For one of biggest banks in uae. This is by far the worst banking app I’ve ever used.

Untested Software Update
Considering Emirates Islamic is a big bank but to send untested mobile update is unbelievably unprofessional.
Messed up access to my business account for over a week.
What sort of a bank does that?
Stay well clear of this lot. This kind of practice should be reported to DFSA.
