I had a very good experience with LAAM unbelievably quick service can’t believe I received clothes that I ordered only with in 4 days all the way from Pakistan to UK and very good quality products with very reasonable prices.Also they are offering very reasonable delivery charge. Torn clothes-no refund.
I was sent clothes that were torn. One from the chest area and the other one was stained, mirrors were broken, trims coming apart. I was told the orders from UK can’t be returned and I was given partial refund 25% and 50%. For clothes that are damaged and unwearable. When I complained I was told to contact the brand. But I did not buy the outfit from the brand. I bought it from LAAM. Imagine if ASOS refused to accept returns and instead asked you to contact the brand. It’s crazy. It’s a shame because when I’ve used LAAM in Pakistan I’ve had no such problems. I had to bin both the items. Just want people to be aware so nobody is wasting their hard earned money.

App is fine for looking at clothes but setting up a profile, adding details like address, telephone number impossible. Needs more work to fix it an make it useful. Also suggest you set up Apple Pay and google pay into the payment mechanism. Transactions take ages to clear through banks.

Poor customer service and sizes issues
Their customer service is really poor. When i wanted to track the order the replied in no time but now when i need to complaint they have put me in a long waiting list not only that but they have not even come back to me regarding it. Also the sizes are not the same as in the size chart.
