Worst customer service ever!
I’ve just call for an holiday offer seen on this website and first of all the operator started with all sort of questions without listening at all what was my interest for, then after the operator finally found the offer i was looking to, whilst on the website it is written the offer is valid from a certain airports and for certain selected dates (which were actually suitable for me) and that the children up to 12 can stay free, the operator at first told me that only the children under 5 could stay free, then that the children can stay for free but have to pay for the flight (which would have been ok for me) but eventually that only one children could stay free (although on the website it is written that for each adult one child can stay free and we are 2 adults with 2 children) and that this location would be expensive on that days since the school are closed for holidays (and again, we were talking about August and that’s true, but on the website it is clearly written how much would be for August and that would have been ok for me. At every of my rectifications the operator replied with a rude tone of voice and the attitude like I wasn’t understand nothing so I’m going to say which was the offer I was asking for just for showing I’m not (still) crazy and what I’m referring about:

On top of that, during the call I could hear the operator’s colleagues chatting and laughing, which makes me hang up the phone.
A totally disappointing and wasting of time, I wouldn’t put my trust in that ‘agency’.

App no useable
Tried to use the app but literally every time I clicked anything the privacy notice kept coming up. Tried to dismiss it & clicked to say Ive read it but it wouldn’t stop coming up. Thought the app will be more useable than the website but I can’t use it at all. Have booked with ice lolly before had a good holiday. The app is not user friendly though it puts me off.

Worst experience ever app no good
Called to book a holiday in Egypt was told that they had space in their most popular English resort with free transfers ! Hotel was a death trap ! Didn't get free transfers and left stranded at the airport ! Had to change rooms at the hotel 3 times as we had live wires exposed in nearly every room ! Light switch facing the shower head actually in the shower hotel miles away from beach ! Only English and here ! Hotel food rubbish ! And I was told this was the best they had to offer !!! Would never recommend or use this company ! App is also terrible! No clear pictures or realistic views of what you are ending up with

Was useful but now just doesn't work
Used this app to find a few holidays this year already however since Apple update, app has stopped working. Drop down boxes appear blank so app is useless and must be now losing out financially!!

Just won't work
Downloaded the app as I have been using the website. Thought it would help seeing things on the move. It just doesn't work, as soon as you click holidays it says connection problem or server issue. I'm on wifi so guess they need to sort the server out. Please fix it Icelolly!

Nice app from icelolly, much more convenient than using the website on my phone.
