Brilliant app, but

I’m type 1 and this is a great app for tracking levels and patterns. It actually made me test my sugars more often because I can easily see what is going on. However, since the recent update, it is painfully slow. It takes a while to load up my readings table and even longer to add other readings (I use the one touch verio as well). When I tap to add the reading it takes ages to open, and ages again to save it, then ages to let me scroll through. It’s like it takes a while to catch up. It makes me not really care about using it as much as I used to 😕

I really enjoy using this App however the logging in is a pain I just want to open the App then put in my carbs and insulin dose why do I have to log in to do this? 🤔

Broken app

Latest version of the app keeps producing an error when trying to sign up as a new user or login. It comes up with a popup notification with the message of no internet connection. This has been tested in multiple devices across wifi and 4G. Even signing up on the website still wont allow you to login to the app.

Did anyone else’s meter stop synching after last update

This has been a great help to me, I email data to Consultant prior to reviews etc. It has also helped me to understand my diabetes better and just how much certain foods raise blood glucose and like others wish I had had it years ago. However since the last update to version 4 it just stopped synching with the OneTouch meter. Have tried various things including re-pairing it but nothing works. Has anyone else had this problem?

Room for improvement

An app that could be great, but is missing development. Great of it could link with Apple Health and also link with food apps so that you can track your carb consumption.

Also, it needs to be designed around the needs of the user.

Excellent app, so much easier than writing in a book. It is easy to sync to iPhone. Highly recommend this app

Function to change fasting range would be helpful

I use this app to monitor my Gestational diabetes. I can change my after meal range no problem but my fasting level should be below the normal after eating range and I don’t have the option to change it so the app shows all my readings as being within range yet my fasting levels are not within my prescribed range.

One touch select plus

Reloaded the app, but my meter isn’t supported any more as it doesn’t have Bluetooth. Can get results etc on the laptop, but sync with my iPad no longer happening. Disappointed.

Love this app

This has really helped me track my levels, lose weight and learn what foods to avoid. I wish I had this years ago! I print off my graphs for the last 90 days and take along to my diabetic reviews, even they were impressed with it all.

A Good Idea if it worked properly

The concept of having a meter that records and tracks blood sugar is s good one. This meter has some fundamental flaws:

1. Synching problems between meter and phone app.

2. Poor display the top line with the date and time is barely legible it is so high up the display.

3. Changing settings such as date and time is near impossible. Time and date should be taken automatically from the phone.

4 Display should be backlit

5. There should be a diary function on the app that reminds people when readings have not been received on a regular pattern basis

6. Battery life indicator - my meter has from day one shown battery low.Even after replacing the battery.

I find the new app unfriendly to read. Much prefer previous app. Which was clear and bright.

Very nice system and meter sync

The Verio Flex meter is great and love the ease of syncing. In links in with Apple Health and really helps motivate blood testing. Hope the software keeps developing - iOS 10 widget would be perfect. I'd also like to see the ability to edit results afterwords to say you took insulin etc, but on the whole the package is top notch and the app really makes the process of BG testing more enjoyable and rewarding overall. Now switched to your systems primarily due to this app and the Bluetooth 4.0LE capabilities of the Verio Flex. Cheers!
