Getting light right for optimal health made easy
After finding out and learning about circadian rhythm and light environment for optimal health using this app takes out guess work and makes it so much easier. Everything you need in one place. I love the lux meter and haven’t seen it before on other light cicardian apps. Getting my light right has made a huge impact on my wellbeing and health so I would highly recommend this app to anyone ready to look at optimising light for their health

Get Your Light Right Best App To Use
This app has everything you need to get your circadian health under control.
I love the lux feature where you can take a pic and assess just how bright or dim your environment is.
Would highly recommend it.
