BeaM It is designed for individuals of all ages who want to keep track of their health and fitness progress in an easy and efficient way. This app is perfect for those seeking a visually appealing and user-friendly solution for tracking their body composition. It can also be used to easily share results with a healthcare provider or trainer.
Can only be used with a "Tanita Body Composition Analyzer" of types SC-330, DC-360, DC-420, and DC-430, all of which print the result on a paper roll!
The Tanita scale should also be set to English, as other languages are not yet supported.
What BeaM It can do:
1. Easy Data Collection: Use your iPhone's camera to automatically BeaM/collect data from the Tanita body composition scale, saving time and hassle and ensuring that it gets done.
2. Visualization: Experience your progress with a beautiful, colorful interface. The colors are consistent throughout the app to provide a better overview of the many different measurements.
3. Goals: Set personal goals and track your progress for various aspects such as weight, body fat percentage, and muscle mass.
4. Accessibility: The app supports large fonts, making it ideal for older individuals and those with visual impairments.
5. Understanding the Measurements: The 14 different graphs come with an explanation for each measurement.
6. Privacy Policy: We prioritize data security and confidentiality! BeaM It stores and processes all data on your own mobile, and nothing is sent to external servers.
Enhance Your Training
With BeaM It, you can easily transfer data to your phone after each weighing, providing a clear overview of your progress. Use the intuitive slider to adjust time intervals and delve into the details of each measurement. You can now easily keep track of whether your training is heading in the right direction.
Always consult with your doctor/physiotherapist before creating a workout and diet plan that takes your current fitness level into account.
Social Sharing and Data Export
Share your goals and results with friends or export your data as CSV files for further analysis in a spreadsheet or other applications.
You will be able to send the result after scanning to your coach, so no one needs to enter the numbers manually.
