Movies and Series saying server error
The live tv works fine, but unfortunately when I try to watch movies or series it says server error. I’m using a Mac M3 with sequoia 15.5. It’s not anything to do with my subscription as it’s fine on other devices. In fact it worked on your non premium IPTV Stream Player Version 1.0.8 (8)on Mac but seeing as I paid for this Id like it to work. Thanks

The app works ok but one issue which is very odd is that you can’t detach the screen so you always see the category menu you can only put it in full screen to hide the menu

I purchased the app but live feature doesn’t work, it just starts circling non stop and says no EPG DATA.
Can you please fix it or refund the money to customers.
Although you say in 7 Dec it has been updated but it is not as I purchased in March, more than 3 month but still the same issue

Series doesn’t work just spinning but live does
UPDATE: Series still doesn’t work after the update.
As per title, the series section of this Smarters app doesn’t work, selecting anything just caused it to spin - this is the same on iPhone, iPad Mac and Apple TV! Other Smarters apps work fine. Save yourself £2.99 until fixed. Live works fine.

Doesn’t work don’t waste your money.
Once you add your details to login, you goto a channel to watch and it just shows nothing, you get the spinning circle. No matter what the channel.
Get it to reload the links and again you get a spinning circle on every channel.
Shame you can’t get a refund.
Gave it one star because it looks good, and the looks are better than other iptv apps.
Just a shame it doesn’t work on any channel.
