Excellent

The App is easy to use and improving all time.
A great range of programs based around your golf season. I’ve used Fit for Golf for 12 months and
I’m fitter and stronger with fewer aches and pains as result and my golf has improved as well!

The new app continues to improve. Mike provides a first class service. Workout programs have helped me get faster, stronger and improved my flexibility. I’m not getting any younger and Mike has made me believe it’s never to late to start on your fitness. And, my golf is benefiting greatly. The app and Mikes first class service deserves nothing but the top mark of 5 stars.

Buggy

An App fit for Mike Carroll’s workouts (Oct 2024 Update)

I am very impressed and pleased with the massive update that was released in October 2024.
I really love the new layout and the visuals. I think that showing the exercises at the top of a scrollable screen is genius.
I am a huge fan of Mike’s workouts (always 5 star). With this update he has an App that presents them in a user friendly way with great options and flexibility.
And there is more to come. I am excited about that but more importantly I’m looking forward to working out with the ‘new improved’ Fit For Golf V2.0- This seems more like V3.0.

Same great content with a massively upgraded app

I subscribed to Fit for Golf with the original app but gave up with it after a few months because the previous app was clunky, felt dated and really difficult to navigate. The content was good but ultimately too hard to find.
The new app fixes all these issues, there’s a huge amount of great content that is now in an app matching that quality.
