Moral choice
I’ve used ChatGPT for over a year, but recently switched to Claude, mainly for moral reasons. Happily, it’s noticeably better in its responses: more likely to challenge me and point out my mistakes. I won’t be going back.

1st month
I’m finding this ai connection terrible it keeps loosing my chat when I send in voice , the continuous chat I’m in has no voice function I’m paying for it I’ve emailed in 2 weeks ago no response from company . This one isn’t connected to live internet data only up until dec 2025 trained. There’s been no customer support and many glitches and issues running out of messages or not hearing messages or long response times! Terrible experience

Stopped working on older versions of iOS. Guess that a web interface to an api required all the latest most expensive hardware. Very disappointed but other French agents work fine. Goodbye Claude

NOT good dont get they never fix the bugs
I’ve had Claude for a few months and have the paid subscription - there allways seems to be some sort of crash or bug daily - ive never been able to paste in any text into chat, not even a single word wihtout it crashing and shutting down. Also multiple times a day it will say ‘taking longer to respond’ and just stop working for hours on end - often it wont let you sent more then a few photos as once before shutting down and same with files - And all this started just after i got the subscription, extremely frustrating considering its actual ability when functioning is veyr good - but this is rarely functioning fully.

FIX THE UI
The ui is terrible. Dark mode isn’t dark enough the colours are too washed out and I can’t see. The orange icon when it flashes is also very annoying and makes me dizzy. Please fix it as I want to use Claude over any other ai apps. Just make the background darker PLEASE. Please also give us a choice of fonts. I prefer Inter.

Almost perfect
Models are fantastic but probably 30% of the time my messages fails to send. It just gets stuck until I reboot the app which often ruins the experience. If this is fixed then the app will be perfect.

Great for getting work done
The best AI model I’ve used — I’ve even upgraded to the Max plan.
A couple of minor criticisms: the voice chat could be better (I find ChatGPT performs better in that area), and the remote feature for Claude Code would be improved if it could trigger a notification when it’s waiting for input.
Apart from that, Claude is excellent!

Learn how to use it
I officially switched to Pro yesterday but I have been reading about token limits beforehand. Do your research people, there are ways to minimise the cost by using Skills, smart Project docs and User preferences. I cancelled my ChatGPT subscription when they decided to deprecate my favourite model 4o. Claude is amazing that’s all I can say!

Good but pricing and usage limits don’t match.
The model itself is very capable and especially good for coding tasks. It understands context quite well, even in larger projects. Herein is the problem - it’s very easy to max out your hourly limit, especially if using Claude through Xcode. The fact that even Pro users are rate limited and have to wait 4 hours before continuing a task honestly defeats the purpose of a “productivity multiplier”.
I use OpenAI as well, and I have no such limits there. I understand there’s a difference in business model, but this hardly feels like a competitive proposition. If I keep hitting this limit, I doubt I’d renew my sub.

Safest, easy and ground breaking
I haves used every ai tool out there but when I became concerned about safety of ai tools, a colleague suggested Claude. Claude has been completely ground breaking, I am a small business owner and it has helped me build software, tools and organisation structure and protocols I need easily and efficiently. I honestly feel I have a highly skilled tech nerd training me. I have accomplished and learnt so much. I highly recommend. Anthropic are also committed to ai ethics and safety therefore I can use feeling protected and secure which is vital when sharing info.

Excellent responses but will randomly stop enacting a response. Just stops. That still uses up the limited usage. The limited usage, even on paid subscriptions, is the biggest problem - stops you half way through many projects

Simply put I no longer get rage attacks dealing with incompetent AI applications. This one is by far by tremendous far stretch is the best AI app out there. Upgrade and use their agentic CoWork feature and save yourself hours and hours of menial waste a day.

The first thing I think about when I am brainstorming about content creation
What can I say about this app that hasn’t already been said before and I have to admit that we’ve been very much gifted a golden opportunity of an amazing app that I think has been developed a choke hold on me since the beginning and it’s been so much fun to the point where it’s the first app I go to when I have an idea that I want to use so I test it out and see what happens and then I’ll take that and adjust it accordingly and I’ll get to work! I am attempting to get into becoming a content creator or a more consistent and confident person type creator so I have a few more tools like this one in my toolbox

I suspect however I have only unwrapped the very first layer of this wonder and have hundreds more to discover. Dismal Performance
I subscribed to Claude because I thought it might be more capable than ChatGPT, it isn’t, it will swallow tokens and run you around in circles like any other LLM. On top of that i find it creating things i didn’t ask for and the rate limit? This makes it unusable for any serious work, unless you pay £150/month, it’s a money making machine, nothing more.

Most apps will pop up a rating review straight after you’ve download and used the app, this gives a biased review score overall.
After using Claude (which I first rated 5 star) for a week, it has major flaws like every other language models at this stage in development.
Once you start working with it these flaws become apparent:
Sonnet 4.6 recommended I stay up a little later tonight make last nights sleep better quality. Haiku recommended I rehome my pets as the option when trying to navigate food timings.
It also couldn’t understand that 4am is later that 3am.
Nothing you wouldn’t expect from new technology but would really trust its output on anything academic or medical, even simple stuff as it mentioned it often responds with what sounds better rather than what is informationally correct.
It gave me a six point flaw system to look out for when analysing its response, these included (in Claudes words: logical contradictions, confident generalisation, recency bias, sycophancy, false precision, assumed causation.
Still a good language model and more human sounding than chat GPT.

Invaluable
I actively use Chat GTP and Grok for various projects and for strategy. Both are excellent I’ve only been using Claude for a month on paid subscription. Claude is simply invaluable. The only limitations are from my learning curve - not Claude’s. I haven’t scratched the surface of what can be achieved working alongside Claude.
From funder databases using Python, to PPT production and excel optimisation, day trading activity, to opining on and improving a projects

Rate limits are too stingy
I was using ChatGPT for over two years, first on the free tier then I started paying as soon as it was available. I never hit a rate limit. Using Claude for two days and paying the same amount and I’ve already hit the rate limit. I was pretty annoyed about that. I’d understand if they just limited use of Claude Code but they also stopped me asking simple questions in the app. It makes it pretty hard to rely on as a sole solution, I’ll be keeping other AI apps on my phone. As if that wasn’t annoying enough they then emailed me to suggest I upgrade to the 5x more expensive version.
I’ll keep it for Claude Code for now but I’ll probably switch back to ChatGPT when I don’t need it anymore and it’s pretty hard to recommend to other people.
