Subtitles disappear when I go to full screen mode or turn my phone sideways :( There’s no way to turn them on. Hope it’s fixed soon

Need some work
Let me start by pointing out that on M4 iPad the fullscreen is very buggy , intermittent. I would beg for some remedies for bot message. Finally it says on the tin compatible with Mac OS in Hd try changing res 360p…. Why?
