response of future update.

Excellent app picked up my ring aqara Onvis devices ok and let me know exact battery percentages,much better than the Eve app in this respect
