I cannot get them to connect after the first time. They worked perfectly the first connection and were translating fine. Then on the second attempt at using them it just keeps saying authorised device is not connected. Please help?

Where was the Binding code???
My grandfather got these for me, saying I could translate my fathers Romanian (He’s from Romania) and I got the verification code, but then when I went to get the binding code, I got no help and I had no idea what it was, I tried the code UNDER the device slot, but it didn’t work, absolutely no code worked.

Stopped working FRAUD
Stopped working after about 2 weeks. Ear buds will no longer bind. FRAUD. Now asking for device code?? As well as having to send for an authorisation code through email. If I could give less than 1 star I’d do it. No reply from company to anyone who leaves a review

Useless App
I got the headphones because I thought it would be a pretty handy tool for dealing with the multilingual problems of patients. On initial setup everything worked perfectly, but after switching off, nothing would work/connect through the App again, now they’re just another pair of headphones.

Bought Vylaras translator headphones, arrived with no binding code, all websites in Chinese with no language choice so you cannot help yourself.
I’m not stupid, but also not a techie. I tried to follow the instructions in the box, and they did not work. Neither app or hardware vendors have built any trust or shown they understand the users needs. Such a shame and disappointment as I have a real need for this tool. Will be returning product

Doesn’t work
When I bought it about 2 weeks ago, it took quite long to set up.
Once it was set up, the translation was pretty good but the device keeps disconnecting and now it’s not accepting the binding code so I can’t use the translation anymore.
It was good whilst it lasted but definitely not worth the money.

I brought some headphones from the shop that told me to download this but it’s super laggy and says things it shouldn’t say and the translation is off half the time sat through an episode of an anime but hardly understood it turned sub titles on and rewatched it and half the words said from the headphones wasn’t correct massive disappointment thought I could watch anime with these
