This is the official mobile app of the National Health Insurance Company - Daman. As a Daman member, you can now conveniently and securely access our electronic services using your smart phone.
The Daman App comes with a host of features that simplify your health insurance:
- The option to select your preferred language (English/Arabic)
- Book an appointment with a doctor in your network across the UAE
1. Search for providers and doctors based on availability, network coverage, proximity, and language preferences.
2. Book an appointment directly from the app once you select your preferred medical provider.
3. Reschedule or cancel any appointment directly from the app.

Always unavailable
Every time I open this app it says it is unavailable. Every time you click on a claim it’s says the information is unavailable. The most frustrating app.

Terrible
The app is slow, spinning wheel, when you try to find your recently submitted claims it does not provide the correct information, when you want to attach photos, it reverses the order of photos normally seen through the camera app. Bad use experience all round.

used to be good now it continually asks you to set up a pin every time you open the app even when you have done so prior

Repeat registration is a problem
When logged in, there is no ability to update my registration with a new policy number. So Daman now has multiple usernames for me on file, as I need to register a new username each year.
